They sold me a fan that doesn’t work and has been giving me the run around about getting my money back for the past 5 weeks- DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH if you value your money

After shipping my item over 2 weeks late, it arrived incomplete I emailed after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and got no reply for 3 days. I called again and was told to deal with it, they were waiting for the manufacturer.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company.


NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a Worldwide Lighting chandelier W83035C28 and they shipped an identical chandelier with a different model number 800D28C/RC by Elegant Lighting. They stated that the chandelier I received is of better quality than the one I ordered which is a lie! I ordered a Worldwide Lighting chandelier with 30% Full Lead crystal and they sent me an identical chandelier with unleaded glass! I called Worldwide Lighting and they told me that DecorPrice.com is not their authorized reseller.

Max at DecorPrice.com told me the following, "When Worldwide Lighting does not have item W83035C28 in stock that it will ship item 1800D28C/RC by Elegant Lighting," ... and on a previous call I was advised by DecorPrice.com that "both chandeliers come from the same warehouse."
I ended up returning the fixture and reporting them to Worldwide. They are so desperate. They only care about their profit and not their customer! Buyer beware!!!!

I found two large wall candle sconces at a local interior design center that I fell in love with, but just couldn’t stomach what they were asking for them. After getting home and contemplating going back no matter the price, I started an internet search and found DecorPrice to have the exact ones for half the price. They were shipped quickly and packaged in the original box, so they were more than protected from any potential damage. I would definitely order from this company again, but do wish they had more items to choose from.

I received half of my chandelier last Friday. They’ve been really rude by phone when I’ve inquired when i can get the missing parts. Now they said they’re coming direct from the manufacturer early next week and refused to expedite. We’ll see if i actually get the rest of my chandelier. Glad i have protection from my credit card on this purchase. Would never buy from them again. I bought through google marketplace

I ordered three light fixtures, two sconces and a chandelier. They all arrived within two days. The chandelier box was damaged, but the chandelier was fine. I was able to get the fixtures cheaper than anywhere else. They were 25% off and free shipping with no sales tax. I am very pleased!

I got my fixture within two weeks and it’s downright beautiful. No problems or issues. I was a little in the dark so tracking could be helpful on orders (I don’t think they have it available until it actually is sent). I saved quite a bit by going through Decor Price. The light fixture is a focal point of our new bathroom.

I have now purchased several items prom DecorPrice. Not only are their prices some of the best I have found, they offer free shipping, no sales tax and you build rewards that can lower your total cost even further. I now always check them before I buy lighting and other Décor items. One of my favorite sites in furnishing and redecorating my home.

I placed an order over 3 mo ago for 2 of the same item. The first item came a few weeks after I contacted these clowns. They said that the items were on backorder but they might have one. I guess they dug one out of their **** but it was damaged I kept it because it was minor and the piece won’t be seen. Now 3 mo later I’m still waiting. I just called their number and waited 10 min for previous orders customer service. I got fed up and redials and went to new order customer service. Lo and behold they pick up on the first ring. WTF! After telling the outsourced customer service rep what happened, again the item magically appears in their inventory and will be sent out tomorrow. These clowns are useless. I’ll never order from these clowns again. You should beware of this company.

I placed an order for a vanity on 19 March and was not able to get any status updates. Called service support and they promised to call back but never did. Kept calling back only to be told that since he hasn't gotten a response, he didn't call me back as there's nothing to update me on! At this point, I had no idea even whether the order was being processed. Then w/o prior warning on the 31 March, I get a call from delivery driver that he's 10 mins away. This caught me off guard as I was out. Upon opening the box, I discovered there were cracks on the top. I duly reported it with photographic evidence and was issued with a ticket [#ESI-64856]. Followed up again with service support on 8 Apr and to date (21 Apr) I have NOT heard back from anyone. I am disappointed & upset that I spent $$$ on a vanity that is flawed and no one is bothering to assist with rectifying the issue. Appalling service all around :(

The first panel that I received had 3 cracks in the glass. I called them and the arranged free pickup of the damaged panel and send me a new one. That one was fine. Installed the panel in my bathroom window. Gives the bathroom that "wow" look. Looks fantastic!

I ordered a light fixture over 2 1/2 months ago and have received no communication, updates or my light fixture. Every time I call they say it’s shipped and in route but I have no tracking emails. I cannot understand why it would take 2 1/2 months to come from NJ. Terrible service and communication, I will never order from them again.

Ordered 2 lights, one was missing the glass shades. A quick call to Kalco resolves this issue and they sent replacement shades. I did end up switching to LED bulbs do they would be a bit brighter.

My wife and I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Altoona, Pennsylvania, a few times and each time she saw 3 cut vases in the lobby. She asked where we could purchase but the hotel didn’t know. I searched online with a photo I had taken and found them at DecorPrice. We ordered the small and medium sizes of Cyan Design Glacier Vase. They look great in our home and are very unique.

I purchased 2 lights for my bedroom from DecorPrice. Their service is amazing and their prices were better than anywhere else I could find. The quality of their products is outstanding and they have very knowledgeable staff there. A woman who works there was able to recommend the best type of lighting that would work in my bedroom and I could not be happier.
