"A mistake in the order, most probably from my side resulted in an exchange of 30+ e-mails just to return a spare lid and receive another one of different color as per my agreement with customer service. Although i paid return postage and agreed to receive a new lid, i got a refund and some lousy customer service by people unaware of the situation, presumably because they did not bother reading further down to the endless chain of e-mails.Would expect at least a decent customer service by a UK based company, but instead i received the worst one ever. Shame..."

I ordered the rose bottle for mothers day with my mums name engraved on the bottle. The engraving is over the seam line on the pattern were they meet. I emailed customer services (apparently all bottle engravings go over were the pattern meets). For the price I expected better quality and hope Chilly review their product and change this design feature. Or expect more complaints for customers. Thanks Emma.

I bought two bottles the 250cc and the 500cc, I haven't tried the larger one yet but the small one which I bought to take with me in the pouch round my waist when I go walking is unusable, it leaks like there's no tomorrow, and they're not exactly cheap.

Ordered my Sea Life Turtle Chilly bottle in August 2019. Arrived within a week. Is maybe pricier than similar ones but I wanted the Sea Life version and great product, great packaging. Still gets used every day especially for cold drinks and does what it claims. I had a query regarding the carabiners and got a prompt reply so I didn't have a problem with customer service. Would be a shame if they don't take on board and get the problems sorted out that others seem to be having.

The quality of the painat was a real letdown - nothing like paying 30€ for a chrome dyed bottle just to have it chip away on the bottom and on the seams after first use and to have it look like you just dyed it yourself. Not professional looking at all. Still serves its purpose and keeps water cold.

Ice cold for twenty-four hours! Awesome. Totally a great water bottle. No more refilling plastic bottles for me! (I just wish I'd bought the bigger one. ? Buy the big one! ??????
