It was very easy to find the product I wanted and the price, although a little higher than some other sites, had the product available and delivered to me in a few days as opposed to waiting 1-2 weeks or more. Will definitely order from this company again.

Very easy to order what i needed on line and the order shipped within 24 hours of placing my order.

This went onto Jeep XJ...one of the welded brackets was missing the bolt weld. Had to modify so I could install.

Also, the manual was not correct for the bolting pattern.

I wasn't sure if it will be safe to order something from the site that looks like it was designed from 90's, but the experience with Ead offroad was butter smooth. Price was great, carried a rare item to find, delivery was quick too. Highly recommened and will definitely shop again.

The parts I ordered should be a great setup for this jeep I'm building with 35" tires on a stock dana 30???? it says I rated 1/5 on the sight but it's a 5 star company

ordered part on 8/20,already billed my credit card have not received as of 10/15.won't answer phone or email.tranny has been done over a month ago.bought part somewhere else.how do you run a mail order business and not answer the phones. obviously these people raving about how great their service was never had to call if part is on back order or discontinued. I challenge anybody right now to call or email and get any response

Ordered a Gobi Ladder for my 4Runner on 06/17/16. Received an email from EAD on 06/20/16 saying my order had been updated to "Fulfillment" and I'd get an email with shipping info in 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks without hearing word one from EAD I sent them an email. After not hearing from them I sent another email. And another and another and another. Then I started calling every number I could find listed on their website and leaving voice mails. Again I didn't hear anything back. So I found different email addresses listed on their website and sent an email to each of those. Still heard nothing back. Sent then a message on Facebook. No response. Then I found a "weekend number" listed that the manager/owner (Alec) had posted on a jeep forum and called and left a message there. Still heard nothing back (it's 08/15/16) now.... It's fine if there is a back order and it's taking longer than expected, but shoot me an email or give me a call back and let me know. All I'm asking for is an update.

Delivered in under 5 days. I will be a repeat customer.

i got my shit fast....like in a couple days......both times i ordered......bamm!

I was given an estimate of 5-6 weeks for processing and my order ended up being delivered less than a week later. Pleasantly surprised. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect shape.

I ordered a Gobi Item (GJKR102), and I assume by no fault of EAD the lead time is 5-6 weeks on most Gobi items.

***I apologize to EAD; they did list a lead time. I just missed reading it; Hope to received the parts ordered soon***

The only thing that I didn't like as a first time buyer was ur confirmation or the lack of confirmation of the order.. after the last step in purchasing an order with ya'll the next screen just says thank u.. No confirmation number no tracking no receipt I got nothing.. So the next day u kinda freak.. I checked my statements and there's a charge there and now I'm calling you guys and no one ever picked up the phone or called back from the messages I left... finally after three days of not knowing if I got scammed or not I get an email from UPS saying here's a tracking number that something from u guys were being shipped so that was the only thing indicating purchase was right..Other than that I got what I asked for and I know what to expect next time
