We came to the know about the XAPCreditSolution at Gmail dot Com from a Real Estate friend of Danny’s from his Fantasy Football League. Danny was telling him about us wanting to get out of his mom’s house and into a single-family development being built near the high school. Roman, told Danny he had a client with real bad credit like 400 get it up to 775 on his fico with XAP credit repair company in a week. Well, we signed up in January and Danny’s score got us qualified with credit union for the mortgage. I am writing this to tell everyone to use this service and because they will give us $50 credit for referral credits toward our bill. We are referring 2 more people next week.

Horrendous, lazy agents. Great sales pitch from Leeanna up front, which is the only time you'll deal with her - Once she's "closed you" by giving you stories about her lesbian pregnancy journey to make you feel you've built up a meaningful relationship, she's on to the next victim.

The staff have no respect for your property - "Don't worry about taking off your shoes" - Do the bare minimum to get by and then when you get a buyer the progression are all part time with an abundance of annual leave! An absolute nightmare for continuity!

I can't believe the audacity, and if you need to express that you're unhappy they leave you waiting forever for replies and just don't care!

Please use someone else, save yourself the pain.. Choosing the right agent is as important as choosing the right solicitor, it would be a mistake to choose Cubitt & West.

Beware the fake reviews on here making them look better than they are. When questioned I'm sure they'll say this is false - Happy to share my experience with you in more detail if it helps you avoid making the wrong decision..

A massive thank you to Paul Brown and his colleagues at Cubitt & West West Wickham for all their hard work in arranging new tenants for us during these difficult times. The Covid 19 lockdown has been a massive obstacle for all of us but Paul has worked meticulously to ensure all stages of the tenancy transition have run smoothly whilst constantly adhering to social distancing guidelines. We would certainly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone contemplating using their Landlord services.

I can highly recommend Heidi and her team at the Ashington Branch of Cubitt and West.
Not only were they professional throughout, but they were also helpful and approachable. They did an amazing job marketing our property and lined up people who were genuinely interested and no time wasters. As my husband worked nights, it was great to know that all viewings were booked, as much as they could be, around his sleeping patterns; but we still had a high standard of footfall to our property.
Once we had accepted our offer, Heidi really came into her own. We had quite a few issues further down our chain, and when we found ourselves hitting brick walls in regard to other estate agents and solicitors, Heidi went above and beyond, to ensure that matters were chased up and that our very tight timeline was adhered to.
I know there are cheaper alternatives on the market, but I really do feel that employing Cubitt and West's services, was the best decision we made. They weren't the most expensive agents out there either!
If we hadn't gone through them, I honestly believe we still wouldn't have sold / moved...and we've already been in our new home almost 5 months! Other agents wouldn't have access to the leads that Cubitt and West had, and they also didn't show the passion or have the local knowledge that we felt Cubitt and West did.
We had very personal reasons to push for a quick move, and thanks to their dedication, I managed to have almost 3 extra weeks with my Dad, for which I will be eterally grateful.

Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to the whole team for finding the perfect buyer for my property and facilitating the successful sale which completed last Friday 24th April.
When I agreed to listing my flat for sale with you it was a dead market and I don't know I really believed it would happen. With the right buyer and a good sales team you've accomplished what seemed like the impossible. My plans to move forward finally seem possible and I want to thank you for your patience and support, I believe you, Tom, negotiated the best possible price possible, even more than my counter offer, which blew me away

I would like to say a massive thank you to Lauren, Vanessa and Roy for all of their hard work in getting us completed on our house. After a lengthy process and a number of different delays they all done everything they could to keep us up to date and work with the others to get the chain moving. We managed to move in just before lockdown and have been able to enjoy our beautiful new house during this difficult times. Thanks again

Excellent service from Linda and her team at Cubitt & West in Bognor. Their help, advice and work in ensuring we found a tenant for our house, whilst being in the Covid - 19 shut down was exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend them. In addition, contracts and account statements are clear and simply understood.

I recently purchased my first home with the Cubitt & West Sutton branch. I have nothing but praise for my agent Kurran. He made the entire experience such a pleasant one. No question was too small or insignificant. The team always got back to me promptly and helped to ensure the transaction went through in a timely manner.
He even followed up after the exchange/completion with some issues the seller had left behind. Brilliant service!
I would recommend this branch of C&W 100%. Thanks very much all!

Very useful meeting with Andy at the Portsmouth branch via Zoom. Brother and I looking to market late parents property. In current times this proved a very effective way to ask the questions we had. Decided to go with C&W with property on the market by the weekend.Impressive.

Once the sale had been agreed and passed over to Julie Bramble for the protracted experience of legal searches she was always available for me to speak with, even throughout the CV-19 lockdown. She acted as an excellent advocate between myself, my buyers, my onward purchase, the rest of the chain and all the conveyancing teams that were also in the mix. She made the whole process bearable and was always a friendly voice to calm the waters in times of stress. Many thanks

I first viewed my property on 27/1/'20 and sale was agreed the next day. Work progressed for the next 6 weeks and then Covid-19 intervened. This could have meant that progress was halted until life returned to normal, as was the government's intention. But staff worked from home in difficult circumstances and work continued to progress.

The day before exchange and completion (unusually both on the same day) was hoped to take place, a spanner was thrown in the works by the legal team. But Cubitt and West, mainly through the good offices of Kevin Porter who moved heaven and earth outside normal working hours to ensure the planned completion date was achieved, including the need for great mutual trust, the move was completed in the evening of 1/5/'20. This was only 3 months and 4 days after first viewing took place.

As a first time buyer, we have never really had to deal with Estate agents. I always hear stories about how they can be pushy and with Cubitt and West I didn't feel this at all.

We have just purchased our first property and had seen so many over the last 6 months. The property we purchased finally fell within our budget. Without hesitation, we called Cubitt and West and spoke to a lovely lady called Zoe. Zoe had been fantastic throughout from that first phone call, to greeting us at the first viewing.

Zoe made me and my partner feel at ease while looking around the property and left us to view this alone, without breathing down our neck. She let us take our time and it was like having a friend on the viewing. Once I viewed the property, I called Zoe to put an offer in and helped us get an agreement with the seller. I couldn't thank her enough and even when I had a silly question she was their to help us. Overall 5 star service and if you have had her or are getting a viewing soon with her, you will see what I mean.

One we had singed our agreement in principle, we were in contact with Julie. Julie helped us throughout the processes up to the collecting the keys. She always checked in and made sure we were ok. This was nice as being a first time buyer, as it can feel like you are in it on your own and you do need advice and guidance.

I must admit Cubitt and West did this well. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

We chose to contact Andy at the Portsmouth branch to get some advice on valuing our house once the Covid restrictions get lifted. To our surprise he did a Face Time valuation for us, we sent him a 2 minute video and now we are on both the C&W website and Rightmove. Hopefully everybody will now be able to view online our fab house. Here’s hoping we attract a future buyer whilst every other estate agent remains in lockdown. Thanks Andy and hopefully we will have plenty of interest soon. I look forward to you showing people round once the restrictions are lifted.

Excellent service from both Heidi and Steph at Ashington, West Sussex.
Heidi kept in constant contact throughout the sale which was complicated by the Covid 19 lockdown. Heidi was always there with a friendly, experienced and understanding hand. Cant thank them both enough for everything they have done from start to finish.

C&W were "managing" my property for the last two years until I recently took the decision to manage it myself for several reasons; a) my tenants have had to chase them for repairs, ultimately resorting to contacting me because nothing has been done, b) when repairs are requested they find the most expensive quote and only obtain one, c) they do not follow up on repairs to ensure what needed to be fixed was actually fixed, no evidence provided other than an invoice, d) no attempt to protect you from dodgy plumbers that suggest replacing an entire boiler that is perfectly fine for £5000 rather than a £150 fix, or better yet £20,000 to tank the entire flat because of minor damp problems on two walls, e) complaints are brushed over, f) emails go ignored.

Overall, complete lack of customer service, both to tenant and landlord. They do not take responsibility for your property and are more than happy to spend your money for you without any accountability - just a bunch of paper pushers.

I encourage you to manage your property yourself - it's fairly straight forward through a landlord association and if C&W can do it, you definitely can.
