Not even close to my REAL relatives names, my correct age or half my addresses. Feel bad for the fools who pay for this scam. Good luck to those trying to remove your info. Some sites are actually decent and remove your data right away. Do you know why? Because they know it's crap info like this company except this one doesn't care.

This service is similar to the data that attorneys get. I think private investigators get this information as well. They do a good job looking up public records across the nation. Not 100% accurate but close enough to make next decisions. I searched a few people that I'm suing and found some assets, homes, that we can add to the judgement.

Thanks that I finally found this site as an information tool. It really helps me to gather information that I needed. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for any necessary information needed, my experience was very satisfying. Money worth it.

Gave it a try for $1.99 trial they were having. Very easy to do a search. Looked up a couple of old friends I lost touch with and was happy to see that they were not too far from me. I did not continue on subscription despite discount I was offered because I do not need this everyday...Just wanted to check out. Overall happy with what I found...Surprised to see so many bad reviews about being charged but the site gives you a date you need to cancel by to avoid monthly fee...That's how most trials work...guess people just don't pay attention. Overall I will use again if I need to.

I use their reverse phone look up tool to search for business owner names and contact information. It's helped our business generate leads. The tool gives you the name of the phone owner which you can use to find more information using their name search.

Law firms typically rely on services like LexisNexis which are overpriced for finding information on people. CheckThem and similar services offer the same data for a fraction of the cost. If you need to run searches quite often then their monthly program is worth the cost. If you're looking to just run a single report their trial is only a few bucks. We use their service in our law firm and it's much cheaper than any other alternative.

Extremely Disappointed. Total Scam. The info in the "extended" search was exactly the same info that was publicly available. The Trial period is 5 days then they nail you for 44.85 per month to have an account that is worthless. Avoid the scammers at all cost!!!

They didn't make it clear when the trial starts. I tried calling them over the weekend but found they were closed. I called today, they won't refund me. They charged me $39.27. which i can't afford!! I called my CC company. I have to wait until it's out of pending status and then my CC company will file a claim and I'll get my money back.. This is so messed up!!

They give you accurate information of the person that you want to locate or find. All you have to do is type the state and the name of the person youre finding for. It will give you a better search results. The price was very reasonable for the information that I needed. I compared it to the other background services that Ive dealt before they are the cheapest. You get all the information of the person youre looking for at a reasonable cost. So worth it!

Avoid these scammers. Cancelled my subscription, was told there would be no additional charges then they ran my CC for 44.85 later that very day. When I called to speak to them they just argued said I was no longer a customer and hung up.

Although some of the info.was accurate, more of it was inaccurate and left out some MAJOR details like, current marriages and existing businesses. Other, basic information that was left out included the location of the individual....and I'm fairly certain they didn't just evaporate into thin air! Also I tried calling them repeatedly, but each time after about a 5 min. wait, the call was disconnected. Huge waste of my time.

I just got off the phone with the rudest customer service specialist that I have ever talked to. His name is Louis I explained to him that I didn't see there was a $35 charge and told me flat out that I was just too stupid to read it, that it was the very 1st thing on the page. Had I had seen that I wouldn't have done it that's a ridiculous charge which is what I told him.

I signed up for the $3.00 charge after a few days I noticed another charge and contacted customer support. I asked for a refund as I only had the service for 1 day and it wasn't clearly stated that it would cost more money. They completely refused to refund my money. There customer service is terrible and there actually searches give you almost zero information. Don't use this company. Save your time and money.

BEWARE These people have a shadow website that does NOT readily and obviously disclose the terms of the trial agreement. To wit: They charge $2.99 for a trial without fully disclosing the terms of the trial in an obvious way and then want to charge you another $4.75 to see what they come up with. After five days they charged me $44+ dollars for a subscriptions, which I cancelled but they will not refund my money. Their advertising and website, not the same one I went to originally BTW, is bogus at best.

This free trial for 5 days is a scam!!! I attempted to cancel numerous times during the trial but could not get through on the site. Then, when I did cancel on the 5th day, they said "no, no you missed this by 1 day", "too bad" The thing is, the information they provided for the one search I did was not even thorough. And then I got charged nearly $50 dollars for that. This is a site you need to avoid like the plague!!! Tried to give this 0 stars but had to settle to give them 1

The best background checker site Ive ever used. Very helpful on tracking some information that you needed to know about the company you deal with. - to identify, if its legit or not. Get all the information that I needed in a fair price. Money, worth it! I'll definitely use them again & again and recommend it to others.

It was extremely helpful and got exactly the necessary information I needed. they were able to find out things that other sites cannot. I hope it doesn't change. I would recommend their site to anyone looking to gather precise info.

Ordered a $2.95 background check and then a $4.95 background check, trying to find a person's prison record. Received an empty report with no data. Next thing I know, my credit card is being billed for $44.85 per month for some scam promotion I never ordered or knew about. When I called they said I failed to cancel the "promotion" within five days. How do you cancel something you didn't know you "had" and never ordered? How can a company such as this be allowed to operate this way? Total scam and rip off. Of course the credit card company says to "rectify" the situation with the "merchant." Now these thieves have my credit card number. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't use these guys they area A SCAM. And customer service is completely beyond rude and unprofessional. Guy probably working out his own home or basement. Because talks anyway he wants to and cusses at his customers what kind of customer service is that???

I was suckered as well. They promised that I could opt-out at any time, but then the "opt-out" feature didn't work, no matter how many times I tried to use it. There was no answer at the phone number given, no email address for contact is given, and a few days later they charged me $44.85. I disputed the transaction with my bank and sent a demand letter to CheckThem to cancel my "service" and refund my money. I'd be surprised if any of the favorable reviews were legitimate - they are probably ginned up by the thieves themselves.
