I have been looking for David Sylvian albums for a while and they are difficult to find, I have a few on CD but want the vinyl, I found a couple but not what I wanted and the prices were very high too, I am on your mailing list and so had a look, you seem to be the only place with his work in stock and at reasonable prices, I didn't realise either that this is a double album, it arrived within a few days and is perfect, very good quality and beautifully packaged, the quality is excellent as expected, but the music is sublime and gratifying to listen to, you close your eyes and just drift away, thank you for having his works in stock.

I would have give this transaction a full 5 stars if the CDs arrived. I understand the implications of COVID 19 but it has 34 days since shipment via "air mail"

A few days after this order I placed an order for other items from a different vendor. That order was from China and was delivered 4 days ago.

I still want the CDs and hopefully check the USPS's informed delivery emails daily hopefully looking for a delivery update.

They took about 3 weeks before telling me they couldn't get one of my items. Then the person dealing with my order was incredibly rude when I asked about being refunded the price difference because the replacement item was cheaper.

I've been buying my vinyl from Norman Recs for well over 10 years. Absolutely the best source for vinyl...none better. And the customer service is a transatlantic pleasure. I can't say enough great things about the shop.

It was excellent to see that Norman Records shipped my order the day after I placed it (and I placed it at night so they wouldn't have been able to ship it any sooner!).

The delivery was a bit delayed but that was understandable considering current world events. Can't hold it against Norman Records.

Will definitely order more in the future!

I had a small problem with one of my orders and they replied quickly and fixed my problem and also offered me money off my order. Brilliant service with friendly staff. Will definitely be ordering from then again. ????????
