I had a lot of pet hair in both my house and my mothers granny flat - especially my mothers granny flat as she has a rag doll cat full of fur who had also left a number of stains on the carpet. Bruno rang before he came, was on time and did a great job of both places removing all the stains, some which i thought would not be able to be removed. Bruno explained everything well and did a great job!

I was very impressed with the customer service, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day at a great price. Marc did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets for a final rent inspection, he was quick and efficient with a good eye for detail and we were very happy with the result. We were also very pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service we received, even after having to reschedule our appointment. We would use again!

I just had my carpet cleaned by Steven two weeks ago and he was a professional in all aspects. On arrival, he explained the process and attended to the job immediately thereafter. Stains that had been on my carpet for over a year were removed completely. Super clean job! My rental bond was refunded to me :) Definitely would use them again.

Just had my 3rooms and my couch cleaned it cost $260 they didn't do the base part of couch just did all the couisons on top laziness my floor were suppose to have been steam cleand they still had dirt and sand on carpet after he cleand it. The floor is suppose to take 12 to 24 hours to dry it was dry 3 hours later I don't no why people can't do there job right also they said they would be here between 10:30 and 12:30 they got here at 12:50

Expensive, don't clean ,

Mark came over this morning to help hubby and me with our wine stained couch and rug that we’ve been desperately trying to clean for months. We hired the woolies vacuum and that didn’t work so our last option was to try professional cleaning. So glad we did as the rug and couch look good as new. There aren’t any water stains, wine stains or oil marks left on it. Mark was incredibly professional and even came to complete the job at 7.30am so I could get other errands done in the day. He was finished before 9am and the job was done excellently. Will def recommend him to others. Thanks so much!

I had my carpets cleaned today by clean and dry and very happy with service. The technician was very professional came on time and did a very good job took the stains of my carpet and now I know that my carpets are cleaned. I highly recommend the company and very good prices they offer and especially for seniors.

Cost: $350, Task: Clean carpets 3 bedrooms & lounge (small unit) Result: Carpets still sopping wet 5hrs later, one took over 24hrs to dry despite it being a hot day with all windows open. Had to leave my furniture outside my house. Next day bedroom carpets had grey dried "scum" on them, had to vacuum it off, yuk.
Tiles in laundry, bathroom, hallway "cleaned". Hallway acceptable with a few "touch ups", laundry & bathroom filthy, I scrubbed them changing the water every 4-6 tiles. Not acceptable. Clean & Dry have offered me no compensation for poor work.

These guys were great for the price - I got 3 rooms cleaned for $80. They did a fabulous job, removed a stain that the previous tenant had left over a year ago that the previous cleaners were unable to remove. They were prompt, on time, and completed the job quickly.

However I needed to take time off work for them and could not give my work place a clear time that I would have off as they were unable to confirm what time they would arrive until the day before. I booked a month in advance, and was meant to have the first spot of the day but could not get a start time until the day before.

After inspecting my place the cleaners commented on how small the place was and how quick it would be to clean. It was agreed that it was the equivalent to 3 rooms (1 bed room, 1 half size room for a study, 1 small lounge area). 10 minutes into the clean the cleaner came out to inform me that they were going to charge me for 4 rooms, telling me the lounge area (the same size as a double bedroom) was the equivalent to 2 rooms - despite the agreement and comments before.

We had a robust discussion about itm and it was eventually re-agreed that they would only charge for 3 rooms - and at $80 and the quality clean I was happy enough - I got my full bond back, so they must have done a decent enough job.

Argued with me over the agreed price
Could not confirm arrival time until the day before
Marked down that the carpets had not been maintained on the form, after commenting how clean the carpets were and showed me how little dust came from the floors

I have used then 2x now. Both times pushed to use higher cost clean then originally quoted 1st time it felt reasonable this time it was a crock so they could use bigger machine and get out faster. Last time took over 4 hours this time in under 2 for more money!!. When I spoke to them about it I got nothing but excuses. Finally told they would pass my concerns to mgmt. They left my couch soaking wet this time and water spills all over my floor. Very argumentative. Looks to me like the under quote is their norm since it has happened to me 2x. They are out to make a quick buck and evidently really do not care about repeat business. I will not call on them again
I will hunt for an honest customer oriented company.
24 hours later my couch is STILL WET and I've heard from no one..Not surprised...

I had a lovely technician come and clean my sofa in North Sydney. I was happy with the job & my couch smelt nice afterwards.
My only feedback to the company would be to be more clean about what is incorporated in the pricing of the services. For example, my assumption was that a protector spray for my sofa would be included in the steam clean cost, but it was an additional $80.00.
Other then that, I was happy :)

I was really happy with the professional service and honesty with his thoughts and experience, the Carpet Technician Eli presented. I like how he rang before to let me know how far away he was. I also like after he finish all the rooms, how he showed me the difference of just how well the carpet now looked. i was amazed of the final outcome and the amount of dirty black water that came out of the machine. I would defiantly call clean and dry again! clean and dry company is the best company i have experienced. thank you :)

We were having my daughters 1st birthday party at our house and after years of looking at my dirty grout I decided to shell out $750 to get the tiles cleaned. I was so excited to finally get clean floors. I spoke to the manager on the phone who was very nice and she explained clearly that tough stains would not come out which was very understandable. The technician was nice and the tiles looked great afterwards...however I was not informed at the time of booking that the edges would not be cleaned so I was left with a whole house of lovely new looking white grout with dirty black edges. Apparently I was meant to be told this on booking so the technician told me to get some grout cleaner and the brush from bunnings...sooo $40 extra and 3 hours later (of time i didn't have to waste) my floors were finally finished. The so called 'stains' that wouldn't come out I removed with the grout cleaner and brush! So essentially whilst the tiles looked great a 3/4 job was really not acceptable and I'd definitively ensure whoever cleans your tiles goes that extra mile and cleans the edges too!

Energy efficient

Elee and his partner were realistic about my very dirty carpet and didn't over promise the results. However I was very pleased with what they were able to accomplish.

Our carpets looked the same after he had cleaned them, same spots and marks, he was in and out in 5 minutes. He also drove his truck into the neighbours patio and snapped one of the wooden beams in half, then denied it as we were asking for his details to make an insurance claim! So horrified by this experience.

Mark came to do the job for us and he came exactly at the time he said he'll arrive. Did a good job at cleaning our sofa and mattress, even offered to remove a small stain on our carpet for free. He also gave us some few pointers or advise regarding keeping our mattress and upholstery clean. Overall satisfied.

I had booked Clean and Dry (two technicians) to do my carpets upon vacating my rental. I wanted the carpets done the day before the final inspection, therefore I had left money in the drawer and the keys out. I was absolutely horrified when he told me over the phone that the carpets were heavily stained and filthy. It made me feel like rubbish. He certainly had a bad way of going about trying to make more money.

He told me the carpets would need an industrial clean after I had already had the money there ready for a regular clean. Our carpets were not that dirty as they had been done 3 months prior. We have no children and no pets!

Anyway, I received a call from our agent who informed me that when she did her inspection, the house 'stunk', there were 'poo' marks on the carpet (no animals) and the final blow was that she didn't even believe I had them cleaned! The receipt the company gave me was atrocious. He wrote that I changed my mind about the industrial clean (it was never booked), the house smelled and the conditions of the carpets were heavily stained and extremely poor. This was not true, he exaggerated just to make more money I'm sure.

I didn't want to give the receipt to the landlord because it made it sound like we were living in filth, and that was not the case. We ALWAYS had perfect inspections every 3 months.

The landlord took photos for her records and they looked as though they hadn't even been cleaned. Needless to say, I didn't get all of my bond back because they hired another carpet cleaner to do the job properly. She sent me the photos of that job and they looked great and she said they smelled lovely.

*Do Clean and Dry ever take responsibility for their poor service? It seems to me from the comments that the company is very quick to defend themselves and blame the customer!

I organised for a rug to be cleaned and was told they would pick up and drop off within one to two weeks.
Three weeks later I had still not heard anything from the company about my rug being returned.
I phoned and was told I would get a call back on the following Monday and my rug was due for delivery on that Tuesday.
No one called.
I called again on the Wednesday and was instructed that my rug was to be delivered the next day (Thursday) between 10:30am-12pm.
The company sent a text message to me confirming the conversation I had with the receptionist.
I took time off work and waited home that whole next day and no one came.
I called at 3pm and was advised that they had been trying to call me and left a message, which was not true as I had no messages or voicemails.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back by the end of the day - again no one called. Instead, I got a text message stating that the rug would be returned the following day (Friday).
The next day (Friday) the rug turned up and the delivery driver knew nothing of the situation.
I again called the office and was very rudely spoken to by the receptionist who was again making excuses for the lack of communication and poor service.
I asked for a manager to call me, to re-negotiate a price and talk about the lack of service, as I was not happy at all. Again, no one called.
The delivery man (who was very pleasant) negotiated a reduced price so that the matter could be settled.
I am still waiting on a call back from a manger (it is now the weekend and safe to say that no-one is going to call me).
I don't think I will be hearing back from them, they seem to have no interest in following up customer issues.
The overall experience has been painful with having to chase them up for re-delivery of the rug (after three and a half weeks).
The lack of communication and the way the receptionist has spoken to me is nothing less than appalling!
Please avoid this company as it is not worth the headache!!

We were told that they would resolve our waterlogged carpet....no problem...
Technician arrived and said, no can do but I will wave the hose around, mutter some complaints about his office and then say...sign here...
We have been left using towels and fans to continue the work we paid them for. Short of wrestling their technician....my wife signed his paper and called his office and they just said....sorry about that...
I am steaming upset....more than they can imagine.
I will warn all our 2000 cgurch members and anyone who will listen.
Very very disappointed.
