I buy 2, receive goods 6 days later. Whats strikes me as funny is a paper sticker on the heatspreader that says WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED. Since when am I not allowed to remove heatspreader???? I look under all the glue and i find: PC2100 DDR carefully covered under glue and stickers.
ANYONE WHO RATED THIS COMPANY OK: PLEASE TAKE THE NUMBERS FROM THE CHIPS UNDER THE HEATSPREADERS AND LOOK IT UP ONLINE. I DO NOT NOT NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT SINCE THEY HAD THE FUNKY STICKERS THERE. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!

Update: manager contacted me and gave RMA so I sent goods back. He tried discussing with me that I was 'somewhat' wrong in that I should have looked more carefully since the item description nowhere said that it was not overclocked ram, so ... Anyways, make up your own mind... Changed the rating as promised.
I called about the 1 stick, and was transferred immeadetely to a friendly, helpful guy. I explained the situation to him, and he issued me an RMA # for the 1 stick, and for any defective sticks in the group (should know in a couple of days when testing is through).
Overall I am very impressed with their level of service, and just hope that the defective one just happened to get through. If the RAM proves good, they'll have all my RAM business (which is quite a lot).
I will post an update with how the RMA goes, and if the rest of the RAM proves succesful!
Brian
*Update*
After throughly testing each stick, please do NOT buy memory from this company. It'll just end up being a waste of time and money. Hardly any of the memory works. Some pass memtest, but you cant boot into windows. I'm using the same chipset they supposedely tested for, so its definetely not a compatibility issue.
Please avoid!!!!!
Less than a year from my purchase, the OTHER RAM died on me. I figured this is low quality RAM, and is meant to stop working a little after a year when your warranty is over, but this one died like 15 days within the year. So I still had a chance to get it replaced.
I've already decided that I would sell the replacement on ebay to get a few dollars back from it and spend my money on namebrand RAM that would last me a lot longer and probably perform better anyway.
Well, I KNOW the RAM is defective, I've been building computers for many years. Starting up the computer, it gave me the long system beep that stood for memory test failure. I tried it a few times more and got the same result. I opened up the case, and decided to try removing the RAM that wasn't DOA from before, and sure enough, right after removing that dimm, my computer booted up perfectly fine.
Pretty obvious I narrowed down the problem right? Well, here's why I'm giving them a negative review. After filing for the RMA within the warranty period, I mailed it to them. They don't respond to receiving it until well after the warranty is over. Their response?
They claimed that the RAM worked fine and was not defective. Which is BS, I know it doesn't work, and why would they lie? Because it's stated on their website in the return policy. If you send back merchandise for defective repair, and it's found to be not defective, they get to charge you a fee for doing so. A lot of people try to etch a small line or something on their hardware before sending it back because they know about this scam, the retailer will claim it worked fine, charge them a fee, send them back a REPLACEMENT that they claim to be the same piece, the buyer looks for the line, finds that it's not there, and knows they just got scammed.
This happens quite often. But it goes on, not only do they try to lie to me about it being not defective, they tell me that my warranty period is over! So basically, it's over when they emailed me, but they emailed me so late because they purposefully waited.
Either way, they tried to scam me in several ways. I told them to keep their defective POS RAM, because I simply don't want to deal with having to send it back every year to get replaced even if they didn't try to scam me.
But the fact is, they did, so don't trust these people, unless you want to put yourself through so much trouble. Take your business to reputable retailers such as Newegg.com .
The processor has two small black spots on the crystal but that’s seems OK and not their fault.
I called Their support number which was listed on their web site, I asked their support team were my order was.
Support staff said that my order was shipped out first class us mail thru the post office.
I then ask the support person to please provide me with a tracking number, Which they said they did not have one, At this time I knew I was getting the run around and ask to speak to the owner or the supperviser.
I was put on hold for about 25,(min) then the phone just hung up, so I then called back and spoke to their support staff again, Sounded like the same person as Before.

Did not receive a tracking number. Asked for tracking number and the shipping company. They responded only with the ETA of the shipment which was a lot longer than it should have been. It probably set in their warehouse for three or four days and they didn't want me to know. Poor customer service. till this day I have no product at all, This place is a Scamm, Please check the other pages and keep clicking and you'll see that they are stilling from people, What a shame.

I'm sure In have ordered the right one, specific (compatable to my I845 mb)...
The phone number (at least the one currently on their website) does certainly work and I spoke with Michael for assurance that the part was in stock and was not a "pull". They had a good price and free USPS shipping on a Sempron 2600. Cheaper than just what the same was going for on ebay. So I ordered.
I received a receipt immediately and the next day a shipping notification. Part arrived on time, well packaged. Curious about the Ok sticker on the back. I always get OEM cpus and that is the first time I saw such a sticker but it certainly does not look used, came in a little AMD pkg and it works fine (my PC problem turned out to be the PSU, btw).
I would order from them again.
Received in some very questionable packaging, multiple LARGE chips on the processor die, bent pins, and the plastic holder for the processor was filled with crumbs from some kind of food or something. Called them up, and they said "we give customers great price because we send "B" grade CPUs". I am not happy with this order by any means, there was absolutely no indication that the product being ordered was not brand new and in perfect condition.
This is one company I'm planning on staying away from permanently unless they are willing to fix this situation. I'm building a computer for a relative and I am unable to give them a banged up used CPU like this. Currently, all I can say is stay away - go to NewEgg, They will take care of you even if it costs them money.
Would you like to fix this situation Enet?
It was the first OEM CPU I have every purchased, so I don't know what is common packaging with OEM's, but this was wrapped in a small piece of foam with paper and tape holding everything together.
The CPU is installed and functioning just fine. So all in all, I have to give ENET two thumbs up.
Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Now, since the RAM did work, I figured I'd give another stick a try. This may have been a bit of bad judgement on my part to do this, but it seems that the results are positive. This time, in the Comments section of the order form, I put this:
"I've already got a stick of this RAM; it seems that its SPD in fact sets it to run at CAS 3.0 when it's at 200MHz. I did set it manually to CAS 2.5, and it seems ok. An SPD reader also ID's the RAM as PC2700. Curious...perhaps something should be stated about this on the site if the ram is not in fact "true" PC3200 - some users are bigger perfectionists than I am."
I got a reply the next day:

Hello Jeffrey,
We cancelled your order and vided the charge of this invoice.
You are a real professional customer.
We don't have any stuffs matched what you want.
Sorry about it.

I don't quite fully understand what they did; it's like they didn't want to rip me off a second time, because I was aware of it this time. So, potential buyers, just know you might not be getting what you thought you paid for from this company. I did send a reply to their "cancellation notification" asking for more information, but I doubt I'll hear anything back.
