Called as saw ad for 3 rooms $56 up to 29sqm. Spoke to an old guy - asked if i could have a quote to confirm ad and he basically asked me for the details as if booking the job. I asked again how much and he advised $90 because it needed to be done properly & are there any stains? Advised the previous tenants stained the carpet and it didn't come out so i don't want them to treat the stains as i shouldn't be liable i just wanted the basic steam cleaning. He said "well how do you know they did the stains" I'm like because i moved in and spoke to the agent...??? He said again $90 & i said unfortunately that's too high and he literally hung up on me - absolutely rude ridiculous service and pricing is a load of rubbish! Do NOT recommend contacting this company unless you want to talk to a rude obnoxious man!

James cleaned all our 30 windows. He did a fantastic job. Very detailed and hard working. I highly recommend James. He cleaned the tracks, fly screens as well as the windows. Thanks, Henry

Arrived 30 mins late. I gave a very specific description when booking and when the team eventually arrived they wanted almost double. I thought it odd that I was also told that cash was the preferred method for payment which I declined. Job was ordinary once it dried

My rag was cleaned yesterday in Coburg, Vic and it was an excellent job! All the stains were removed, it dried quickly and it now looks great, like completely new.

Quoted 4 weeks ago $380 to clean a 3 bed unit. Today, 2 days before I give my keys back they want over $1000!!
Bloody thieves! Never use them again!

James was friendly, punctual, & detailed in his work, I am very happy with the results, services provided on my carpets and windows. I Highly recommend Cheap as Chips services. Flexible booking office also was very helpful.

Man was 1 hour late then asked for $570 for a job that had never before cost more than $150. I objected and he quickly dropped to $370, When I called head office he said fine he would do it for $270. At this stage I figured he was going to do a crap job and said no We had spent ages getting house ready. Given the add says 3 rooms for $59 this is completely misleading

Professional friendly knowledgeable carpet cleaner did an excellent job in my 4 bedroom home and also cleaned 2 rugs left everything clean and tidy when finished highly recommend thus company

On time and friendly but that's the only positive,
Unfortunately carpets are not as clean as first thought under a different light and once dried, also floor rug that was cleaned still looks dirty on one end and the nap has not been lifted therefore the floor rug still looks dirty and flat in that area, I have never paid more than $130 to have my carpets cleaned before so I think $180 was a little overpriced for a two bedroom villa unit with one living area and a average hallway, and I was quoted on the phone $30 to clean my floor rug not $70 as was informed upon arrival, I had to negotiate down to $30 and was also informed it was an extra $10 per room and for the floor rug for sanitizing which I was not informed of when booking, when I queeried this I was informed that it was now a requirement to be done because of covid-19, clearly that was total crap,
The total in the end was $220 which is just ridiculous, I would not recommend Cheap as Chips to anyone !
