They took my information without my permission and posted it on their site. I sent them a request to have it removed but they asked me to provide more information instead, which I refuse to do. I won't play their game. They can't just take people's information and post it without permission. They need to go down! BBB Complaint: 14335753

According to Radaris, my long-lost friend was at his last known address from 2004 to 2019. I then did a Google search for his mother and found an obituary for my friend that was dated 1999. Did it ever occur to Radaris to check death records? I had my hopes up of getting back in touch. That hope is gone.

They are currently posting a photo of me...WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S PROFILE INFO. TALK ABOUT BAD INFORMATION, LYING, SPREADING FALSE INFO. THEN, I WAITED FOR 15 MIN. TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND I WAITED ON HOLD ONLY TO HAVE THEIR AUTOMATED MESSAGE HANG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AWFUL.

While it is legal to post public information, I do not believe it is legal to sell this information for profit (I am not a lawyer so do not quote me). They sell your information and will re-upload in a few months if you manage to delete it. They are profiting from us without our permission. I had my info removed once and now it is all back. Any stalker or person who wants to harm you would be able to find you easy due to websites like this.

of Women and others subject to predatory conduct. I looked up my own name and to my surprise (it afterall promises to surprise you) claimed in an "asset alert" that I had nearly $2 mil in assets! Where is that because that is news to me!! I imagine this is to entice those researching a name to pay for the report. Further it has me listed with a last name of a former boyfriend of over 20 years ago to whom I was never married. I did not pay to obtain the report, what I saw gave me ample information to know this is a vicious website drawing people in to pay for obviously inaccurate and reckless reports.

I've emailed/called countless times and I still have all my personal information on their website. Don't even bother making an "account", because more info will be back in a week! Every other respectable website I called took down my info in minutes, because they actually respect internet privacy laws! I've already filed a Consumer Affairs complaint in my state & I'm also going to contact the FTC, the BBB and the attorney general's office. This website is sickening and Radaris should be ASHAMED for putting the lives of others at risk. I'm taking legal action to get my info off this piece of **** site & everyone else should too.

Introduce fear to make you think they have something on you then sells your private inaccurate information. If you are now angry and confuse then they sell you another thing for you to think that they can fix the problem they created on the first place.

I bought this service. When i used it the reports seemed to be incomplete. So I ran people that had been in prison, their reports said 0 criminal records. I did this with three people who had been in prison and no criminal report came back. I did the same with divorces. I ran people who were divorced, but no record of a marriage or divorce came back. I did the same with bankruptcies. None of the people who had filed bankruptcies had a bankruptcy show up. Same with a tax lien. I ran a guy I knew had a tax lien 6 years ago. Nothing showed up on his report. It appears to me that all this service will give you is name, birthday, recent addresses, neighbors and maybe a telephone number. If this is all you want, then this service will work for you. They advertise a deep search, but in my case they failed to deliver.

I signed up for Radaris' $35 for one month plan that was supposed to provide unlimited background checks during that time. The terms of the agreement also stipulate that I pay that $35 every month for one year unless I cancel. Well, if you're anything like me, you've used a few of these services in the past. Every single previous service (unfortunately, can't remember names) that I used to look up a particular individual returned quite a bit of information about criminal activity, aliases, and so forth. Radaris had NONE of this information. I cancelled the plan the same day i signed up, so i'm out $35. Radaris sent me an email saying they would be glad to do further research on any individual, if I just GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION they need to look up. Huh???!!! No way. Run from these jokers.

Their customer service helped me find the right report. I wasn't happy at first, but they really shined through. The cost of the report was worth it because I know they'll get me what I need now.

I am not one to check on my daughter's boyfriends, she is an adult. Though I will tell her about this service. I did use it under the trial...was having a class reunion. Goggled 1 person. Radaris popped up and said it located them. Offered me a 3 day trial. I took it. Just by using the name and state, I found 3 people. I wasn't interested in background checks...I knew what kind of people they were...Radaris gave me their phone #s and addresses. That was all I was looking for. I'm a retired person...so I'm pretty settled in....If I ever need info on any one...I will use Radaris. Highly recommended

I am a retire State Trooper and I do background checks for my local sheriff's office dispatchers. I have used your service in the past and was very passed wit h results. I even ran a check n myself to check to accuracy of your service, and you passed with flying colors. I intend o use you again in the future.

This is the second time I have used Radaris for a research project. As the last time, the information was extremely helpful. The previous address feature enabled me to locate people whose mail had been returned because they moved. My mandate was to identify alumni of a high school - graduation dates from 1938 until 2013! The service rep was wonderful. He made me feel very good about your company. I was a bit disappointed that divorce & marriage records were not available for someone I knew for sure had been married. It may just have been a "New Jersey" thing.

I did find some people for our 50th high school reunion. However, most of the telephone numbers are disconnected when I try to call them. I am sure that does not happen in between your last reported date and the time that I call. Maybe you should have someone check these numbers for clarification. I believe the price is way too high for the information and a monthly charge is something that has just started occurring for this service throughout the industry. Therefore, I really think for address and phone information, it should be either an annual charge or very little on a monthly basis. I have been searching for people since our 35th reunion and this last one has been the hardest to find people with accurate information. Also, it would be a good idea if we could put in an age while we are searching, because it would cut down on our time for each search.

For the introductory price I paid it was a great rate and I got wonderful information that I was looking for. Then I accident forgot to cancel within the proper time and when I called to cancel so I wouldn't be billed for the following month they were awesome and gave a refund even though I forgot to cancel within the proper time they allotted. I will definitely come back and use them and recommend them to other people as well!!!!!!!!

I emailed due to getting charged for a monthly service after doing a $1.00 search. They immediately refunded my charge within the hour. Incredibly impressed, with a personal confirmation email of the refunde, upon my request. Maybe I'm just jaded from other businesses not replying with a human. I recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed. Thank you!!!

The report didn't have anything in it that I didn't know. Her marriage wasnt even listed even though she was married over 5 years. No current address. Pretty useless. And very expensive for not learning anything

I sought info concerning an eye doctor. I was provided with NO info in the following categories: cell numbers, emails, web addresses, property records, relative, marriages and divorces, professional records, criminal records, civil records, neighbors. Beyond the contact info (which of course I already had) all I got was one "DEA License," whatever that means. In short, I paid 7.98 and got NOTHING OF ANY VALUE WHATSOEVER.
