I have been sending monthly wine gifts through the CWC for a number of years. Their customer service is excellent. There have been virtually no problems but I do know that when there was one mix-up it was remedied immediately. The recipients love the wines and look forward to receiving them each month. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with my contact at CWC, Natasha. She is personable and helpful. I swear it makes the experience of being a member seem that there are people that want you to feel like an actual member. We chat, she advises, she advocates for me and all this on top of receiving fantastic wines. Running a small business myself, I also appreciate how CWC works with smaller wineries so that they can continue to exist and share thier craft with more people.

I’ve always had the best of service in my business with the CWC. I lol forward to more activity later this year. Keep up the good work in finding great wines from small producers and vineyards!

We bought the wine club for my parents 3 years ago for a Christmas gift. The following year I decided to do something else thinking my parents would think we were being unimaginative and later my mom confided in me that they were actually disappointed that we didn’t give it to them again! So the next year their gift was easy and it will be every year going forward! They love looking forward to it and haven’t been disappointed again!

I feel so fortunate to have the California Wine Club in my life, especially in this day and age of rampant “processed” wines. Wine choices are so limited in Vermont and ghis club provides access to excellent and affordable wines. My one wish is for recyclable/compostable packaging rather than styrofoam.

I wish the cellaring recommendations would say whether they are to be measured from the current date or the production date. I'll note too that the website does not consistently record my purchase history.

I order by the case from the California Wine club frequently and I am always thrilled with my purchases. And if needed customer service is always a pleasure to speak to. They are very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company!

The 3 MONTH package was a gift. you did not include ANY MESSAGE in the first box. VERY frustrating.

ALSO - all of your continued correspondence regarding wine came to the purchaser. It would be nice to have the GIFT RECIPIENT receive the info.

Service has always been excellent when we move back and forth between Arizona and Minnesota. The wine selections are sent to us are excellent and the one time we had a bad bottle it was replaced immediately with no question. I would heartily recommend California wine club anytime.

Every month, we get two bottles of red wine from California. It has introduced me to many new wines that I look out for in local stores.

I enjoy receiving California wines from wineries I would not otherwise be aware of. Some are better than others, but all are very good. My one complaint, when I was shipped a bottle of Oregon wine (blech!), was quickly resolved and I received a replacement bottle of California wine. Life is short, there's no time for wines from Oregon!

I have a rep that has kept in touch with me and I now currently belong to two clubs and she’s been spot on this whole time. The service is wonderful and am hoping to get some wine tasting tips and ideas from her on my next trip. A+ in my opinion.
