I sent two different packages back in December, one package had already been sent back to me after the return, yet Disturbia it’s been over two and a half months and they’re telling me “they HaVEnt GotTeN iT to CoNtACt tHe CoUrIeR” which is absolute bs. I order across seas and this hasn’t happened and I got my other returned package back already…makes nooo sense. I also sent video proof of me dropping it off at the return. They fail in customer service and probably just trying to rip me off since it’s be easier considering I’m across seas. Absolute bs. NEVER AGAIN. DONT ORDER IF YOURE ACROSS SEAS, this has happened to multiple people I have read, including me.

All the clothes I have received have arrived in a mere few days after ordering even though I live in Australia! I have ordered bulk amounts every time too and that's made no difference to speed. The quality is amazing and I am obsessed with the shoes! Well, the clothes, the belts and harnesses, accessories, everything - I love it all! Thank you for your great customer servive and great products!

Payed 80 for shoes sent them back for 60 and I am still waiting for my new pair to arrive.. upset is an understatement

Ordered a mystery box and wasnt a fan of the items in the first one. I sent the items back and they were replaced with things more to my liking. Customer service was fantastic and my items were replaced fast with quick delivery. The fact they replaced the items for me when there is a no returns policy on mystery boxes is fantastic. Very happy customer and would highly recommend Disturbia. The quality of the clothing is worth the money and I'll definitely be ordering again.

First time using Disturbia this month and I'm really impressed. My order turned up quickly in decent packaging (DPD). Clothes all fit true to size based on size guide online (I'm a 16/XL).

I've ordered from Disturbia three times in the past year and each time been really happy. The clothes are excellent quality and delivery always comes really fast even when you select standard post.

So far this year ????....I have brought from disturbia L7 t-shirt (L)and tie-dye jumper(XL), girl from Mars t-shirt(XL) and just now! Misfit trousers (uk16)....which I'm excited about...
The t-shirts and jumper are so comfortable lovely soft material, I buy XL as I love my clothes baggie (I'm 5'5 and 78 kg but yes I could have got away with a L on jumper and t-shirts)
Btw the customer service is very good here, I was contacted by email to say they didn't have the L7 t-shirt in an XL, I phoned them I took the L and it was with me ASAP, was sent an email to say it was on its way.

I can only say I have bought two items from this website so far, two T-shirt’s. I’ve been looking for long sleeve T-shirt’s for a while now but couldn’t find any that really portrayed my taste in clothing until I stumbled upon this website and although the tops are quite pricey they are totally worth it, comfy and baggy if that’s what you look for like me. They are some nice clothes on this website so I will definitely be buying more, might even look more at the dresses next time ????????????

recommended for fans of:
Drop Dead and/or Pleasures(now) brands - fabric quality is top tier, post modernist punk star aesthetics made for the more matured. The Damned Sneakers were my choice of first impression and I decided to buy a 2nd pair to save for when the originals kick the bucket so I can keep this look on for twice as long I am also a huge fan of the Lazarus flannel distressed hems and cuffs is the magic touch but the black overdye is SO smart I wish the Trent Shirt would have had a little more distressed details, but I can just do that myself it’s always fun to do.
Here’s an idea I had maybe you might use it:
I’ve always wanted to see a long sleeve flannel shirt with added short sleeve flannel sleeves layered overtop the long sleeves on a heavier flannel shirt for a deep winter one off premium piece? Hmmm might have a unique look to it I’ve never seen anyone do layered sleeves before at least with a flannel shirt that is. About the new collection: MY jaw literally dropped to my knees this beautifully crafted new collection saw probably the most badass parka in the history of all parka’s the Pardita Parka is changing the game not just for Disturbia, this brand is influencing now, no longer influenced. the new winter collection from Disturbia is an iconic one for sure. Every thing is a must have for me take my money!!!

I've been buying from Disturbia for years and I've always been happy with everything I bought, recently I bought the new Venus Boots for £80. They were really unique and chunky, sadly after wearing them about 7 times for about 2 hours each time. The bottom of the left shoe has about an inch deep crack from one side to the other.( and the chain details are made of plastic) I'd advise anyone reading this not to buy them, as rad as they look the quality isn't there. I'd absolutely love to buy more shoes from Disturbia but I'm worried if it'll just happen again.

Everything else is good like the tops and jumpers, I've bought some bags from Disturbia and they've lasted me years but I'm just a bit disappointed with the shoes, sorry for the rant.
