I have been with them for several months and every month they fail to refil my mess leaving me without medication for weeks on end.

Amazes that they are still in business.
I will be reporting this company to the Texas medical board for investigation of their unethical and questionably legal business practices

Done first scheduled me with a second provider without my input during my working hours it took two days for them to reschedule that at a time that I found acceptable that would have been a third appointment.
The day before that appointment the provider canceled the appointment for the same exact reason they can't prescribe in North carolina.
Done first then scheduled me with a fourth appointment with the original person they first prescribed me with who is in Georgia and can't even prescribe in North Carolina now when they made my third appointment they canceled that one because of a decline credit card because they tried charging my credit card $79 again for an appointment that they themselves canceled and once I cleared that up I was working on my fifth appointment at that point I'd had enough and didn't want to find out if they can prescribe here or not and I demanded my money back I was refunded my $79 but they get my $20 and they said that's not refundable and I said well no that's not true so I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company and discover it doesn't mess around they will back charge them.

Keep in mind, I have been dealing with them for 5 days and this was my first time..... very unprofessional. Now I get to spend the next few hours trying to file a grievance with my bank to get my money back.

I have decided to cancel my subscription for the next month, and when I did so I was immediately logged out from the portal. I still paid for this month's service so I don’t understand why I'm not receiving assistance until the end of my paid service + there is NO service or Customer care on this website.
I demand FULL REFUND. Now I'm waiting again for their response.

They don’t care when your prescription is filled, they don’t care if you asked to speak to a manager, they don’t care if you’re paying them every month and not receiving what you’re paying for. The only thing I can say about this company is stay away! Horrible horrible company. Not only that, but they’ve made it incredibly hard to not only speak to them but also leave reviews anywhere. They have zero social media because they understand what a bad impact that would have for their business.
it has been four months now of my prescription being sent in one or two weeks late. The amount of time and frustration it takes to get a prescription sent is unbelievable. Now I’ve been three weeks without my medication and they have totally stopped responding with no phone number to call. Only support by email and it’s the worst I think I’ve ever experienced.
