Shopped around for a new Ultegra 6800 groupset. Found Eurobikeparts.com and asked if they would price match a competitor. The email reply from Dom was fast, polite, and thorough (and he matched the price!). Placing the order with the discount was seamless and the order arrived quickly. I definitely recommend buying from Eurobikeparts.com!

Price is unbeatable, I even get another set of groupset, I can't find any cheaper prices online except here. Thanks to Dom for the good Customer Service, definitely I'll recommend this site to everyone.

Initially concerned because all communications via email....Not to worry; Dom answers emails literally within minutes every time! Want to change a component/customize the group?...No problem; expect an invoice reflecting your custom kit pronto. Kit showed up exactly as represented, perfect new condition, in RETAIL BOXES no less, 3 days from order, with tracking. Planning to build another bike for my 18 yo son shortly. I will not go anywhere else for drivetrain. Eurobikeparts.com has been doing this for years. (I checked extensively before ordering) with universally outstanding reviews. I enthusiastically recommend eurobikeparts.com for gruppos! (I am not in any way associated with eurobikeparts.com, and am in fact a shop sponsored racer. All my pre-sale questions were answered quickly. Shipment of the Shimano Ultegra 6800 groupset was fast, ordered on a Sunday and the groupset was shipped Monday morning. All of the groupset parts were well packaged and correct. Very satisfied.

I was looking for a major upgrade and the customer service helped a lot toward informing me on what I would need for the transition. I am relatively new to learning the lingo of the bike part world but we figured it out and am extremely happy. The product is a complete game changer, and I felt confident it would be through the conversations with Dom.

You guys are OK by me! My only disappointment was that my super record brakes did not come in one of those classic campy boxes and did not include the usual instruction sheet. But, guys, for the price, I was more than happy to forego the box, and to google campy's instruction pdf on-line and print it out my own self... pb

Ordered a Shimano Ultegra 6800 Groupset. Great price, extremely fast shipping, and everything arrived well-packed and in perfect shape. I had previously asked a question about a Campy groupset and received an answer within minutes. Overall a great experience and one that restores faith in small business and pride of ownership.

I ordered Shimano Ultegra DI2 group set on Saturday. Product was in my hands on Wednesday at lunch. I took parts to my mechanic on Thursday and picked up bike on Saturday morning. First ride was a complete success and I love the DI2. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with you again. Thanks so much!

I work in the cycling industry and your Shimano, SRAM and Campagnol prices are very close if not less than buying direct. When I consider shipping you are often cheaper in total cost. Do you stock other Shimano work parts? For example file boxes of derailleur cables, shoes, cleats, freehub bodies. Just wondering. Also frame sets always interested in what is out there. You are doing a great job!

I have used Shimano groups for 15 years, all Ultegra. This time I figured I earned Dura-ace. The 11 speed 9000 group is excellent from Eurobikeparts. I of course looked for lowest prices and reviews. Eurobikeparts looked like it was from Chicago so I went with them. I received the order quickly and as expected ( about 4 days to NC). All parts were genuine and packaged. A good friend installed them and they work perfectly. I saved a pound of weight from previous Ultegra 10 speed and was carried to a PR on a local ride 'Murrays Mill'. Would highly recommend and order again from eurobikeparts.com.

I ordered a Di2 upgrade. Dominic was helpful in determining exactly what I needed. After the sale, I decided to transfer the old parts to another bike. In actuality, I probably should have originally purchased the full Di2 kit and not the 6800 to di2 upgrade. I contacted Dominic who only charged me the original difference between the kits and the second order was shipped promptly.

Euro Bike Parts was great! After I placed my order, I received an email commenting on the need to upgrade the Di2 battery that I had ordered and they just wanted to make sure I knew about it and had the correct device to do so. I was privy to the issue, but that level of customer service is usually absent on online orders. Thanks!

The shipping could not have been faster. I received a shipping notification email within hours of placing my order. My Dura-Ace groupset arrived in two days with free shipping and all the components were in perfect condition in their factory packaging. I could not recommend EuroBikeParts more highly.
