Hey, i just want to thank your team for coming here on a short notice. My cleaners cancelled on me and now, I'm looking forward to see your team more. Boy, was I happy with the work you guys have done with the couch, the tiles and the carpets - I feel I really have to put this out because your team did a really good job.

I had a very big problem with having a dirty carpet. It makes my home unattractive and messy. So to overcome from this problem I hired Carpet cleanings Melbourne, and now I am very happy and pleased that I hired them to clean my carpet.

I booked to have my carpets cleaned just before Christmas 2019 & Found my technician to be a friendly person.
I have to admit I was very surprised that it took him the same time to complete my whole house, as it did me, to simply vacuum.
Upon completion, after glancing at each room, I mentioned to technician that I expected them to come up much better & that I was not satisfied with results. One particular stain I told him I didn’t expect to come out, but knew the rest were simply household day to day marks. Asking him to repeat procedure on couple of marks, which removed them.
He assured me that would look better once dry & so I paid him & he left.
Two days later we went away for 3 weeks on Christmas holidays & upon returning, carpets fully dry now, I went through each room & found that it was much worse than I had initially advised technician.
I proceeded to contact Dry master carpet cleaning to express my dissatisfaction.
I was told to email photos, which Clearly showed the extent of the entirety of carpets to be unclean.
I was given stalling excuses & no attempt to rectify to issue by the owner of company [name removed].
Then after a full month of continuous emails & phone calls left without reply, I purchased a carpet cleaner from supermarket & spot cleaned a couple of marks, which came out without effort.
Finally I got the Owner on phone & he claimed they must all be permanent stains, regardless I told him I was able to remove some myself.
He made it very clear that he had no intention of rectifying the issue & in fact made a mockery of my complaint.
I am out of pocket $200 & my carpets throughout the whole house, have numerous marks & look like they haven’t been touched by a so called
“professional carpet cleaning company”

I am not one to make complaints & usually very understanding to situations that can not be rectified due to matter beyond their control, however this was not the case here.

I am extremely disappointed at the results I received, the lack of communication & simply being ignored, but above all I am disgusted in how the owner of this company did not stand by his quality of work nor acknowledge the clearly obvious need for rectification, that should have been done promptly in this situation.

Andy kept us informed of his arrival time, was courteous, efficient and did a great job at the quoted price. This the first time I've used the company and I'm very happy with the outcome and recommend them.

My ex tenants book Drymaster to do a final carpet clean in 3 bedrooms & a lounge on my property with the lounge carpet being less than 6 months old - The operators were in & out in what seemed to be less than ten minutes & they done one room twice into the bargain - One operator vacuumed the carpets & mover the cleaner so fast one would think he was in a F1 motor race & I'm certain the vacuum cleaner would not have enough time to vacuum any dirt that was in the carpet - than sprayed a solution on the carpet & the other operator put a buffing machine over the carpet so fast also one could think he was waving the checkered flag & that operator did not have enough time to over lap the buff machine & missed buffing the carpet completely on each change of direction & now the carpet has dried out the dirt can been seen where they missed & the carpet looks dirtier than it was before they started - They packed the van & said to me "We don't know what to do now as they have been instructed not to leave without getting the money" & my reply to them was "Don't look at me" - Thanks guys your operation was an eye opener & I wish I had a video camera to record the action but I can take pictures of your work & paste them on Facebook & over avenues to promote your handy work (HA HA) & now I will call a professional (you know those people that do a job right) to do the job before the potatoes start growing. - Don't forget I did not engage Drymaster to do the job but I'm the one left with your mess. Would not recommend this firm to clean a PIG PEN - Upset is an understatement.

Had 2 couches and 3 rooms with carpet cleaned. Alex was on time and did a great job.Carpet and couches have come up like new. Highly recommend.

I called at 10am, the costing was simple and the call operator gave me every confidence to go ahead. Andy arrived in two hours as per arranged. He even sent me a confirmation text. He cleaned the whole house and extra carpets, moved all the furniture, without a fuss. So quick, and professional, I loved having a big job done. Perfect, thank you.

I have my flat cleaned every 6 months, always feels like new afterwards. Brett is prompt, professional and hard working. When we've had the inevitable stain, he's always gone the extra mile to clean it up.

I needed two large couches, ten dining chairs and a rug steam cleaned - most of which had never been cleaned before. The price I was quoted was reasonable and did not change. Accepted credit card or cash. Josh and his colleague were great communicating with arrival time in the lead up and arrived ready to go. They did a great job, cleaned up as they went and the difference cleaning made to my furnishings was incredible. Would highly recommend this service.

Had Luke clean our carpets, Friday 15th 11am friendly efficient and very happy with results stain been there for over a year did not think it would come out, highly recommend this company

I messed up my appointment date so had all rooms empty 4 days prior to the actual booking. I called and asked if there was anything that could be done.... they were at my place within 30 mins. Top job

I got an online quote to get my couch cleaned for $126 - booked it online for a few days later and it was very simple. The technician Alex texted me that morning to confirm, and arrived on time. When he came in and saw I had a cat he suggested that it smelt like my cat had urinated on the couch. It definitely hadn't, and it's the first I've heard of my house smelling like cat pee, but he wanted to reiterate that the stains in the couch might not always come out and may look worse if they have been there a while. I understood, he got to work and the stains all came out wonderfully. He was really happy with it and so was I.
Only minor complaint was that when you get a quote like that you assume it covers the full cost. He asked if I wanted scotchgard applied for an additional $40. He said it was highly recommended, so I went ahead but feel like that could have been recommended when I was booking online also.
Overall would happily use again.

The guy who came to my place (Daniel) on arrival refused to do the job as he didn't know it was up one flight of stairs and said he was in a hurry to get to his next job in the Blue Mountains. After contacting his boss he arrived back again and had an improved attitude but even though I had paid to have whole apartment done he didn't do second bedroom or hallway. The heavily soiled area already has stains coming back again! So overall I'm not happy. He wasn't thorough and it certainly wasn't worth the money.

I was able to get someone out within a days notice, he text the day before, came on time , was polite, efficient and worked hard!

Really happy with the condition of the couches/rug.

Online was accurate, so no bill shock.

Will def use again.

I must admit I am very much impressed by Brett’s job today. Extremely punctual greatest personality and a job WELL DONE. I would definitely recommend Brett 1000000% times. I am impressed and am definitely requesting Drymasters in the future.
