I'm a big fan of decathlon for many years. Their products are honestly priced and of very good quality. You can get even better deals at their clearance section. Have their card so returns are very easy during the warranty period. My latest buy was a road bike ultra AF 9000 cost £800 through cyclescheme. The staff at the cycling department at the Surrey Quays store were excellent: Roman arranged test ride on 2 bikes for 2days so I could buy with confidence, Pablo ordered the bike and kept me informed, Mario set up the bike to perfection and Jakub helped with the payment through the cycling scheme. I'm confident that if there are any issues with the bike I can always bring it over for check up and fix. Thanks guys!

I have ordered a bike on 23rd Nov'18 with a delivery scheduled on 25th Nov'18 i.e. Sunday and out of excitement I reached at the store in the morning but to my disappointment I was told it's not there yet and will get an email confirmation once it is ready to collect in store. The wait didn't end till Tuesday as after back n forth communication I finally got the confirmation that it can be collected on Tuesday. They lacked to inform me that it won't be delivered on agreed day hence the score for delivery service as I am yet to collect the bike therefore can't comment on the product and product service. So disappointed with decathlon as it ruined my plans for the week.

OMG nush is the most dedicated hard working guy I've seen work at Chingford decathlon he helped me set up my fishing rod even when we took him off his break and told him to go back well wait he said no I got you but I'm coming back tomorrow I've messed up my rod again expect me nush

I bought a pair of expensive squash shoes for a Christmas present. It was weeks before Christmas and the delivery date was set for 24/12. On 23/12 I had an email saying there was a delay on delivery, then another a couple of days later saying there was a further delay, then one saying the order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock. I complained, but replies were perfunctory and did not explain. I ordered the same product elsewhere with quick delivery. Avoid Decathlon.

Worst delivery services I have ever experienced Only bought 2 times in the last month from decathlon through the online and home delivery service. First order did not arrive in full (despite all products showing as "in stock" on the website and in order confirmation email) and had to contact them to get it delivered properly. No excuses offered, they just sent the missing item a few days later (lucky I was not in a hurry). 2nd delivery just arrived today and what a surprise, this time they managed to send me stuff I did not order at all and therefore I have yet to receive what I really ordered (only 4 items!). Therefore would discourage everyone to use their online store as it is just a shame !!! Products are generally ok but not worth the effort to go through this waste of time when you can find a lot of other similar products in the market and easily accessible.

I placed an order for 5 "online in-stock" items and looking at the order tracking it has taken 5 days for it to even reach "processing". I just called Decathlon up to see when my order will be dispatched and I've been told that wont be for another 4 days (due to a "lag" at the warehouse). What sort of business takes 9 days to even process an order!?? I've now had to cancel the order as it wont get here on time and I'll need to make alternate purchases for my trip next week. Very disappointed.

We had order badminton rackets almost a week back and it's delivery was scheduled after 2 days of order. When we contacted customer care they mentioned its out for delivery. But courier person mentioned as they have not received packet from decathlon. Again customer service calls and asks whether to cancel order. Worst experience. Will never order from decathlon.

We have placed the order on the 6th January for delivery to our home address, your delivery team tried to delivery it without any notice and no one was present. We contacted your team to request a delivery from 4pm and to be made aware couple of hours before that the driver is on the way. We were reassured that we will be contacted and it did not happen on the second delivery, and they have attempted to do it at lunch time again and no one was present since we are both working. Then we asked for a delivery at Decathlon on Hight Street Kensington where we could collect it from. We were told that it is not possible to change the delivery address. After a week, we called again asking for a solution since no delivery are possible on Saturday. As this point and after insisting, they finally agreed to change the delivery address to my partner work place. Since Monday they have not deliver the bike, therefore we have called them today and request a refund after 10 days back forward with your team. We were told that it is not possible. Then we have asked when we can expect the delivery and no answer was given, after expressing our disappointment, the person hung up the phone on my partner. It is not how we should treat a customer and especially when she was not rude or aggressive with your team, but disappointed by the service and express it in a polite manner . No delivery to date day 15... poorest service in retail's history

Placed an order for delivery after 2 days i got a email to tell me it was shipped and would arrive on Wednesday 19 September great I thought. Wensday comes waiting for delivery about 1 o'clock in the afternoon I get a email to saying my return had beed refunded I never returned anything as I had not received it. Called customer service they said sorry but don't know what happened did not try to rearrange as they had refunded .I asked about complaint they lady could not speak English very well so that was had work only to be told send us a email and a manager will have a look. This company is shocking I would recommend you only purchase in store do not place a online order as you won't get it.!!!!!

My son was due to receive a junior 10 park tshirt having completed 10 5k runs. We claimed the tshirt via parkrun. I got a text message that read : your decathlon UK Ltd parcel number 15504551120254 will be delivered. Though we live at 23 Lavington road w13 9RT ; the parcel was delivered on the 26th of March to an address in Northern Ireland. I’m trying to arrange a replacement as my son is disappointed. Have done his 10 runs not to get the tshirt I tried to deal with someone on chat earlier today and as I didn’t respond with a minute or 2 they end the conversation abruptly. I tried to email but that woouldn’t work as I don’t have a reference number as we never ordered via decathlon .. also i couldn’t upload the message from dpd because of formating.

currently been waiting for a delivery of a bike for a week and a half. delivery not arrived when expected and put back a day, failed to arrive the next day and no message for update this time. Received a message suggesting will be Monday (1 week and 2 days after ordering) didn't arrive! called customer service after calling local branch for number because website saying this whole time lines are down! On hold for 7 minutes and the lady apologies and says will be the next day! Guess what still not arrived, on phone now for the second time for over 9 minutes before it just cuts out.

I ordered an Olaian 500 Body board on 17/06/18. It was delivered on time, but after unpacking I found 2 dents in the board. I returned the board at my expense on 06/07/18 expecting to have postage costs re-imbursed. This has not happened so far. A replacement board was delivered today 16/07/18, it also is damaged, which was evident without unpacking so I refused to accept it from DHL. To return the item, Decathlon ask you to complete a return statement form (2 sides of A4 = 2 x pdf files) take pictures of damage (2 x jpg's) and also a picture of the delivery details on the package. (1 x jpg). On the 'Contact Us' Form maximum file attachments is 3. (I have 5 to send) The file upload wouldn't work, so I couldn't send any of them, and your Customer Loyalty Team phone number is either not working or no one answers it. Is it any wonder that I think your customer satisfaction feedback is very poor.

Three months ago I tried the DOMYOS T900A treadmill in store and was satisfied with the performance, I was informed that I would need to order on line. I placed my order and it was delivered as promised and the delivery team were very helpful. The treadmill operated as expected for 7 weeks but then without warning stopped working. The start button and several others in close proximity stopped working meaning that the treadmill has been out of operation now for 36 days. On the first day of the fault I reported it via email to the address as provided and received an email thanking me for my interest in the Decathlon brand and was informed I would be contacted within 48 hours so disappointingly I waited and waited and waited after 96 hours without response I emailed again and received the same response. I then rang the customer service number, where I waited and was told the person dealing with it was on holiday but that they would call me Monday. Well guess what nothing happened so I rang again and finally spoke to a helpful man who informed me that he was aware of the issue I was having a had ordered a new console but it would be ten days, he reassured me that he would keep chasing and it wouldn't be any longer than 10 days. Well guess what 26 days later I have had to keep chasing and today I got a response to say that they are very sorry but the console is out of stock and they have no complete treadmills in stock that they can take the parts from and sorry for the inconvenience caused. So i have a 3 month old treadmill that has been stood still in excess of a month and still none the wiser when the issue will be resolved.

I Purchased Domyos T520A Treadmill on 12th Feb 2018 from Decathlon Store at "Motera (City : Ahmedabad, State : Gujarat, Country : India) for 39, 999 and 400Rs delivery charge, Total : 40, 400 Rs. Bill/Order No : 70144801/0003323, Decathlon ID :[protected]. It was delivered and Installed Next week around 20th FeB 2018. I used it the next day and it stopped Powering on when I paused it. I called Decathlon aftersales service Representative Abhijeet and he sent a Repair Tech who identified There is Power issue with the Treadmill and advised Abhijeet(decathlon rep) to replace the Treadmill. There is a dent on the body part as well. Abhijeet informed me that they will replace treadmill next day. But on the next day he called and said they are going to repair it. The same Repair tech who advised to get it replaced was forced to repair it. I encountered the same problem few days back. I called abhijeet but he did not bother to listen to problems I am facing this time and was rude. He tried to monopolize the conversation and I had to disconnect call as he was not even ready to listen to the issue. Apart from the power issue, treadmill hits the ground with a bang sound when I lift it down, it takes forever to show the Pulse which should not take more that 5 secs. At times I feel it is a little shaky while walking/jogging. My dad is 70years old and have a heavy body. He is using it for walking and I cant take a risk of repairing it one more time and be doubtful that this problem will reoccur. At his age he will not recover if he encounters bone or head injury if treadmill looses power suddenly while he is working out. Neither abhijeet nor Decathlon Motera branch gives a damn about safety of our lives and I have sent a complaint to Domyos(Treadmill manufacturer) as well with No response. I am well within 90 days of Store Return policy to get the product replaced or get the money back but Decathlon does not give a damn about it. They will not replace a product which is defective from Day 1. What a pathetic Post sales service. I feel like I have been looted by White Color thieves wearing Suit and Tie and speaking fluent English working for Gang Decathlon.
