Tiles in laundry, bathroom, hallway "cleaned". Hallway acceptable with a few "touch ups", laundry & bathroom filthy, I scrubbed them changing the water every 4-6 tiles. Not acceptable. Clean & Dry have offered me no compensation for poor work.

However I needed to take time off work for them and could not give my work place a clear time that I would have off as they were unable to confirm what time they would arrive until the day before. I booked a month in advance, and was meant to have the first spot of the day but could not get a start time until the day before.
After inspecting my place the cleaners commented on how small the place was and how quick it would be to clean. It was agreed that it was the equivalent to 3 rooms (1 bed room, 1 half size room for a study, 1 small lounge area). 10 minutes into the clean the cleaner came out to inform me that they were going to charge me for 4 rooms, telling me the lounge area (the same size as a double bedroom) was the equivalent to 2 rooms - despite the agreement and comments before.
We had a robust discussion about itm and it was eventually re-agreed that they would only charge for 3 rooms - and at $80 and the quality clean I was happy enough - I got my full bond back, so they must have done a decent enough job.
Arrived on time
Removed stains previous cleaner could not
Argued with me over the agreed price
Could not confirm arrival time until the day before
Marked down that the carpets had not been maintained on the form, after commenting how clean the carpets were and showed me how little dust came from the floors

I will hunt for an honest customer oriented company.
24 hours later my couch is STILL WET and I've heard from no one..Not surprised...

My only feedback to the company would be to be more clean about what is incorporated in the pricing of the services. For example, my assumption was that a protector spray for my sofa would be included in the steam clean cost, but it was an additional $80.00.
Other then that, I was happy :)

He told me the carpets would need an industrial clean after I had already had the money there ready for a regular clean. Our carpets were not that dirty as they had been done 3 months prior. We have no children and no pets!
Anyway, I received a call from our agent who informed me that when she did her inspection, the house 'stunk', there were 'poo' marks on the carpet (no animals) and the final blow was that she didn't even believe I had them cleaned! The receipt the company gave me was atrocious. He wrote that I changed my mind about the industrial clean (it was never booked), the house smelled and the conditions of the carpets were heavily stained and extremely poor. This was not true, he exaggerated just to make more money I'm sure.
I didn't want to give the receipt to the landlord because it made it sound like we were living in filth, and that was not the case. We ALWAYS had perfect inspections every 3 months.
The landlord took photos for her records and they looked as though they hadn't even been cleaned. Needless to say, I didn't get all of my bond back because they hired another carpet cleaner to do the job properly. She sent me the photos of that job and they looked great and she said they smelled lovely.
*Do Clean and Dry ever take responsibility for their poor service? It seems to me from the comments that the company is very quick to defend themselves and blame the customer!

Three weeks later I had still not heard anything from the company about my rug being returned.
I phoned and was told I would get a call back on the following Monday and my rug was due for delivery on that Tuesday.
No one called.
I called again on the Wednesday and was instructed that my rug was to be delivered the next day (Thursday) between 10:30am-12pm.
The company sent a text message to me confirming the conversation I had with the receptionist.
I took time off work and waited home that whole next day and no one came.
I called at 3pm and was advised that they had been trying to call me and left a message, which was not true as I had no messages or voicemails.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back by the end of the day - again no one called. Instead, I got a text message stating that the rug would be returned the following day (Friday).
The next day (Friday) the rug turned up and the delivery driver knew nothing of the situation.
I again called the office and was very rudely spoken to by the receptionist who was again making excuses for the lack of communication and poor service.
I asked for a manager to call me, to re-negotiate a price and talk about the lack of service, as I was not happy at all. Again, no one called.
The delivery man (who was very pleasant) negotiated a reduced price so that the matter could be settled.
I am still waiting on a call back from a manger (it is now the weekend and safe to say that no-one is going to call me).
I don't think I will be hearing back from them, they seem to have no interest in following up customer issues.
The overall experience has been painful with having to chase them up for re-delivery of the rug (after three and a half weeks).
The lack of communication and the way the receptionist has spoken to me is nothing less than appalling!
Please avoid this company as it is not worth the headache!!

Technician arrived and said, no can do but I will wave the hose around, mutter some complaints about his office and then say...sign here...
We have been left using towels and fans to continue the work we paid them for. Short of wrestling their technician....my wife signed his paper and called his office and they just said....sorry about that...
I am steaming upset....more than they can imagine.
I will warn all our 2000 cgurch members and anyone who will listen.
Very very disappointed.
