I applied whilst I was on the couch watching tv one night. Easy process, able to upload docs, including photo of driver's licence, quick response time, quick turnaround time on house valuation through to final approval.

Lots of documents to sign and get witnessed by a JP or similar - lots of paperwork in general. But at least that was the only reason I needed to leave the house in relation to the refinance.

Laura Gibbs, the finance consultant was excellent. Followed up with everything and stayed in touch throughout the whole application process.
Only criticism was final settlement date from Click Loans was vague and reassuring.

It was so easy process all done online and from the time my concierge Samantha rang she has been a dream her help getting everything done was fast and any time I had a question it was answered asap Samantha has great customer service and always friendly and Mathu has been wonderful in getting the settlement done fast and efficient she also has great customer service and the support we where give was 110% I have not worries in recommending click loans to anyone they got us a great loan. Misled me on my refinance since November 2017. Had to provide the same documentation over and over again, they didn't know what was happening with the loan from one minute to the next. Months and months of stress. Settlement was supposed to take place on the 16th January 2018, but they didn't obtain the correct payout figure, so it was cancelled. They then rescheduled for the 19th, but this was also cancelled,without consultation or explanation. They then rescheduled for the 24th, which would have cost me hundreds of dollars more in interest from my current lender. I left them a negative review after months of stress, and they then decided to withdraw their services. Misleading, incompetent and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

Mathu, Samantha and Lauren have been awesome to deal with in our application for our refinance. They have always returned the calls if missed and kept us up to date with what was going on. They definitely get the 5 starts with our application. Gary and Fiona

After writing my last review here on ProductReview AND also emailing the office of the Prime Minister & Cabinet about these mongrels, I was phoned then emailed by Pepper Money (through Click Loans) trying to rationalise why they weren’t passing on ANY of the COVID-19 emergency RBA late March 25 basis points rate cut & just 20 of the 25 basis point RBA rate cut announced in early March. I have 12 qualifications including 4 uni quals in business & Pepper thinks I’m stupid enough to believe they aren’t passing on the RBA rate cuts because of high overseas borrowing costs. At a time when the entire planet is in recession because of COVID-19??!! What a joke! They hedge funds when the dollar is high. Liar liar liar! Pepper CEO & board directors, you are the scum of the Earth ripping off people at a time of global economic collapse when everyone has lost their job or is about to lose their job. Anyone getting a loan through you should just point a gun at their head so you can pull the trigger then sell their gun on eBay after first rifling through their pockets for loose change, taking their grandmother’s engagement ring and $2 shop bangles. You are the shame of Australia. You seek higher profits at a time when people are on their knees. And now everyone knows how you operate. If you’re reading this review, do not take out a loan with Pepper Money or Click Loans who they are partnered with.

I recently refinanced my loan with Clickloans and was impressed with the personable service of the team! Ted did his best to help me get the best loan at the best rates. On a number of occasions we talked after hours when it suited my busy work hours. A business that works with their customers at this level has great potential to disrupt the traditional finance market.
