I was a little skeptical at first, but the service ended up working great. I sent out a broadcast to over 80 clients without any flaws.

I talked with a representative twice and not once did he ask if he could take the payment over the phone. If they are not authorized to do this it should be mentioned that they are unable to do so.

I work as a teacher at a large high school. I often need to call multiple parents (10 or more) and struggle with finding an available phone, the inability to call outside our area code, and simply finding time to make calls. With Dialmycalls I can send the same message to parents at the same time. I have used this for two weeks now and I am already seeing an improvement in class attendance. I haven't experimented with the other options yet but I look forward to adding them going forward.

Being an administrative assistant with a lot to do; phone calls to collect past due invoices can be very time consuming. This did Exactly what it says. DialMyCalls in a flash I had over 200 calls made. Payments started coming in. The other great thing I recorded my own voice and the system left messages for customers who did not answer their phone. This a great tool to add to your office.

I did not want to send the calls out all at once. In the past I was able to send the calls out 100 or so an hour but when I called to ask how to do that I was told it can't be done. Very disappointing that this great feature is no longer available.

Our neighborhood in Penticton, BC, uses DialMyCalls as an emergency warning system as we live in a high fire hazard area -- grasslands and Ponderosa forest. We are able to notify some 60 households within a minute or two and first used the system for a fire to the south of us just one week after getting almost all of the neighborhood signed up. Before that, we ran tests of the system and had a couple of minor glitches -- one user-induced -- and the other with some people having very weak cell phone signals. DialMyCalls support is excellent. Highly recommend this company and the service it offers. We're grateful and the price is sure right.

I have used Dial My Calls for two years and I have never had a problem with any of the calls I made. The service is very dependable.

September 30 2016 we had a twenty acre grass fire directly next to our 315 space senior housing complex owned by a major municipality. Dial my calls was paramount during this fire to provide multiple instructional responses directed from the local Fire Control. Over 450 people were kept in up to date contact with important information that potentially per the fire marshal saved lives. Panic set in with many residents who were comforted by these instructions and directives to remain safe

I am Head Usher and and Elder at my church and Dialmycalls makes it very easy for me to communicate with all the ushers and members in my cell group. They love how I communicate all at once and they enjoy the weekly scripture I send out to encourage them through the week. I was actually turned on to Dialmycalls by someone else and introduced several other auxiliary heads at my church.

I use this service to send out calls for a Masonic Lodge. Notifying members of upcoming events and details. I have been using the service for years, so now I am able to just reuse the recordings I have already made. It’s also really nice because I can see who answered and who let it go to voicemail. I only send to about 40 people at a time, but this could easily be scaled to help a larger operation.

first you can never reach anyone on the phone when you need assistance and second of all I end of sending blasts twice, and some phone numbers have been disconnected andi have no way of knowing in an hour I am going on line because I deleted some phone numbers and then I realize it was like 40 numbers got deleted.
