At first i was a bit worried, but parcel came to Lithuania over 34 days. With EU priority line and during corona virus outbreak. I assume it's good shipping time and there were no customs costs. My phone was fully checked before shipping, i got warranty paper, got nice gifts from cect-shop. Everything was ok.

I bought a Redmi K30 pro on April 27 and received it 10 days later.

the produkt i gott a xiaomi/roborock T6 can only be used with a custom version of xiomi app, that can be infected, the phone warn about it like crazy and it doesn't work good with that, if i need it to work i have to use a vpn and change my timezone and block gps so the app thinks im in japan or china, apparently T6 is only working in china, no where did cect-shop give any information of this when i ordered it.

Good communication throughout even though it was delayed for about a month, I cant really blame them as it was because of the corona virus and chinese new year.I got a discount anyway. Reason its not a 5 star is because they didn't have the color of the phone I wanted :/

First time buyer and what an amazing experience. As my order showed still "processing" after 2 days, I contacted support and they came back very fast with an update of my shipment & tracking number. I bought an EU Warehouse mobile phone so it arrived without any other expenses. Would use that site again without second thoughts. Support was great. I can recommend this shop, just please read their info pages as products shipped from outside EU will have additional expenses, which is clearly stated.

you couldn't ask for a better delivery service provided by cect parcel sent shenzhen / Hong Kong on monday afternoon arrived Tuesday night sydney,with dhl collected it,wed, 9am at DHL's airport warehouse less than 48 hours, yes cect set a gold standard in customer service

This was my first good experience with an online chinese store. Easy and quick delivery. I will use it again.

My order [ZTE Axon 7 (4 + 128GB)] was offered to me at a great price. The goods are very well packaged (in a black elegant box), well protected inside. 1 battery charger cable was inside, including headphones.
The package was delivered securely with a signature. A
fast delivery from China to Germany within only 6 days.
The product was as described and shown on the website.
I didn't test support after purchase, but it wasn't necessary. The goods worked flawlessly. Thank you again, gladly again soon. I am very satisfied and can recommend the shop with a clear conscience.

Very Disappointing,

I bought Huawei Honor 10 Lite, but it came without google play store (however it is written on the check list that google play store is installed).
After more than 20 emails between me and the CECT-Shop team telling them that I google play store did not work after I installed it, and they were always repeating the same answer (sending this article on 'forum.xda-developers'). I told them that it did not work for my device, also it did not work for two other people on the same article comments for Honor 10.
Then they asked me okay, so what are you going to do? (like it is my fault and I have to solve the problem)
I told them I want to send it back to you then you install google play store for me, as you are saying it should be installed with out problem, and I have a one year guarantee I want to use it for this problem. their answer were literally ''If you have a problem with the function - not with running at the phone - contact the programmer of the app to solve your problem.''.
They were not helpful at all in my case.
Moreover. Many application not related to google is not working on the device like some games, or even some applications myMail and Memrise.
I regret that I did not buy it form a sperate online shops like Amazon, Ebay, or AliExpress where it can guarantee my rights between me and the seller.

Ordered 2 Mi Mix 3 Palace Editions. Shipping was immediate after the release of the phone. Shipping was very quick, took 3 days total.

I bought an Oppo Find X from this shop, but as the DHL driver came to my doorstep to deliver the phone, I was astonished when he told me I have to pay 101,20€ for the “customs clearance” that he paid for me. I was told that they’re gonna pay something, but I never imagined it was going to be that much! and it’s the shop’s fault because they should’ve explicitly mentioned the incredibly high cost of this type of shipping -which they didn’t-, because I think most people (if not all) in their right state of mind would never choose this shipping option had they known.
Now to be honest, the customer service was so good and the support team responded to all of my emails and answered all of my questions, and they were very friendly, but overall I’m very disappointed over what happened and I’ll make sure to remember this shop’s name to never buy from it again!

Recently I purchased Meizu 16th, great phone and build quality, Shipping was very fast to Croatia 12 days. Great people and professional response over mail if you need something.
The only thing which was stresfull for me was tracking parcel. It was all ok from Shenzhen (11.01.19) to Hong Kong (16.01.19). After departure from Hong Kong on 18.01.19 that was last info on tracking site SF Express. After that No any tracking or progress or update where is parcel. And suddenly in the morning on 24.01.19 currier from DPD is colling me that he left the packet on my mail box ( crazy guy.....this is not the way how it should be delivered packed worth 550$).
All other except this tracking deficiency was on professional level, and for sure I will purchase in the future from CECT-SHOP
