Loaded up the basket, as quickly as I was loading it, they were taking items out as they had no stock!?
Even though I had them! Bizarre...
Finally made my order up minus about 8 items that had been taken back,
12 days later and the 6 items arrive, well I thought they had....infact it was just 3 items! Both the bags I ordered for Christmas present and a pair of shorts were missing, with just a N/S on the side of the invoice next to said items.
Full amount had been charged, no message to let me know, just find out when a miniature parcel arrives.
Now I need to spend ages shopping again!
Why have a Friday sale if you don't even have the stock? Or the ability to honour the items in people's baskets etc.
Let alone not even letting me know the happenings on our of stock items, happy to try and support the more unique business, but when their help is as poor as this and it's us that has to do the chasing and ask the questions they don't deserve our custom!
You can't even speak to them via the phone only a person on the ask chat when they're available.... absolutely shocking service or can I even call it service?? When it wasn't there!??

•Placed order for a trolley at 3 o’clock received next day at 10 am. (Good value for a 4.99 p&p)
•purchased trolley in sale 149.99 down to 59.99 - wouldn’t not be great value if purchased at full price but for 59.99 an absolute steal and looks to be great value.

At this point I requested a refund as unfortunately the time frame was no longer one that worked for me, I appreciate it may be out of Druids control but at that point I went and purchased another expecting the refund process to be straight forward for an order Druids cannot fulfil.
My initial request for a refund was on the 02/06 and so far I have had just 2 replies -
The first offering me a free accessory pack (this was already included as I brought during a promotion??) and a 20 voucher - I have no with issues Druids attempting to save the order initially with the offer as it makes good business sense (I imagine a large volume of pre orders is good cash flow in uncertain times). I declined the offer on the 04/06 and again asked for a refund to be processed.
No further contact was received until I chased again on the 09/06 to which i was told I had to provide bank details and that it can take 28 days? The website currently states 3-5 working days for a return refund straight back to card used for payment? Not sure why this should take 5 times longer and involve me providing additional financial details??
I replied on 09/06 pointing out the above out, expressing my confusion as to having to provide bank details and requesting confirmation that my refund would be processed in the standard way with a confirmation of when it will be done.
As yet I have no further reply, despite sending a chaser email, which leaves me very disappointed and still out of pocket.
I understand we are in a very different times than a few months ago but its 9 days since I requested a refund for an order that a company cannot fulfil as promised, is that really acceptable even now?
