Very easy to read, comprehend, and be successful. Remarks were helpful. This was a very good experience. I was able to refresh my memory of safe driving techniques, laws, and facts. This was a painless way to avoid getting points on my license while freshening up my driving knowledge and skills. The cost of the course was just right. Thank you....hopefully, I will never need to take another of your courses.

I appreciated that there were distinct "sections" to study and follow. It is much easier to concentrate on one tutorial section and pass that quiz...then move on to the next. I would highly recommend this site also, for the ability to stop and return to any section without difficulty. I also called after completion, just to verify that my testing was all correct for submission to the State. The phone representative was very kind, helpful, and reassuring that everything was good. Highly recommend!

Excellent course. Very informative and well written. Easy to follow and understand. A human being is always available by telephone for any questions. One suggestion I'd like to make. Although I passed the test, I did not get all the answers correct--in other words not by 100%. The possibility of finding out the correct answers to the question I got wrong would be most helpful. Thank you

I didn't really understand the 240 minute requirement. It didn't take the time required to read the material and answer the quiz questions. It was frustrating, and even though I tried to slow down, I had 70 minutes to "kill" before I could take the exam. Otherwise, the program was user friendly and the price was better than others available!

Couldn't be more thrilled about the ease of this whole process using the Defensive Drivers Group. The website was so easy to use and straight forward which is so helpful so there is no more added stress of failing websites. I had to reach out via email on Sunday afternoon with a question about completing the final test, not expecting a response until Monday. But, I was surprised to get an answer back within a few hours and the problem was solved. Customer service is A+!!

This is a nice course and I actually learned a few things I did not know. Only problem I had was the time keeper wasn't keeping track correctly. It would say I had invested a lot more minutes while I was reading a lesson, then when i would check progress to move on it would change and delete a ton of minutes that i invested. I had to spend more time than 240mins in order to take final.

it restarts count down to 240 min every time I have to log out and go back in. Also final exam doesn't tell me which questions I got wrong so I can correct those instead of having to think about each question again.

It was a good experience. I had an issue on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend and I sent an email to Customer Service and they responded within an hour. I thought I would have to wait until Tuesday.

I needed technical assistance to proceed and complete the test and there were various ways to request for a tech support. Most importantly, calling directly helped most. Lovely experience because problem was resolved immediately.

I have to thank Scott and Jerry for engineering this online traffic school. I finished all my lessons and my final in under an hour and got a 97% the test. When I signed up I forgot to enter my citation number and Scott answered his cell phone and resolved the issue licitly split despite the fact that it was a Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks for making this a painless experience!

I received a traffic ticket in Los Angeles last month and the judge allowed me to take an online driving course to get my points waived. I checked out many of the traffic schools on the list and found defensivedriversgroup.com and I'm very glad I selected them. The course was affordable, easy to use and navigate, plus it only took me a little while to complete. The DMV received my completion of the course....it really was painless. I recommend defensive drivers group
