I didn't realize that sending a non-working iphone 4s would give me money. I even checked other places and they weren't even close to what this place gave me. I will never use any other place but this one!!! They made it so easy, they even sent me ups postage!

Sent them my Iphone 6 they received it and stated they would be making payment to my PayPal account within 3 days. Over 3 weeks later and still no payment. I have contacted them they said we are having problems with PayPal can we mail it. Sure and I asked for a scanned copy of the check or tracking number, have received neither. Stay away from this company, they will steal your phone.

Still no check. We are now April 13th, 2020.
1. First they couldn’t find my phone, despite me having a receipt from the post office.
2. They finally find it, 2 months later in March.
3. They send me an email to accept the payment. I replied back 3 times and screenshot the emails and sent it to them. Today, I still get an email saying they haven’t received my acceptance for the payment.
Stall techniques and unethical business practices. They don’t answer their phone and you can’t leave a message. Beware. I still dont have a check. And they have my iPhone.

Send in my Iphone 6 for $64, they decided it is only iphone 5C, offer me $5, I want return of my iphone, They want $20 from me to pay postal. I told them send me the $5 check. They said they send me the check 12/14/16. BUT now is 1/6/17. Three months later, I STILL get NO money or phone !
