I used eGlobal Central for the first time to purchase a new lens for my Nikon dslr. I was attracted to the site by the excellent prices - the best I could find online. Customer service was excellent, my questions were answered promptly and politely. The lens arrived quickly, well protected in a few layers of packaging. I'm delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to others

I bought my brother a 24 track for his music as a Christmas present that was very pricey for me, the instructions were in Chinese and it broke in 4 months. Definitely, don't try and save a buck. The customer service jerks your around, fill this out, send video of this, you can pay to send back to China and we will review for a fee, if repairable for a fee and you must pay for it to be shipped back from China. The site does not advertise itself as a Non-US website and is extremely misleading to the consumer. Now I have a $350 piece of junk that is 4 months old.

My order has been "processing" for a whole month now and no answers or clarifications despite several email sent.
Totally unreliable and irritating. Will never buy again from them. Luckily I paid Paypal so I can get the money back.

I received my Samsung S3 Tablet, after 4 weeks of waiting, and 2 emails from them.

As a regular ecommerce consumer, you will not get anything near the level of service you'd expect from an online retailer in the UK. These guys are a UK storefront for a Hong Kong company, and communication is definitely not a high priority for them.

After taking my money within 72hrs, then emailing me (1 of 2) 24 hrs later to say "Order Processing", I was left in waiting. I then sent numerous emails to the email they supplied me, asking for an update. I then resorted to opening a PayPal dispute with them, to which I still had to wait for a response. Then last week Thursday, I received a "Order dispatched" (2 of 2) email from them, with no details regarding a tracking number, courier company. Today I received it out of no where.

It is easy to see how many of their Google reviews (on Ekomi and on site) are doctored. Do not trust them.

Yes, I saved £53 on my device, but it was not worth the stress of fearing you've been scammed out of money. Do not use this company in the hopes they realize they can't compete with far better retailers in the UK market.

Camera is supposed to come standard with a 8 GB Micro SD card, per manufacturer's website. E Global takes out this card and claims that it's not their responsibility to include it or tell you it's not included. Stuck with a product that is missing pieces and doesn't work without the card.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy j7 Pro from them shortly after the screen broke on it and it says lifetime warranty so I try to contact them about it to get it replaced or fixed and they never have gone back to me and that was couple months ago.

I wanted to buy a camera Canon 5D4. It was on their Spanish website as being EN STOCK, (it still is), before ordering I checked that is was in fact EN STOCK, they confirmed it was, so I placed my order, paid by bank transfer. This was accepted, I was informed that processing would take 24-72 hours, I would then receive an email giving tracking information. Several days later, I had not received this info, so I contacted sales and customer service, I was not in stock I would have to wait a week or until I received tracking info. This is inspite of the fact that the ES and EU websites state this item is IN STOCK, I am still waiting.............

I bought a mobile phone in 10/01/2018 and according to website the delivery supposed to be done in around 8 working days.
I received the track number and was checking on courier company website, but the parcel stopped in distribution. I contacted the courier company and they said that they did not find the parcel and I have to contact the seller. I sent a email to eGlobal Central asking to contact the courier company and check if they really sent the parcel and sort all this problem. They answered my email saying that they will contact the courier company. Since that day I have no answer about my issue. Up to this moment 20/03/2018 I did not receive my product and I did not receive my refund and eGlobal Central do not answer my emails. I really want my product or a refund. I do not recommend this company. eGlobal Central do not care about their customers and they are not trying to sort this issue.

I purchased (1) UE Boom 2, a wireless bluetooth speaker. I purchased this from eGlobal because they had one of the lowest prices I've ever seen for this speaker, and had free shipping and no taxes. I thought these factors outweighed their not so great reviews and was willing to take a chance. I purchased a $2 insurance just incase it might get damaged during the shipping. Originally, I didn't know that the product was coming from Hong Kong, China, till I received the shipping information. Luckily, it still only took 2 days to get to Virginia.

(Examination of the Product)
When I received the speaker, I examined the packaging which was sufficiently wrapped in bubble wrap and was undamaged. The manufacturing sticker seals were intact and didn't look to have been tampered. I examined the contents of the package; the speaker and accessories weren't damaged. I compared this newly purchased speaker to my other UE Boom 2 purchased here in the U.S. The speakers were identical except the extra wording on the bottom around the serial and model number information. The plug and cord were also identical except this imported version came with extra outlets that attached to the plug.

I tested out the product alongside my other Boom 2. The audio quality was identical. It also connected flawlessly on its own. The only issue I came across was when I tried connecting and using both speakers in "party mode". It took a while to troubleshoot the party mode function with the speakers, unsure if it was a firmware issue, app or different origin of product. Either way after uninstalling/reinstalling the app while having both speakers connected and restarting my phone, the speakers finally recognized their self together and worked.

(Last remarks)
I will track the battery life and audio quality in the next 29 days. With the success of its performance so far, I can only assume it will continue to do so. It has performed as well as the US version. One additional concern is the warranty process which is through eGlobal and not through Logitec, this imported product isn't applied to the manufacturer's warranty for some reason. (Still waiting for a response from Logitec why that is). I don't know how easy or successful their warranty process is through eGlobal from experience other than the negative reviews detailing their own. A manufacturer warranty is 2 yrs while eGlobal's is 1 yr.

***So far I am impressed with the product and service so far. I would recommend others to this store but with caution due to the many negative reviews.***

I order a mobile ten days ago, the net day the reduce the price, so I told them to cancel or reduce the price, they answer me next day offering me to reduce the price and add an extra free item, after that my order still processing, I asked a few times, I only received and answer after post in here a review, so they definitely add to my order the extra free item, but they didn’t answer me when is going to be dispatch.
After all of this nightmare I try to contact them few more times and no answer so definitely I went to PayPal to claim back my money.

I ordered a camera kit listed as in stock from eGlobal Central's U.S. site. They said it would take up to two weeks to receive a tracking number once my item was shipped. After not receiving a tracking number for that time, I contacted the company and they replied saying that the item was actually out of stock, but they would be receiving new stock within two weeks and upgrade me to 3-5 day shipping for free. After that two weeks had passed (a month from being charged on my card), I contacted them again, and they replied that they still had not received stock from their supplier and had no definite date when that was going to be. They have since asked if I wish to switch my order to something else. The item is still listed as in stock and has gone up $300. Do not buy from this site if you are a U.S. customer.

Thieves and fraudsters I bought from them on 27.04 phone till today I did not receive a phone or refund and they do not reply to my e-mails. I do not recommend "E global" to anyone

Ordered a telephone, after a week received a mail saying i would get tracking number with 48hrs. A week later still nothing. Contacted them only to be told item was out of stock. its still showing as available on their site.

I bought a new phone for a great price and it came in 6 working days! I admit I was a little wary from bad reviews but I paid with PayPal and figured the savings where worth the risk of it taking ages to come or not come at all! But the service, communication was great fast and the product is excellent. So I went well for me!

I ordered a new mobile phone from eGlobal on 16th July 2019 for more than £260. The product was shipped on 24th July but tracking on the courier's website stopped updating on 30th July. I reported this to eGlobal 3 times. On 14th August 2019, eGlobal confirmed that the package was lost and refunded a paltry £10 leaving me £250 out of pocket. Jokers! I will never buy from eGlobal again. Be warned.

Bought an item from this company more than two weeks before going on holidays, 4 days before, since I did not receive the item, I have queried to DPD the status of the parcel, which I have been advised to be lost in the network
After raising a ticket with Global Central it took them more than a week to come back to me(after I chased) and have been advised that they have raised the issue with DPD
After I chased again I have been once more advised that they were chasing DPD for a resolution, three weeks after I am still down £350 and no response received
Need to get your expensive items safely, quickly and without surprises? Amazon all the way

I ordered a compact camera Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II on the 7th of last October. I received it in France on the 17th (10 days), which is a reasonable delivery time. But unfortunately, the camera was not operational at all, even supplied by USB.
Then I declared the issue on the RMA portal of eGlobal Central.
After making a movie to demonstrate the failure of the camera to operate, the camera was conveniently picked up by DHL on the 26th of October (9 days), which is quite long. It has been received by eGlobal Central on the 30th (5 days). But after 12 days, the camera is still "under examination".

I’ve waited 3 weeks no phone. I can’t have a refund because they say it’s dispatched. The delivery company states they don’t have the phone. This was going to be my sons main Christmas present. My bank now is taken action because of fraud. I am hoping that they will deliver my phone so I can just stop worrying and look forward to Christmas.

Very Horrible Customer Care and Phone not working.Very Bad support after the sale. I purchased a oneplus3T phone from eGlobalCentral. I reported that there is issue with US network band and ALert button with this phone. they told me to send a video and ship the phone to them for repair which their service center is only in China and now they are telling there is no fault in the phone. Seriously eGlobalcentral.com is the site from US but service center is in China. Phone manufacturer says there is a problem in Phone but eGloalcentral says there is no problem since they do not do any debugging on the phone. I recommand people"DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM eGLOBALCENTRAL" site.
