Welcome - DVD Lady - Classics on DVD

I ordered a couple of times from DVDLady and was more than happy with what I received. I thought they were the answer to my prayers and sent in an order for DVDs amounting to more than $150. The order didn't arrive. I informed them and was told they would send the order again. It still didn't arrive. They then stopped replying to my messages. Eventually I had no choice but to ask PayPal for assistance. Almost immediately DVDLady contacted me and said they'd send me my order, which they did within days.
I notified PayPal that everything was fine, and told DVDLady that once their problems were sorted out, I would start to order again. They said there were no more problems and I could order again right away, so I ordered four more DVDs. When this order arrived, one film had no subtitles and another was the wrong film altogether. They admitted their errors and said with my next order, I'd get two films free of charge to make up for it. I was then told that I couldn't use PayPal any more unless I specifically asked to do so. So I specifically asked and was told it wasn't possible. They then reverted back to their old trick of not replying to my messages.
I haven't ordered from them since. They still owe me the two DVDs which I'll never get. I wouldn't have received the $150 order without PayPal's help and there was no way I was going to send more money without some kind of guarantee. DVDLady have proved they're capable of supplying hard-to-find films and I would have bought many more from them. It's disappointing that they can't be trusted.

Have never been let down or disappointed yet.
The service is always first class

Ordered two movies from them. After more than a month, I got sent two cracked discs that didn't play. I contacted them to let them know, to which they replied that they would be sending two replacement discs...which never arrived. Complained to them several times and got no response. So...got no movies and no money back. Complete fraud.

I ordered the download of a movie that apparently was out of print. I initially was going to order the CD because it said $3 shipping in the description. I went to check out and shipping was $6! I decided to just download the movie for $12. I had the link within two days and the quality was just fine. You're not going to get Blu-Ray resolution and it was obviously recorded from Show-time, but I'm satisfied with it. Thanks!

My pet monster is a fun and silly show, but the copy I received was like a recording of a recoring times 10. Terrible quality and barely watchable. What a complete waste of money for a high price and minimal quality effort on Lady DVD's part. Don't waste your time!!

I ordered the movie Geronimo starring Joseph running fox she sent me Geronimo with Matt Damon I texted and called and everything else for two months no response I sent the movie back no response this place is a rip off

I'm pretty sure the practice of recording a movie on a "read write DVD" and selling it is copyright infringement and intellectual property theft. That's what I received. A DVD copy of a movie.

The first time I bought dvds which took several MONTHS to arrive, after numerous unanswered emails One was a French film with Spanish subtitles, pan & scan transfer from a homemade vhs. The English subtitles were overlaid using some kind if translation app that recognized one word every other sentence. Completely indecipherable. I broke the disc in half and threw it away. Fool me once. Shame on you.

The second time, I ordered a download. The link didn’t work. After two weeks of emails, I received a new link that still didn’t work. The third link that was sent went to a message “Oops. Page not found.” Fool me twice. Shame on me.

Thank you so much! I got to watch an old movie that was nowhere to be found on dvd or streaming! I am so happy and grateful.

This Company or whoever they are Sucks. I will never recommend them again. From reading their review I would say That they are nothing but a bunch or rippoff artist and to never do business again With them. They sent me a dvd that I have been huntinb for about 5 years. They tried to glue the DVD right accross the DVD and there is no way that this DVD Could play on any DVD player. They are a bunch of Scammers, they will not respond to you, So therefor I can say goodby you dumasses because you are a bunch of ripoff artist. You go me, but guess what you will never get me again. Bunch of shitasses and they should be reported but I don't know to where and get taken off the Internet and never let them do business again.

The parcel did take quite some time to arrive but, otherwise, nothing to complain about. Oh, wait, yes : I didn't receive a mail for confirmation when I ordered, which was kind of surprising to me, so maybe that could be worked out, I don't know.

I had a great film Zeus and Roxanne saved on Sky, we upgraded to SkyQ and lost all our previous recordings. I scoured everywhere to get a cope of the film and finally found it on DVDLady, great website, easy to access, takes a while to receive the items but great quality, as it states no frills like artwork but that wasn’t important, some really good films that aren’t readily available and will definitely use again and recommend

For the first two download (rare) movies I have received a download link. Then I said to myself ok I can order some more. So I have ordered two other very hard to find movies 12 days ago to download ( in their description they write the download link is ready after three days and on my credit card I saw they have received the money almost a week ago ). I have written the last days four times to their support to give me the download link without any answer. It's a shame for a small sum of money they make a fraud, I get my money back from my bank, that will be no problem within a month and it's not a big sum for me but I want to warn other customers ..this is for sure a kind of fraud site, don't buy anything, save your money and save annoyance !!!

I ordered one movie to download, it has been many days now, no link to download the movie, no answer to raised ticket.
Anyone thinking to buy anything form DVD Lady be warned, it is a scam, crap business.
I hardly believe the good reviews, but they quick to take the money you pay, anyway I have only paid £9 for a movie that I will never see.
Learned from my stupid mistake and never ever going to consider this company.

Thank you DVD Lady!! I found quite a few Lifetime Movies classic movies that are hard to find. All my orders were shipped promptly and delivered earlier then expected!! All of my DVD's were shipped with care. Thank you!!

Although the wait time for delivery of orders is very long, the website is quite up front about this. Consumers who value this wonderful service should consider this the price to pay for videos that cannot be obtained anywhere else.

I have not had the time to delve into the wonderful treasure trove of eclectic unusual artistic offbeat as well I can't find them anywhere else movies that you folks at DVDLADY seem to manifest. You have been a prompt and professional service and I highly recommend and endorse you.

Always dubious when ordering from an unknown source. Have been trying for years to find an old film to no avail then DVDlady.com pops up on google and I decided to give it a go, was told my order could take up to 10 weeks to arrive which I thought was insane but still proceeded with the transaction. Less than two weeks later my order arrives on dvd (clearly ripped from tv and quality not the best but still over the moon). Will definitely use again!
