We have had a HORRIBLE Experience.
They charge $98 every month and every 2 months you get 2 bottles.
That's $200 for 2 bottles and the whiskey has not been anything special.
Shipping is a nightmare.
We NEVER received our June shipment of 2 bottles.
Good luck getting ahold of them...I've emailed 3 times and never heard back.
Also, they send us mostly scotch...
Do not recommend.

I have e-mailed twice on the customer service e-mail and one on Instagram messenger regarding when my first box is due to be delivered.

Payment has been taken from my account a few days ago but looking online it does not appear anything has been sent out.

I appreciate with COVID-19 things may be a little slow but to have no acknowledgement of my e-mails is appalling. All I would like to know is when my first box will arrive as I am concerned it is a scam.

I didn’t get the second shipment because the shipping company wouldn’t deliver at any time other than my working hours. So we only got half the product we paid for.

My purchase was a gift that was supposed to arrive after Christmas however they were too efficient and it arrived before Christmas when no one was home. I called to explain and all was taken care of and new delivery address added for future deliveries. Product was very tasty.

The delivery and contact was very good,particularly in the current climate.I enjoyed the premier snacks that came with the whisky.Though enjoyable ,it was not really my style hence the 4.

I got this as a present for my husband and he loved it! The whiskey was good and varied and the snacks that come along are always unique and good. Overall a wonderful purchase!

The second time around...the first time we received no notification of shipment so were not here to sign for it...it was returned to you...it was a birthday gift so it ended up being over a week late arriving. We are very happy with the product and the packaging...
