Ordered a refurbished X800 Pro card--- $302 including 2 day air shipping. I ordered the card on Thansgiving (Thursday) and had it by the following Monday. The card is in excellent condition and has all the essentials that come with the retail version. About the only thing I could complain about was that they didn't send me an email to confirm shipping, but they're telephone customer service was very helpful and polite. Great company--- will buy from them again.

Noticed the great price ($59) on a 9500 non-pro oem 128mb built by ATI and because of previous mixed ratings here and wrong parts being shipped and out of stock, i proceeded to call their toll-free direct line and i was promptly assisted by a customer agent. she confirmed that they had one left and i quickly made the transaction after feeling a bit more assured by talking to a live agent. the product was shipped same day fed-ex overnight and arrived promptly the next day in a white box with a bundled software package as well as the cables and bubble wrap, etc. it basically looked brand spankin new for all intents and purposes and even better, it was a 9500 non-pro 128mb with the L shaped memory modules that i've soft-modded and overclocked to essentially a 9700 non-pro!!! fabulous price, great service, and a pristine product! what else could a satisfied consumer ask for? will patronize again!

The Item was just as described, I also recieved my order quickly in 3 days. It was a refurbished item without instructions (just as they stated in their description) I was able to download the instruction manual from the manufacturers website and I saved over 50% off new retail price by purchasing my item with them. I'll be shopping with these wonderful people again..
THANKS for a wonderful experiance...

Well, I bought a motherboard, 512kb of RAM, and a processor from DumpingGoods.com. So far, I THINK the mobo and RAM are fine, but I can't really test them without a working processor, and the processor is about as useful as a block of sand. DumpingGoods doesn't seem to answer emails at all, but they are very polite on the phone, and it's a free call... so whatever =) One of the few companies I've contacted that actually speak English fluently. I'm not completely satisfied with the service, I paid for 2 day shipping, wanted the computer up and running ASAP, now I have to wait for RMA to go through, and it's friday.... can't ship the processor back till monday.... SOB... I hope they make this worth my trouble. Depending on how this is handled, I may or may not buy from them again in the future. I do have an RMA number and I have repacked the processor, just waiting to send it back. Cross your fingers and pray for me guys. Let's see how DumpingGoods handles OEM processor returns. =/

I received a call and email from dumping goods today, I am very pleased with the way things are turning out. Excellent store, would buy from them again.

_____
I received the second processor today, it doesn't work either. Seriously dissapointed. I guess I'll just call it quits and take the loss, as I doubt they'll help me any further. I won't buy from dumpinggoods.com again, at least nothing delicate like a processor.

I've placed several orders over the past couple of years. The customer support is nearly ZERO. Despite having my alternative address listed with my credit card carrier in advance, they have yet to give me a tracking number. V-e-r-y s-l-o-w service is typical - althugh they SOMETIMES ship faster. Prices often are good but read the fine print carefully. Motherboards may not include I/O shields or drivers, etc. Mistakes by them may be next-to-impossible to correct.

Ordered a Matrox G400 dual head 16MB video card for a very good price. When I received the package, it contained the wrong Matrox video card (a G450). The tv out adapter I purchased from Matrox does not support the G450, so I wrote an email to customer service to try to resolve the problem. I explained that time was of the essence, yet I never received a reply (after over three days of waiting). That seems pretty unacceptable to me. Luckily the card was not that expensive, so I can chalk it up to experience and never order from dumping goods again.

Shipped on time, ordered sunday and recieved with 2-day shipping on wednesday. But the "refurbished" motherboard that I bought had no cables or the back shield which is custom to the motherboard. I figured it would be that way since some other review also said that they didnt recieve one either. Price did reflect that since it was $40 cheaper than any other price around. I don't mind this missing so I'd probably buy from them again.

Ordered an Abit AT7-Max2 for under 35 dollars shipped late Thursday night, and it arrived on the next Wednesday. The board came with the installation cd as well as the backplate and the original box. No problems whatsoever, and they promptly answered an email I sent about the shipping date. I would definetly buy from them again.

I ordered an ASUS V8420 GF4 TI4200 for $67 from this company on Dec 5th, 2003. I ordered it 2 day FedEx and when I recieved the package it was the wrong part ... now I understand mistakes and what had happened is they sent an ASUS motherboard not the video card. Every company makes mistakes so I wasn't too upset about it, this happened on a friday so I waited till monday and called 5 minutes after they opened. The person on the phone was very polite and quickly went to the shipping department and had the right part sent out that day and told me they were going to send fedex to the house to pick up the motherboard. I recieved the motherboard on Wednesday and it was a refurbished part which I don't remember seeing on the website but I figured it would be as their price was $130 lower than any other company for that card. After installation everything worked just fine the box had all of the parts, manuals, cords and disks that were supposed to be there.

In summary I was very happy with the support I recieved regarding the wrong part being sent and I would defintely purchase from this company again.

I ordered a motherboard from them and they sent me the wrong one. I tried to contact them with both phone numbers on the website... no luck. I also emailed, but got no response. I checked back at their website and noticed they changed the address and took out their siute number. I had to call my credit card company to claim a despute. I shop online frequenlty... trust me, I wouldn't buy from them.

Ordered 4 new ATX cases, 2 'refurbished' motherboards, 2 cdrom/floppy drive kits. After waiting 5 days for a shipping confirmation and not receiving one, I called customer support inquiring to the status of the order. Lady couldn't find anything on my order, promised to email me back with what she found out, never heard back from her. 2 days later I get automated shipping information, all arrived 10 days later. ATX cases and cdrom/floppy drives in good shape but the 'refurbished' motherboards are a farce. Clearly they are not refurbished in any way, one of them looked like it had been pulled out of the worst computer environment imaginable. Grime covered the entire surface with the plastic yellowed from exposure. Four of the main capacitors were also bulging at the top, kind of hard to miss for a 'REFURBISHED' board. First and last purchase for me from Dumpinggoods.com.

Ordered 2 ATX cases from them on the 8th for a total of $36 shipped. They arrived quickly, on the 14th and in good shape with plenty of hardware. In the case of the more complicated case it included detailed instructions on assembly. Both cases were in new condition(or so close to new condition I couldn't tell).

They sent email confirmation for the order and a timely Fedex tracking number.

Ordered two rackmount cases
RMC4L-4U w\ 300Watt Hot Swap PSU for $147
and a SUPERMICRO SC822I-300LP 2U Server Case w\ an Ablecom 300Watt for $92
both where new in factory containers with full hardware
and the Supermicro shipped with rails

Also picked up a Pinnacle Pro One RTDV capture card, but I had to get the return period extended twice inorder to test it (it failed) I got the RMA and while it took a little while to get credited, they where real nice throughout the process

Its obvious to me that the majority of the dissatisfifed customers here are those that failed to read or understand the terms

Im extremely satisfied, and only wish the Capture Card had worked out ($287 for a $700 list card)

Have gone out of my way to recommend them to others, I gather these guys specialize in open box and returned items from other retailers (at least in the refurbs), as such due diligence on the part of the buyer is called for, hold up your end of the bargin and keep them apprised of the situation you you should have no problems ;)

I ordered a refurbished Abit NF7-S for $30!!! Also, ordered an Athlon XP 2500+ for $85. Ordered on Monday, shipment arrived on Wednesday. Overall, I am VERY pleased with thier service.

There were some drawbacks, however.

Thier website interface leaves a little to be desired, as well as thier order tracking. I had to call thier 1888 number to get my tracking number. To this day, my tracking number never showed up on thier website.

Also, they could have packaged the processor in a plastic case. Instead, they sent it in a plastic sleeve, with a rubber band attaching styrofoam to the pins of the processor. Luckily, there was no damage.

Ordered 4 Gigabyte 7N400PRO2 motherboards.
No accessories (usb connector, firewire connector,
audio connector) were included with 3 of them.
No reply to emails. Ugh, no more business from me.

I purchased a double layer dvd recorder, memory, hard drive and several other items. I was very pleased with the quality of the products I recieved. The customer support was not the best, but when I emailed thier technical guy Ray, he replied in less than 10 minutes. Great job Ray. It took a while to get an answer on the phone, but it seemed like they were extremely busy. I expected it since it was the holiday season. Overall experience was really good. I will order again

I purchased an Abit NF7-S with all acessories for only $30.. price was unbelievable. Packaged very well, received everything. Everything worked right out of the box. Although they did not send tracking information, shipping was very fast. Took one day to deliver to northern california. Only part I don't like is I couldnt find my invoice number on their account page. Other than that, I Will definitely buy from them again.

Purchased refurbished ASUS V9280 GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB video card at a good price ($55)...website FAQ page very clear on policies regarding refurbished products...I called to see if they would confirm that the card was a factory-refurb and was told it was...I placed the order assuming I would receive a brown box with card only, and was delighted to find I was shipped a full retail box (with all accessories and software)...I'll certainly deal with these guys again. Caveat emptor...but these folks seem honest and fair. I'm quite pleased.
