I understand that to keep costs down the contract has to be printed, but as I don't possess a printer, this was very inconvenient for me.

It was good, and especially the price of the battery, fitted for 75 quid, and a nice friendly chap to do it very quickly, which was probably the best part of my whole customer experience, the only comment i would add, which is on the contract side of things is that it doesn't say how much it costs to renew after allocation of assists has run out, i.e. in my case i think it was five or six?

Cheapest cover by far - more so than my current breakdown insurance company who quoted me £10 more despite several years' NCD !

Called out for first time in over 10 years Brilliant calm conversation- helpful informative reassuring etc. Breakdown truck arrived swiftly Again really helpful & reassuring Cant praise then enough

I am so impressed with the low cost and great cover this gave our recent trip to Belgium. I will be buying again because this gave me peace of mind and was cheaper than my ( FREE x three times a year cover which is NOT free actually and costs £30.00 plus per trip with the AA). Have recommended this cover to so many of my friends.

Easy to use website and a great deal found for UK & European cover from Allianz. Have been with Allianz before and had to use them when in France. Very helpful and first class service at a very competitive price. Would recommend CBC for finding the best deal available.

I didn't have to use the cover but the price was reasonable for peace of mind on a short trip to France & Belgium.

One time in 30 years when I need to call for help, and that help came easily and straight away. The service I received from the repair person exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend CBC enough.

English side of the breakdown cover was amazing,BUT my initial talk to the European side was abysmal ( I believe they were based in France), I heard them laughing in the office. The Spanish recovery people were also amazing, they went out of their way to assist me.I had a very pleasant call back the next day from the European office, even if they did not know all my details.

If the said refund goes into our bank within the next few days then I would rate your service good.Unfortunately when I read the small print of our breakdown cover for this year it states you don’t cover vans over 10 years ours is 14 years old.So that would suggest that our previous two years cover was null and void had we had to ask for assistance.Rebecca Watson has been dealing with this problem.

I had to call from Spain for information on the nearest garage to check a problem. The operator gave the information within 6 mins so consider the service very efficient when one is a long way from home.

I didnt have to use the service (a short trip to belgium and france). Purchased thru MSE - very reasonable. Was underwritten by Allianz - while comparing I noticed other offerings underwritten by Allianz and providing the same cover - so went for the cheapest - obviously.
Didnt have to use the service - but I have no reason to believe it would have been fine.

The service started poor, couldn’t get through on the number provided, had to phone my partner back home in England and she contacted them , spoke to some one in England and gave all the details, after one hour had to repeat this again as no one showed up , an other hour passes and get a contact from the French side , had to repeat all the details to them ect, one and a half hours later the recovery guys turn up . All in all waiting by the Road side for over three and a half hours till the guy turned up .
Can not fault the recovery company who were sent , absolutely spot on , 100 percent service by them , took me and my motorcycle away , they repaired it with in an hour , all this on a late Sunday afternoon, i was well pleased with there service.

The only reason I have awarded three stars is, I have only just purchased the cover and as yet have not needed to use this service (not that I foresee this happening) so realistically I cannot rate the product other than to give a neutral mark.
