This company is horrible. From the beginning it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone and get any help or get questions answered. For my initial appointment (for which the company charged me 3 times) the provider didn’t even bother to show up. It was extremely difficult to reschedule and the nurse practitioner I was finally scheduled with had no idea what they were doing and seemed to know almost nothing about ADHD. He ended the appointment early after admitting he didn’t know enough to provide a diagnosis or help of any kind. I had already been diagnosed with ADD years ago (which I told the provider) and worked for 5 years at a clinic specializing in the treatment of ADHD. I didn’t need a diagnosis but was hoping for easier access to care since I live in a remote area with few options. The company wanted to continue charging me while they asked me to wait a month and a half for an appointment for a second opinion, with the same provider! After filing a dispute of the transactions with my bank and explaining to the company that what they were doing was malpractice they provided a partial refund. This company is not just running a scam, they are irresponsible and dangerous. They have no idea what they’re doing and should not be providing medical treatment to anyone.

At first done worked great. They diagnosed me and helped me in a timely manner making it so I got the treatment I needed. However after 6 months I was in need of a refill I had a follow up appointment like I was supposed to and was not going to need another one for a couple months. 2 days before I would run out of my 30 day prescription I requested a refill. Then 2 days passed after sending emails and messages stating that I was going to be out of my medication and that I needed a refill. Lyn Hall never responded. 4 days later(6days from when I first requested the refill) still no response. Running out of my medication impacted me greatly at work and home and those 4 days where hell for me. Luckily on the 5th day of being out I was able to get a appointment with a new psychiatrist. Lynn Hall never responded and Done would take days to respond. They treat patients like they are just dollar figures. They have no care for how their actions impact their patients. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Wishing I had looked at these reviews before I booked a consultation with these guys. Half the reviews are one star and the other half are 5 stars…hmm. Well my experience was short lived as I had scheduled a consultation call for 2pm. I never received a call from them, missed calls, nothing. What I did receive was a text saying that I had missed my appointment and that my $200 was non-refundable. Even if I had missed the call that is outrageous. But the fact that they never actually called is criminal. I have tried calling, but all the numbers they have listed go straight to a bot, there doesn’t seem to be a single number you can call for customer support. I can only imagine how many people have been billed $200 for literally nothing. No service, no one called me, nothing. And they’ve made it impossible reach them so most people probably just give up and take the L out of frustration. I’m disputing the charges with my bank, and filing a complaint with the BBB. I strongly advise anyone thinking about going with this company to look elsewhere.

This was basically an online drug deal that was overpriced. The Dr reviewed my responses to a couple of questions and diagnosed me. I needed the medication but unlike a real consultation they provided know instructions on how to deal with ADHD without the medication or while using the medication. Every month they failed to fill my prescription on time and correctly due to poor communication and follow through.

There is no way to communicate with them. The pharmacy that usually fills my prescription no longer accepts telegraph class 2 drugs and therefore I have been 3 weeks having to cut off my medicine from one day to the next. The side effects are horrible and there has been no response to my emails and phone calls so that I can get it sent to a new pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional, especially for being so expensive.

My Rx is now 9 days over due with no resolution in sight for the second consecutive month. Do not begin treatment with these people as communication is terrible. They always “apologize” for the delay and blame it on the doctors not knowing how to use their system correctly. This is a dangerous game they are playing with people’s emotions because withdrawal symptoms are real and can be dangerous because severe withdrawal symptoms include suicidal ideations because all these neurotransmitters you previously had open are shutting down. Done does not care. They take your money and run. Do not use them!

Absolute scam! Trying now to get a refund since they are apparently incapable of filling a single script. Horrible customer service with no one answering phones and constant excuses "the system is updating" or " we cannot reach your provider".

Amazes that they are still in business.

I will be reporting this company to the Texas medical board for investigation of their unethical and questionably legal business practices

Done. Is a scam. They issued my script, late as usual. I went to pharmacy to be told my pharmacy never received my script. Haven’t been able to get any help, I’ve emailed and called collectively over 70 times with no avail. It’s been a week- I called the customer service line and now they say they are closed. They legitimately took my money and never provided the script. I’m not sure what to do?! Help!

Absolute scammers first I took my $20 then they took my $79 after I scheduled my appointment. The provider waited until the day before my appointment to cancel it because my provider did not have prescription privileges for controlled substances in my state of North carolina.
Done first scheduled me with a second provider without my input during my working hours it took two days for them to reschedule that at a time that I found acceptable that would have been a third appointment.
The day before that appointment the provider canceled the appointment for the same exact reason they can't prescribe in North carolina.
Done first then scheduled me with a fourth appointment with the original person they first prescribed me with who is in Georgia and can't even prescribe in North Carolina now when they made my third appointment they canceled that one because of a decline credit card because they tried charging my credit card $79 again for an appointment that they themselves canceled and once I cleared that up I was working on my fifth appointment at that point I'd had enough and didn't want to find out if they can prescribe here or not and I demanded my money back I was refunded my $79 but they get my $20 and they said that's not refundable and I said well no that's not true so I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company and discover it doesn't mess around they will back charge them.

My experience was 5 stars, but everything just happened to go well for me. Had my appointment, and the Dr was very kind and understanding, and said she would have my prescription sent over to my pharmacy within a couple days. And.....it happened, 2 days later my pharmacy called me and told me to come pick up my prescription. Was worried after reading the other reviews, but I really think it may just depend on how professional the doctor you're assigned is, and if they do what they say they will do. I had zero issues at all, but your mileage may vary. So glad to get treatment, and get my life back on track. Today is day 1 on meds, and already going well.

This is a scam. Had my first appointment last Friday, clinician said my prescription would be sent on the next day. Called pharmacy and nothing. Tried emailing them, and got a canned message saying they would respond within 3 days. Called their emergency number (which is a joke) and was on hold for 10 mins, then an automated message says no one is available. Did this twice in one day and got the same exact results. Finally got a call back (after my 4th email and 2nd call) and the lady says she will get to the bottom of it and call me back the next morning. No calls, nothing. Tried them one last time and was on hold for 10 mins and got the same message, so this time I left a message stating that I wanted a refund and my membership cancelled. Went to their site and magically (within 3 mins) my account has been deleted. So they are getting the calls and messages, they just refuse to actually answer you..... thus, it's a scam.

Keep in mind, I have been dealing with them for 5 days and this was my first time..... very unprofessional. Now I get to spend the next few hours trying to file a grievance with my bank to get my money back.

This is my first month with this service. I did my consultation and I have been prescribed a medication that my pharmacy didn’t have. I emailed SEVERAL times to get support on changing the pharmacy or medication. No one came back to me.
I have decided to cancel my subscription for the next month, and when I did so I was immediately logged out from the portal. I still paid for this month's service so I don’t understand why I'm not receiving assistance until the end of my paid service + there is NO service or Customer care on this website.
I demand FULL REFUND. Now I'm waiting again for their response.

This website is a joke.

Scam company. They don’t care about you at all. This company is always late with refills and you can never get in touch with anyone. I live in Ohio and all of a sudden my doctor left the network and donefirst gave me 0 notice and were well over a week late with my refill and then Gale told me they wouldn’t be charging me but guess what? Still got charged. Run away from this place as fast as you can because they don’t care about anything but money

This company is a nightmare. Full of empty promises and no communication with their patients. I have to practically beg for my refill every month. Their only goal seems to be more money. They are so overloaded with patients you will get lost in the system with no importance to you mental needs. There is not support, communication or therapy what so ever. The only way I can get a response is to write a review. I guess they have more people watching their website than they do actually working to help their patients.

Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had being prescribed a medication. They treat you as if you aren’t even seeing them for a medical reason.

They don’t care when your prescription is filled, they don’t care if you asked to speak to a manager, they don’t care if you’re paying them every month and not receiving what you’re paying for. The only thing I can say about this company is stay away! Horrible horrible company. Not only that, but they’ve made it incredibly hard to not only speak to them but also leave reviews anywhere. They have zero social media because they understand what a bad impact that would have for their business.

it has been four months now of my prescription being sent in one or two weeks late. The amount of time and frustration it takes to get a prescription sent is unbelievable. Now I’ve been three weeks without my medication and they have totally stopped responding with no phone number to call. Only support by email and it’s the worst I think I’ve ever experienced.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied of dealing with Done company. In the beginning all was going in plan I got next day consultation, got approved for prescription, clinician was nice and sounded professional. Than I got in patient portal message from clinician that I will get prescription next day and can go to pharmacy and get my medication. After I went I found out nothing was for me and I’m not even in the system . I called multiple times to support line . They didn’t answer long time . After 15-20 min of waiting on the line I got a reply and they assured me next day I will get prescription or answer from team what’s going on and they will resolve it fast. It’s been 2 days no reasonable reply of the situation just very strange email that they try to find out why I didn’t get the prescription yet . That’s very unprofessional . Start looking like a scam company and I will never get it and it was all made just to charge a 100$ .

This company is the reason I am no longer going to be seeking help with my ADHD. Their practitioners are flaky and will cancel on you last minute. But they'll reschedule without asking you and then if you miss the appointment that they set for you then you'll have to pay $125 for a new appointment. Go with a real doctors office and not this joke of a service. They take forever to get back to you.

One bar no bar I was scammed I have screen shots each zoom as time passed both was a no show. I'm expecting my money back $199.00 tommrow afternoon.
