I would like to update on my experience with David Van Hagen. I had a problem with very long delivery time which was the fault of the local forwarder. David Van Hagen stayed in contact with me and tried to solve it. I got my order and I have to say thank David Van Hagen for your great communication and customer support.

Transparent about amount of shipping costs, fast delivery from the UK to Switzerland. Would order again.

Why only 4 stars: packaging was too soft, the case of my cufflinks was squeezed together. But the cufflinks are fine and look great.

After contacting David Van Hagen they went super above and beyond to rectify a simple warehousing mistake of sending me an unbranded box instead of a branded one for my cufflinks. Their customer service was beyond perfect - friendly, warm, efficient, effective and quick. I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reputable company who does exactly what they say they will, and more. Thank you!!

The onyx cufflinks I bought my grandson to match his signet ring are of the highest quality and he is delighted with them.

What I ordered arrived well after Christmas so that did make my star review slightly less as it was a Christmas present also the very small box the gift came in was like a
Match stick box a bit more effort on the presentation and offering an option to pay slightly extra to track your Package I would Of had no problem giving 5 stars. customer service though is very good and they did respond promptly when I raised my issue.

Ordered a Christmas gift well before the cut off date for the country I live in according to their site and as of January 1st no delivery. No tracking info for the package which sounds absurd.
