Angie from Cruise 1st Australia swiftly replied to my online enquiry and answered any questions that I had in subsequent emails. I had one phone conversation with her during which I paid the deposit for my family to go on a Transpacific Cruise. Within 24 hours, my family were booked on the cruise that we had made an enquiry about.

One of the main attractions was the price offered for such an extensive trip, the only downside was the crazy schedule for returning home...some 48 hours ridiculous. I would rather pay extra and have the shortest traveling time possible. Why would you spoil the enjoyment of a holiday by having a nightmare travelling for 2 days in the end?

This is the second trip we have booked with cruise 1st. Booked on line with no hassles. Needed to ring and speak to someone once, and received the best help, no problems. The whole trip went so well, we felt very comfortable booking with Cruise 1st again.

You have a great consulting Sam Tropiano who has looked after booking since October 2018 and in this time he has scored us Upgrades ,Drinks packages,etc when P & O have advertised any deals.
Even with this Pandemic going on he has been very helpful with queries I have had.

First error: no return flights booked from Sydney to Melb.
Second error: when the flights were booked they were for 2 months before the cruise.
It makes you worry that “the premium beverage package”, as promised, is not included or the luggage allowance not covered....

So far it has been the worst experience of my life The cruise we booked 6 days ago has been cancelled Since then I have booked $700 worth of air fares $170 of hotel fees Maybe get cruise fare back but what about the rest Also went through dummy booking of same cruise tonight & went to check out cruise 1st were still willing to take my money on a cruise that has been cancelled how ****** fraudulent is that stuff you cruise 1st

I have used Cruise1st before and would use them again in the future. Easy to book on line, but this time I called and the consultant was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend Cruise 1st

I booked a Cruise 1 week ago only to receive confirmation of my booking via email and that it is incorrect. re Dates and destination. Despite several phone calls to Cruise1st stating 'the staff member who booked it will get back to me' I have had no phone call. Secondly no response at all to my emails. I know it must be a busy and hectic time for Cruise1st given the CV but I do not know what to do next.

Waited for 52 minutes. Still no call back. Booking in a mess. IT Department bungled my booking twice. Please restore some of my faith in Cruise1st.

I generally like booking with them as they have great deals but have to rethink the whole thing now as I’m still waiting on a refund from a cruise that didn’t happen 3 months age. Cruise line reimbursed anyone who booked directly with them after 2 weeks and money would have gone to cruise 1st at same time. Really quite unacceptable but all I get is ‘be patient’

Yes,me and my partner have used Cruise 1st but my first time normally Wendy does all the work but I am not worried about using myself again.
