The process is quick and that's a good thing but there was encrypted code in the discount code but not applied, that is misleading and not appreciated. There was a discount code in the space and I pressed apply yet nothing happened, I wasn't told if it processed and there was no invoice page prior to "completing my purchase". 7/10/17: The customer service agent was INCREDIBLE responded with lightening speed, he asked for some details to rectify the situation on the system and also was gracious to make amends on my end. I was THOROUGHLY impressed by the level of professionalism, attention to my concerns, a desire to "make it right" and a genuine sense of wanting to improve the overall experience for any other customer who may experience the same, that says a lot! The Course was perfect especially for those of us who have taken the full two day course in the past multiple times and who work in an ER, peds ER setting where we are familiar with pediatric resuscitations. High-yield. The certificate online was available immediately and the time to set up the CME credits on the other website really was very simple. I'm impressed!!

Convenient, no-hassle, do-it-at home means of renewing certifications. Clear, concise study material that can be printed or downloaded. I like that there is no limit in the number of times the test is taken. Card is printed right away after the course and the hard copy came within 2 weeks. I encourage anyone who is up for renewal or certification to use this site as it is accepted nationwide.

Process if painless----one thing I've never liked is the ambiguity of questions. Straightforward questions are preferable to me. It worked out just fine. The course is quite thorough and easy to digest. The qualifying exam is marginally tough, due to above.

quick and easy so far. I was drawn to your site by your statement that your course is maintained by board-certified physicians. Post-recertification: the fact that this course is maintained by board-certified physicians is readily apparent. The learning material and questions were superior to any prior experience I've had (several).

This was the most efficient way for me to recertify ACLs. I even had an issue when creating my account. It was a mistake that I had made. I called the company and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be using them in the future.

This is my first time renewing BLS, ACLS, & PALS online. It was a very good review with updated information. The courses were easy to navigate and the lessons flowed nicely from one to another building on the information as I went through them. I would certainly recommend the courses as an alternative to spending a whole day in live review/recertification.

I did ACLS recertification online for the first time. I have been ACLS certified numerous times over the last 25 years, and I found the emedcert online certification course to be convenient, clinically relevant and a great solution to maintaining certification. My provider card was mailed to me in a timely manner.

Easy to purchase. Haven't taken the course yet. Being asked to review the shopping experience makes me wonder if that's why this course had >700 reviews which gave it 4.9 stars. I hope the course itself is good because that's way more important than the shopping experience. I am now adding to this review and I will say that I thought the course was very good.

My overall experience was very good. Everything went very smoothly and I was finished with the instruction section much quicker than I anticipated. And I must have retained the majority of it because my score was 92.5! I believe the most helpful part were the questions throughout.

This will be my second time to do ACLS with you guys and I've had two of my colleagues purchase and complete the ACLS course with you as well. It's thorough and much more convenient that spending a day in a classroom. Thank you for offering a great service at a great price!

This year is my 3rd ACLS recertification with emedcert.com. I am obviously pleased with their system. It's easy even for those of us not extensively "computer savvy", and the content is comprehensive/excellent. What they state, such as dates of delivery, is what you get. Great value.

very easy. Wish there was a more interactive test and training. Or even if there was a choice to listen or watch a video with doodles. It would help someone that learns like me. Reading is the hardest form of learning.

Looked at several websites and the most important thing I was looking for was accreditation. I work in the Houston area and very familiar with Texas Children's Hospital. This affiliation is why I chose this company to recert through. The purchase process was easy, even got a 10% discount. Easy all the way around.
