My order took one month to arrive. How can you possibly get customer satisfaction like that, how can any retailer do business like that is just beyond me. When I viewed the earrings online they looked a decent size but they are miniature, it was quite misleading.

Can’t fault the service but I expected a lot better quality when I payed £70 + for a bracelet when my partner saw it he thought it had only cost me £30 rather disappointing

Purchase made on December 12th. And today is December 28th and no package has arrived to me. I have tried tracking same and can see it came into Ireland on December 21st but after that no trace. Your service indicated it would deliver between 4 - 7 days in the European Union, has not happened. This was a Christmas gift and the giver and receiver still waiting. So very disappointed.

Very fast service, only 1 disappointment, the fossil watches are packed in a metal box but there wasn't one with this, just a polythene bag. It was as a present so would have liked in original packaging .

I ordered a helmet, it only came with one visor and the same helmet was 20% cheaper on their own website, even thought they had a lower price on their owm website one day after my order was received and the customer service rep was not willing to make any accommodation, I wi never shop this sit the 100 % guarantee is just not true
