Excellent service - thank you to Pritesh who surpassed any expectation I had - there was a missing engraving that wasn’t DB’s fault but I had a special moment to ask my lady and a lot of planning- I phoned up from Newcastle sent it back and he had it turned round and sent back very next day all engraved and free of charge . Thank you ????. She said yes !

I had a brilliant experience with Diamond Boutique purchasing my [now] fiancée's engagement ring. I had a couple of questions for them before I decided on the ring I wanted (in terms of the size and cut) which I discussed with them and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Once I'd chosen and ordered my ring they were also brilliant in ensuring that the ring was delivered where I wanted (to my sister and brother-in-law in this case) and at a time which was suitable.

They were also really reassuring about what we should do in the event that we needed to re-size the ring or even return it for another (which, thankfully, we didn't as she loved it).

Service was incredibly efficient with my ring being dispatched and received within 20 days of having been ordered. I received regular updates throughout this period. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I am very please with diamond boutique there customer service is 5star and i will continue to go back to them and will recommend them to anyone wishing to buy high quality items. I got my engagement ring from them and had a wedding ring made to fit perfectly with it I love them and show anyone that is interested, wish i could upload a photo to show you the quality of there work.

Great service from beginning when the ring wasn't showing as available in my size, I spoke to an advisor on the chat facility and within a minute or two it was available for me to purchase.
Very speedy delivery from date of dispatch too!

Service was very good, they kept me updated on progress at least once a week. They give you approximate time of delivery, which was quite long for my ring size, but I knew how long I will have to wait before even ordering. Excellent service!

Took about 3 weeks and was kept informed of the progress through weekly emails. Turns out the size I chose was 1 too large but I was able to send it back for a free resize. Have the ring back now and there are no visible markings or anything to indicate a resize has taken place. Excellent

I was planning to propose to my long term girlfriend on Christmas Day 2017 so I needed a ring. I was given Diamond Boutique's details by a friend who had a previous great experience. Pritesh from DB personally came to meet me to discuss the requirements and after a few suggestions I came to a decision.

Diamond Boutique were very professional and as somebody who likes a personal touch, they provided me with this and made me feel very comfortable.

The ring was delivered well on time. Esha was completely shocked, amazed and overwhelmed by the ring (and the question in hand of course!).

I contacted Diamond Boutique, because although I wanted to buy a customised version of one of their rings. The gentleman I spoke to said that the ring could be altered and to write a note on the web form when making the purchase. Shortly after submitting the payment, they called to tell me they had received the order and would customise the ring as described. I received weekly updates as to the progression of my order, and the product arrived earlier than stated. The quality of the ring is exceptional, and the workmanship fantastic. The day the ring arrived was a hot day, and I was concerned that I may have ordered the wrong size. I called their customer services, and the gentleman advised me to keep the ring and try it on a few days in a row to make sure, and that they would re-size he ring free of charge if I still felt it was necessary. Diamond Boutique are an extremely professional company who produce high quality products, and I would thoroughly recommend them in the future.

After ordering, about 10 days later I realised I'd ordered the wrong size. Not a problem I was told and a new ring was made at no extra cost and still within the original quoted delivery date. Superb service with fantastic communication, it makes a change to see great customer service. Keep it up ???? and thank you????

The peridot gemstone turned out to be 5 ct. rather than the promised 7 ct. and was smaller than advertised.

I ordered a diamond sapphire halo cluster ring with engraving as a surprise 45th wedding anniversary present (sapphire)
The quality of the finished product and the pricing was fantastic.
As this was required for the special day, Peter kept me updated all through the process and delivered it on the day agreed.
I would definitely reccomend Diamond Boutique.
