I ordered a replacement screen for a rare phone via PayPal direct checkout. I didn't hear anything from them after that. After a month I contacted cellspare via PayPal conflict resolution and they gave me a USPS tracking number even though I live in Europe and they claim to deliver via DHL. The tracking number didn't have any activity for two weeks. Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and they eventually (after another month) resolved the issue in my favor and refunded the money. There was no further communication with cellspare after I received the tracking number, which means nothing happened for about 1.5 months!

Best experience ever. Do shop online at Cellspare. You will be sure to get the service and satisfaction that you so deserve.The people that work for cellspare are so nice, friendly and patient. I love them. 100 points from me for customer service. Quality of their product is also good.

One of the worst companys I ever ordered stuff from. Sending the wrong item wich is also much cheaper than the one I orginally ordered. Told me to send wrong item back on my expense before sending the right piece ( maybe). Stay away from this side.

I ordered screan dizitiger for motorola one power. But got the same in damged conditin. Then by teliphonic discussion cellspare sent other parcel for the same. Now it is working normal. So thanks Cellspare. Keep it up as customer satisfaction acheivment is great goal.

No. 1 worst service i ever seen in my life deliver display via post 1. Careless delivery 2. Cheating customers 3. Very poor service no return 4. Return not made take 15 days to deliver 5.no pickup 6.no refund 6.if your product faulty show him the proof only by mail 7.no hassle free return 8.no private shipping 9. Very poor customer service product are also of cheap quality or comes broken.

My Order 167594 date 22/3/2021 letv 2s touch screen combo.as per order to delivery 10 day. Confirmation given but 30day over till not confirmed delivery status. Only wrong information and communication given 3rd class service no any take customer service satisfaction don't buy products. Careless cellspear company. After 30 day I cancelled my order take refund

My friend ordered display of Redmi Black shark 2 for around 17000 rs on 16 February. Since we saw no activity from their side, we cancelled the order & applied for refund. However after two weeks of order cancellation, the co. Has refunded the amount of 660 rs only. This company has duped us. Its high time for you to refund the amount before we take any legal action. Thanks

i ordered Nokia LUMIA 1020 LCD with Digitizer Assembly Module. product was as good as new. in rupees it cost me 6800 INR. Whereas in service centre it was 16.500 rupees for replacement. I am happy with product quality. but delivery time is too long & filled with full of hurdles. when it comes to courier delivery etc.

I live in Sydney, Australia- one of the best product and customer service experience I had with Cellspare, I ordered a motherboard for one plus 2, to be couriered in India, as my parents were coming to us in Australia, due to coronavirus, they advised as I ordered just 3 days before my parents fly out it could be tough to deliver on time, however, they advised we can deliver both in India and Australia, I advised to send to Australia, which they did happily and in 7 days flat it was in my hands, on top of that the motherboard works perfectly. will always order from you guys now on.

Lockdown didn't went well for my Google Pixel 2. The display screen got dead. Google Support wasn't available for getting my device fixed because of Lockdown... I searched for the Combo everywhere in Jammu but all in vain. CellSpare to the rescue. They provided me with the Combo and that too Original, although it took almost a month because of Lockdown... Thank you Team CellSpare.. The Pixel is Up and Running...

I ordered a OnePlus 6 battery from cellspare.com on the night of September 3rd, 2018 and was charged on my credit card the amount of $17 right away. I did get an order confirmation email from them with amount and that is all that I got. I sent them an email on the night of September 5th asking them and as to whether they shipped my phone battery or not but they did not reply as to what is going on and it's been four days since I placed the order. The battery delivery time said 3 to 10 days with free delivery to most parts of the world. I wrote them again on September 10th that if I don't hear back from them anything that I will stop the payment and request refund from my credit card company as its one week now since I placed the order. Still I did not hear back anything from them. I could not check the status from their website either because you have to login to see and I didn't want to give them any more of my information. On the 13th of September, I requested refund for non-response. They responded that they were cancelling right away and issuing refund within a few days. Since I had used such words as fraudulent and scamming they did not like my order. I asked them why they delayed the order to which they said that they were checking the battery to make sure that it's working. However, they never replied to me for 10 days. Why weren't those batteries tested before hand? Which batteries take 10 days to test? Therefore, the whole ordeal was full of scams so avoid them at any cost.

Great product and nice packing the delivery is also very fast. I bought an Apple iPhone 6S Plus LCD Screen and Digitizer module with Frame Black from cellspare. It comes fast and when I install it to my phone, it working perfect , the brightness and color looks like OEM, it's just as I expected.

Cellspare is scam e-shop. Can't recommend! They delivered broken Xiaomi LCD screen. Even after I have returned item by my own funds, they delivered broken display again. I wanted refund, and then they never replied to my mails or chats. Edit: Why I should pay 85 USD for broken item I have bought for 40 USD? Cellspare, even your reply is confirming that you are scammers...

I ordered a display of " Sony Xperia XA1 Plus LCD Screen With Digitizer Module - Blue" on the 30th May and immediately they deducted the price from my card. I got a confirmation mail also stating the delivery date 3-10 days. After following up with them for 15 days after the 10 days delivery time i finally received the product after almost 25 days from the order day.

I had ordered a Xiaomi mi Max LCD from "Cellspare" and Aliexpress/Lazada seller"Capas". The delivery timeline was 10 days for Capas and 1.5 months for Cellspare. Tested first the item from "Capas" since it arrived quickly, the quality was good, display color, touch sensitivity was very good, the durability of the materials like thickness of flex cable was same as the original also, only difference with the original LCD was the brightness, it was not as bright as original when its 100 percent. Well the original LCD was too bright when its at 100 percent so its not a big deal. I was looking forward to the "Cellspare" item to arrive since it claims OEM and same quality with original, when the product from "Cellspare" arrived, I was very disappointed, the product was far from its claim "same as original quality" plus it was defective. The item i received had a permanent horizontal line at lower part of LCD, the display color was very yellowish, the material used like flex cable was a lot thinner than the original/"Capas" item, the touch screen sensitivity was poor(response only for first few seconds then stop responding). I immediately contact "Cellspare" regarding the issue, I needed to send few emails and "Cellspare website Contact us" before they response my mails, finally i got response from them instructing to send back the item, After sending back the item, I needed to follow up again the status since its been few weeks already from the date arrived to "Cellspare", After sending few follow up emails and from website contact us, finally got a reply informing the new tracking number for replacement item, I replied immediately to hold the shipping since my request was for refund, since then they did not response to any of my follow up emails and from "Cellspare website Contact us". After more than 1 month of following up(no reply from then at all), finally got a reply informing that the claim is "REJECT" due to reason of "damage in transit". "Cellspare" originally accepted the return product as defective and willing to send a replacement item, 37 days later the claim is changed to reject and reason is "damage in transit". I spent more than 3 months of time from order date regarding this matter and what i get is irresponsible customer service. What i lost is not only more than 3 months of waste of time, the return shipping fee, purchase item fee and item itself. What i can say about "Cellspare" is their Customer service are very very bad and not only their service, the products they sell is far away from that they claim same as original quality. Will never buy or recommend this company.

Do not buy ever any single parts of your phone from Cellspare..I Received a duplicate part of my phone. Before ordering I had mailed them and asked that you sell duplicate or original product? They reply "We have all the parts are 100% original, we are not selling duplicate."(Find the attachment). Even after waiting for 3 to 4 months, they gave me duplicate products. I do not understand if these people speak with such confidence that we do not sell fake and duplicate products. So how did I get a duplicate product?. It means that they rob such customers only and only for money from their fake products.This is not a matter of taking back the product and returning the money, it is just to cheat the consumers. Because speaking the truth can not earn money, therefore they earn only by lying. They make people fool by selling third class quality parts. Before writing, I read the comments of all the other people, and everyone had the same problem as duplicate and fake product, they are all telling 100% truth.Whatever good commentary you see, all these are written by friends or by relatives. All comments are fake. You can easily identify them by their names and DP. I do a digital media job and I know very well what are fake comments and what are real comments. So I request all of you how much emergency you have but don't buy any product from Cellspare. Take it from a good online platform but not from this website and I also know that now they will prove themselves good in replying to me but they will not write that they sell duplicate and fake products. Total time & money waste.

I have never met such terrible scammers in my life. For more than 2 months I was waiting for a shipment and every time I asked what was going on, I was lied to every possible way. You have to avoid as far as possible.

I've have been ordering from cellspare on and off for a couple of years until about 3 months i have a repair shop and i am owner who purchases around $6-7k worth of parts monthly. I was having some real issues with quality and availability of product from my normal suppliers, I had ordered from cellspare several times before, but normally only for what I couldn't find anywhere. Quality was always great, but waiting for the extra time to ship from Ahmedabad was enough to not go through them for anything else. The best part is that my customers have definitely noticed the increase in quality. What we sold before was great, but what we sell now is as near perfect as one can expect! The very few bad parts that I've received they've had no problem either replacing or refunding. 5 stars all the way! I'm even using one of their OEM Galaxy S4 screens in my current phone, and I couldn't be happier!
