I hired them in April 2019 to move my stuff from Adelaide to Sydney. All the packing was done by me. There was 1 brand new iron board which their staff literally seemed to drag on the street and hence caused scratches on the board.

I booked a move on the 20th to be delivered on the 21st, it’s now the 25th and my belongings still aren’t here. I’ve called and messaged every day on every number they’ve given me, only to be met with lies and complete disrespect. At one point, I was even promised a photo of my things to ensure they actually have them, and I’m still waiting for the photos to be sent, which were promised days ago. Just a word of warning to everyone considering this company: I have started to take legal action against them because they’re a complete scam and have frauded me out of my money and now have stolen my belongings. Do not use this service.

I was moving 2 bedroom unit to 3 bedroom house and it is around 5 to 10 min distance. I packed everything and waiting and waiting but they didn’t came. They ruined my day without any contact. While I contact them, they told me to they will Call me back but no call. They are totally unworthy and I don’t trust them anymore . So, I strongly don’t recommend them.

If you book an appoiment 9.30 and 9 they said sorry but we have a broken truck and they will be there 11... then 11 No one came... 11.30 I call back and they said I'm on my way... I'll be there about 1... and the manager at the end said sorry the guys will be there before 2.30...
Stuck all day in my house waiting
I had to be in Brisbane 12 pm(from gold coast) cos I was waiting other trucks from other stores to come...
My husband left his job lost his 5 hours wage to be there estead of me
480$ gold cost to Brisbane only 17 big bags of stuff and 3.30 hours job no furnitures...and 30$ dollars after argument discount for all this!

Three bedroom home occupied by three young women, original told 2 to 3 hours to move, new address 10 minute drive. Removalists arrived with a truck already half full of furniture from previous job, time required to unload that furniture to accommodate ours. Move took 7 hours.

We had good experience from this moving company
Very affordable price ( $30 travel, + 75/hr.
Had no issues or damaged goods on arrival,
Had two guys with excellent skills and no issues to follow
directions
It took 3-4 hrs for a 4 bed/2living house to be fully moved to another 2story house
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone
The only downside I can mention is they were 1 hour late than got booked in.

My move involved 3 locations and required moving items from the first location to the second and then reloading the truck from the second location to move to the third. The service was fantastic. They arrived within 30 minutes of the designated time and were very prompt and careful with the items that were moved. I have used this service before and will continue to do so in future. Even recommended this service to family and friends! Thanks guys.

This company arrived late evening and had me waiting all day without any communication. As an interstate move, they said they needed to collect in one truck then transfer everything into another truck for the long haul. My furniture arrived on two separate trucks with other customers.
I had to call and call to find out when my delivery would be. Originally told Saturday but received them on two loads Monday am and pm.
Nothing was labeled and I had to point out what was mine.
Nothing was wrapped.
Everything was filthy.
Many things scratched and drawers don’t shut anymore.
The invoice said 2 Men but only one man delivered my furniture for either truck. I had to help unload my fridge, washing machine, tables, everything. It was almost impossible for me.
I am an old woman and was assured two men.
Disaster.

Furnit 3 weeks late. Damaged lost parts. Please do yourself a favor. Go to Grace Removals or a reputable company. Forget about the cheap quote. A horrible unreliable useless service.

I contacted the company to move a studio apartment locally (only a 10 minute drive). The appointment was scheduled for 12 noon. After an hour of waiting I contacted the office and they told me they couldn’t get in contact with the movers who were supposed to be doing the job. So after another half an hour I called again and they told me they wouldn’t be there until between 4-6pm! 4 hours after the scheduled appointment!

They finally arrived at 4:10pm, with a poor attitude from the start. Slowest removalist’ i’ve ever seen!

Finally after it took them an hour to pack the truck (with myself doing a considerable amount of the heavy lifting as well) we set off. I called the office back on the way to the new property and demanded some answers and at least some form of compensation for them being so late and so slow! The manager told me “I can’t offer you any discounts because of how low the rate is already” to which I responded, “if I turned up 4 hours late to my job, I’d get sacked. So why are you lot any different”.

Then the unpacking/downlift was an absolute joke. I had to do almost all of the work myself. I got so fed up with them that I just started taking stuff out of the truck and moving it all myself. Then one of the guys tried to charge me for 2.5 hours, even though they were only there for 1 hour and 45 minutes!

Finally all I got off them was a $20 discount off the final amount. Doesn’t come close to 4 hours of my day that was wasted by these fraudsters.

Absolute waste of time, save your money.

DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I had booked the removalists for 9am and they did not arrive until midday!! Once they arrived they were fairly fast to pack up the truck with my stuff. The staff took an extended amount of time to get to my new property I left at the same time as then. They were the extremely slow to unpack the truck in order to extend the time resulting in having to pay more. There were multiple occasions I caught the men sitting in the back of the truck not doing anything and also carrying the slats of my bed one at a time in order to drag out the time. Would absolutely not recommend this company. Avoid at all possible costs.

I had a 3 bed move and the boys were just lazy.
One spent an hour making sure his blankets were folded nice and neat and was moving really small amounts at a time. E.g. one carry on suitcase. Always on there phones. Spending 20 mins a time just chatting in the van. I will not be using this company again. It's a shame because I've used them 3 times before this move. Also broke my plant and were laughing about it.
