The lecturer was racist , made me feel very uncomfortable, she was treating every on race colour , she should treat everyone equally as she is sharing her knowledge and many more , please have a word with her ,i did traffic management training in sunshine

Was very good, offered on a Saturday was very helpful and the trainer, Nicholas was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.

This is disgusting behavior I'm hearing from this Sydney RSA course and the trainer.
As a teacher you have no justification in losing your patience with foreigners, assuming they have the Corona virus (as a Korean student living in Sydney...!) and calling them stupid in front of the rest of the students, before then grabbing her by the arm to yank her out of the classroom, and then washing your hands with disinfectant.

Looking at the other reviews I see it a real problem at this place.
Is this really the kind of school you want to run?
I'm disgusted at the racist, degrading abuse your teaching staff put on display!

I did 3 days of training for white card traffic management and traffic control. Nick (our trainer) who trained us for Traffic Management and traffic control was excellent and very knowledgeable, I asked questions all day and without hesitation he listened answered explained ect.... He also made it fun throughout the day and that made it less stressful as it was all new to me.
Well done Nick, definitely a valued employee for sure. Keep up the great work Edway!

My name is Vince i did 2 courses at Edway in Sunshine and it was great, Melissa my educator was amazing I will definitely go back if i need to do any more courses in the future. Thank you Edway and thank you Melissa : )

I took a Whitecard training class at Edway (Sydney - Seven Hills) on April, under the trainer Peter Richardson, He was very professional and patient.
Traditional classroom learning provided by Edway is the best way to learn.

I arrived at 8:45 am to the Sunshine training Shed for a Traffic Controller Course that was scheduled to start at 9am.

Their was a piece of paper directing people to go upstairs to reception. I went upstairs and was met by some guy who was wearing a baseball cap, jeans, an army jacket and looked as though he had just walked in from the Park Bench he had slept on the night before.

After giving him my name, he spent 3 minutes searching the list, then advises your from Job Prospects . He then told me to go get a Purchase Order from Job Prospects, and continued to complain about everything other than his own persona, temperament or total disregard for Professionalism, was a problem.

I left did not do the course and find it hard to comprehend how a training centre can have an aggressive, irrational and unprofessional person like this not only take on the role of Reception he was the Trainer.

I’m not sure what to say aside from the truth... If you are expecting a professional training organisation this certainly is not for you.
