Chapplins have provided a particular good service for the sale of our property in Fareham, from the initial contact with Darren, through to the excellent liaison and transaction management provided by the sales team. A particular mention should go to Chantel, who ensured effective communication and update, as the sale was being completed remotely due to our relocation to the East Midlands. In our experience, Chapplins have displayed a professional and proactive customer service ethos, they responded to the various issues promptly, resulting in a successful completion and exchange last week. We have no problems with thoroughly recommending Chapplins to anyone considering using them.

I have used chapplins twice now in the last 10 years and I have been very pleased with all their hard work for me. I have recommended them to my friends.
They have always keeped me informed and I would use them again in the future if the need arises.

Chapplins managed our property rental for two and a half years. They advised on the monthly rent to charge and got the house on the market and rented within a week. The on-going service was great with regular inspections and rent arriving regularly each month.

Professional, reliable and efficient, with a smile - the best estate agent experience I've had in thirty years.
If they said they'd call, they did. If they arranged a time, they were there. Simple old fashioned service that has gone out of fashion with too many companies.

Selina and Chantelle were amazing in keeping my sale going even finding a new buyer within a week when someone in the chain pulled out. Selina and Chantelle were always on hand to help, communication was excellent and the overall service highly professional. They made what is a stressful process less so due to their due diligence and approach. I would recommend Chapplins 100%

I have dealt with Chapplins when I bought my property and now as a landlord, good pricing and the support team are always quick to respond.

This was the first time we used Chapplins to sell a property however they were our sellers estate agents when we bought and they provided a better service than the ones we were using so that's why we decided to use them to sell, although not the cheapest I feel you get what you pay for and the service was first class, the fact that Steve already had an investor in the pipeline ready to move made the process really easy.

Chapplins went above and beyond to sell our house in the 12 months + it was on the market. No matter the situation, for better or worse, they continually communicated with us to ensure a smooth sale. Friendly, approachable and understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and estate agent. Special thanks to Chantelle. We feel like we’ve lost a friend now we’ve moved house!!!

As first time buyers with poor solicitor service, Chapplins fully supported us from start to finish with all of our questions. They didn’t mind how many times we called to ask things and although the process was bumpy and stressful at times, they made us feel at ease. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

My mother used Chapplins to sell her house and buy her new property and I have been very impressed with the friendly, personal service they offer. I particularly valued the regular communication by phone or email and there was always a someone available if I had a question or concern. Kerry guided me through everything that needed to be done and nothing was too much trouble. My Dad died during the whole process of moving and I am very grateful for the support and understanding of all the staff during a very difficult time. I would definitely use their services again and have already recommended them to several people.

This was a house sale due to a bereavement which in itself is an emotional and incredibly stressful time, it had been the family home for over 50 years so we approached the marketing with some nervousness. At our first visit to the office in Fareham we were struck by how busy and lively it was ,in spite of this we were seen immediately and soon put at ease from then on until the completion date the professionalism was exemplary ,alongside this we were treated with sympathy and compassion .Any questions or concerns we had were dealt with immediately communication was excellent.

Great communication, they were always the first to advised us of what was happening, even letting us know what our own solicitor had stated the current status was before they did.

After using Chapplin's several times over the past 13 years I find that they are efficient in that they will return calls and sort out queries quickly, unlike some other high street agents.

I wood buy from them again I had 1 bad experience with a member of staff that works for them but in all they where very professional.

I had a large 4 bedroomed property with drive and big garden but Chapplins were able to secure a buyer within weeks of putting it on the market. Unfortunately the buyers backed out citing redundancy almost at the point of exchange. Undeterred Chapplins were straight back on it and despite the negative impact of the Brexit vote were able to find us several interested parties , one of whom we eventually sold to once they had a buyer and so on down the chain. Thus although it It has taken just over a year to sell my house I would not hesitate to recommend Chapplins to anyone. The team are all excellent, very professional and friendly and ensure you are kept informed every step of the way, especially Darren - he is so patient and upbeat . I cannot thank them all enough.
