Products are good but customer service sucked we were told our flooring would be in by the end of May, so I took off work the first 2 weeks of June. Then that turned into it will be at the port in Savanna (well we never heard anything about the port until then). Then I was told it could be up to a week to get it from the port well1 week and 1 day it’s here, But not one phone call to tell me that it’s here I had to keep calling to check my self because I took off work to lay this floor. Also I asked several times can y’all not track this, always no, That being said they will not be a next time that I use carpet express and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. I spent over $3000 dollars and I just think more could have been done to make my purchase a little better!!!!!!!!
