I purchase a youth punching bag that doesn't work at all. My 5 years old son punched the bag the first time and easily knocked it to the floor. They charged me $240 for a bag that is trash and after having to pay $42 for the shipping to my house I have to pay again $42 to ship it back. This is so ridiculous and obviously and scam. They are not helping customers and really taking money with products that don't work. I'm going to report this company and this product to the Better Business Bureau and tell all the other sales channels that are selling this product to not buy anymore from this company. Trust me, don't buy from them.

I began buying all my student's martial arts gear in 1999. Since then till now, Century has always exceeded in service, quality, and over all professionalism. That makes them the Grand Master of Instructor Support to me, and I would think to every other instructor.

We have been using Century for over 20 years and have been very happy with the products and service they provide. We have supplemented some products from other suppliers here and there or tried new suppliers just to compare but find ourselves going right back to Century because they are the best.

I bought something from here and it was too small so I sent it back to be returned for a bigger size on June 12th. It got there on the 16th and they didn't send me a confirmation email or anything. So I contacted them today to find out if they even received the item I sent back and they told me to provide the tracking number which is dumb because they should have it marked as received on my account when they got it. I was told that it takes 4-6 WEEKS to process which is dumb (never buying from there again for this reason). They were out of stock of the gloves I wanted to exchange for and so they told me to pick some other gloves so I picked the cheapest gloves (24.99) since I only paid 9.99 for the gloves I received and everything else was out of stock. Then they were trying to make me pay the difference (16.50) and an exchange fee (6.00). I already spent 10 dollars shipping the damn things back now I have to pay an addition 22 dollars? I could have just went to the store and bought the same exact gloves for cheaper after dealing with all of this. I'M NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Save yourself time and money and do the same.

I'm only giving two stars because the guy who helped me was really nice and genuinely cared.

I've been using Century for over 30 years. They consistently remain well stocked with quality products. While clearly they still have their roots in traditional Karate & TKD, in recent years they have improved with their selection of MMA, Boxing & Muay Thai equipment.

They work very well with martial arts schools and have a solid wholesale price list.

I called in to pay my bill, I got transferred two times to the wrong agent, they called me by a different name, she put me on hold for 22 minutes, after I received a call at the studio asking for me I mean... What kind of cheap shitt show are they running in this company???

They are getting so unprofessional lately, I wish they had competition so they up their game..

No wonder business go out of business because they don't adapt and the people who work there get complaisant.

Except in rare cases when Century doesn't stock an item, I buy from Century exclusively. In 18 years only one time was there a "problem" with a pair of sparring gloves in blue instead of red, and within 2 days I had the red gear for my student delivered at my door. Outstanding service. To date, on the few occasions where I had to buy from someone else, their CS was nowhere near what Century provides. #cmas4life

I've opened my first studio in 2013 and have been using Century sparring gear and uniforms since 2004. I still highly recommend Century products and sell them at both of my studios, located in Stillwater and Enid Oklahoma.

I can honestly say that Centery MA is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Problems are few and far between. And when there is one the Century team gets right on it and WHAM! problem fixed. I love this company! Hands down!

Recently my order with Century had a couple of hiccups. Called in about the errors and it was resolved in 5 minutes. My order came with a pair of wrong size shoes and 2 extra items (not charged for). Century told me to just keep the items and had my other pair of shoes shipped out within a few minutes after our conversation. Good job Century. Thank you for your quick and courteous service.

My school has only been doing business with your company for 3 years. The organization I'm affiliated with has been doing so since your company's launch. And we've happily recommended your products to our clients.
However, it has recently your company has decided to enter the realm of instruction, with your video streaming service.
By doing so, you undercut those of us in the trenches, those who've been pedaling your products, those who're trying to make a living doing something we love. You cheapen the art by encouraging the idea that you can gain skill (not to mention the less obvious benefits to dojo training. Ie: community, confidence building, learning the upside of hard work and dedication, etc), without personal interaction, assistance or guidance.
Before, as business owners, we put up with your higher prices because you offered a variety of products that we could not obtain elsewhere. That is no longer the case. There are now several other outlets that offer those products at much more reasonable pricing. (for example: your 5' x 10' folding panel mat - my cost through Century: $349.99. I get the same mat for $170.00 through another supplier).
I understand your need to find new sources of revenue. This IS business after all. However, if your idea of business is torpedoing the businesses that helped build your company to what it is today; I am not willing to continue doing business with you.

I have been with Century Martial Arts for 32 years. Their quality is unmatched, but it's their customer service that has always impressed me. Janet was the lady I always talked to when ordering something in the 80's. I have always enjoyed the attention to customer relations Century gives.
