Kerry was always helpful and prompt on the phone and the guys who delivered the very weighty (60mm x 900mm x 3100mm) quartz work tops were incredibly skilled, professional and friendly.

From our first enquiry, to working on the finer details of the kitchen that we chose, right up to the professional removal and delivery, our experience with The Used Kitchen Exchange has been fantastic. They offer incredible quality kitchens and describe them perfectly. They were more than happy to answer questions and provide additional information and we were delighted that the kitchen we received was even better than we could have imagined. The Gaggenau appliances are in incredible shape and very well packed.
Kelly was a wonderful help. The online chat made it easy to connect with her quickly and she kept in touch throughout the process. We would highly recommend The Used Kitchen Exchange to anyone who wants an extremely high spec kitchen, in fantastic condition, making huge savings and helping to save the planet a little too. Thank you all so much.

I never realised that such a service existed until we found UKE via a 'Google' search! Website was very easy to follow. A number of photographs and descriptions of the units and appliances gave a clear indication of what was available to see if it would fit into our available space. Our friends who were doing the installation called round at the home of the seller and were able to see first hand, the quality and condition of what we were to expect. Seamless coordination by UKE staff to advise of the date that the kitchen would be removed from the home and then delivered to our property several hundred miles away. Delivery crew arrived early evening to offload. Whilst clearly some of the items had minor low-level damage due to being removed from a working kitchen, we were really pleased with what we acquired via UKE and it is difficult to tell that it is 'second-hand' once in situ.

I would never have had an idea how to sell a used kitchen... UKE made the whole process simple, Jo called regularly with updates and the kitchen was sold within 10 days. The money was in my account within a month. Couldn’t have been more impressed.

Buying a kitchen from UKE couldn't be easier, you may have to keep looking for a few weeks but it really is worth it, we have bought a high end product at a fraction of the new cost and once you have decided to purchase the process is made simple, their communication skills are 2nd to none and the delivery guys are really helpful I can't recommend UKE highly enough.

Easy efficient service, other companies said our kitchen was not one they could sell, but used kitchen exchange had it sold in the first week.

Used the kitchen dismantle service and today received my payment. All went as planned.

Never have we had such a straight forward purchase, friendly and ready to help with any questions , well impressed with using your delivery men, even delivering half the kitchen to two separate Addresses was not an issue , would highly recommend your kitchen sites to any one, we are so happy with how ours fitted in the extension,goes to show that there is always a way to rearrange a second hand kitchen to your requirements , Thank you again for making it possible for us to get our dream kitchen ********************* :)

Everyone was very helpful in providing honest information about the various kitchens for sale and keeping us informed about the dismantling and delivery of our chosen kitchen, especially Mark and Siobhan on the sales side, and Sean and his Team who delivered the units and handled the massive heavy granite worktops with amazing expertise. If you are thinking of selling your kitchen don't look any further this company are definitely the best from start to finish .... their team removed our kitchen at the weekend I cannot praise their work enough they were there when they said they would be the kitchen was dismantled and removed within 4 hours and left in a very tidy condition they were just brilliant !!! If I could give a 10 * I would .... thank you used kitchen exchange.

I’ve been liaising with UKE for the last six months keeping an eye for the right kitchen to come up and every enquiry I’ve made has been responded to quickly. When the right one finally came up Clare immediately secured it for us. After sales logistics went smoothly thanks to Kerry.

Just Excellent From First Phone Call To Removing Kitchen and Always Willing On The Phone To Explain Everything.They Came On Time On The Day They Said To Remove Kitchen.Removal Men Were Excellent and Kerry Who Co Ordinated Everything In The Head Office was Excellent To Deal With.

Had a kitchen to sell but left it to the last minute as the new kitchen was being installed the following week. Called UKE on the Thursday, they had found a potential purchaser on the Friday. Photographer/Survey was carried out on the Monday, sale confirmed on the Tuesday at the full proposed price, and their team came to dismantle the kitchen on the Wednesday ! We couldn’t believe it ! Money arrived when agreed. All the team were very helpful and everything went smoothly. A big thanks to them all.

I had to write and leave some feedback for Glenn and Sam who completed the move of the kitchen we had purchased from eBay. The move was to be from Southampton over to us here in North Boarhunt last Friday, the 29th June 2018.

From Glenn’s very first interaction with a very ‘challenging’ customer (the person who was selling the kitchen!)the previous day, to the actual move, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and tact utilised during move which involved 2 x trips in extremely hot oppressive weather conditions. There were copious amounts of units, panels and trims of varying sizes, as well as several extremely heavy granite work surfaces. Having been told (by the previous owner of the kitchen) that to move the granite it would take 6-8 men, Glen and Sam were able to show him that they could indeed move the granite and subsequently transferred all the pieces carefully and exactly.

Glenn and Sam worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to make the 2 collections and deliveries to move the kitchen over to our house. Although offered, and accepted, refreshments they did not allow this to stop their momentum! They were amazing!

Glenn and Sam are great representatives of Used Kitchen Exchange, and I would not hesitate to recommend your company based on the service they provided, and also the assistance you provided Kerry.

Used Kitchen Exchange provided a fantastic service - they were so helpful and professional from the outset, came to measure up very quickly when we were short on time and sold our kitchen for a good price within only 24 hours! We were delighted with the service they provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The idea is a great one & there appears to only be 2 websites out there that offer this type of service in the U.K. Initial contact & subsequent communications were impressive, my queries always answered swiftly & professionally. The removal went well, although took longer than quoted & payment was made on the day I was quoted.
My only criticism is the commission rate, far to high in my view (30% initially), with removal costs too (a subsidiary company) the total cut to Used Kitchens was nearer 50%. I felt it was non negotiable due to non competition.
Good idea, good customer service but commission rates far too high for the overall service received (one site visit, 8 photographs, website upload, half a dozen phone calls & kitchen removal).

Nothing wrong with the kitchen ,as described ,the delivery though was a poor service - despite telling them that The delivery must be made during daylight hours due no lighting at the delivery address both verbally and by email -
The delivery was made at 21:00 finishing around midnight , a granite worktop had to be left outside as it was too heavy for 2 men to carry in - so how did they load the van ? With 3 people ? So no shock that it could not be unloaded the other end then .
Some weeks delay in getting kitchen removed ,this was down to the seller and kitchen company fitting new kitchen -
So flexible timescales to be taken on board ,
In my case not a problem
