I ordered a phone on pre order and paid on 4th November with promised shipment starting 20 November. Today is 17 December, last answer from customer service from 10 December was promising shipment in one week. Since then no reaction although I asked for true shipment date. Basically customer service and communication of this company is showing absolute ignorance and non competence.

Paid for p9000 21st of March knowing that they will start sendingout on 29th of March. Comes early April no sign of order being despatched, contact their store replied with "sorry we will send in 2-3 business days! LIE!
Now we are on17th of April. No sign of phone being despatched.
Dissapointed is an understatement!

After few weeks the mobile stopped working. Contacted them and communicated with their representative named Jenny. Totally useless and she isn't able to communicate well in english. Always answering with the same manner. Sent back the mobile and it did not arrive. Communicated with China post and was advised that the address they gave me does not exist and the phone got lost. They are all low lifes and thieves. Don't you ever buy from them.Incompetent, scam and fraudulent company. Also low quality mobile phones

these guys are the most useless idiots i have ever come across, i cannot even get any communication with them at all, tried calling their so called 24/7 customer service is pretty much non existent, i paid for express delivery by dhl with 3-5 days delivery and now 3 weeks down the track and still nothing, get an email giving a shipping number which doesnt even correlate with any shipping company . this doesnt shine a good light on elephone as a company, with these scum taking the mickey with peoples money. grrrrrrrr
