Don't bother, they advised a delivery time of 3-5 days, I emailed after 7 days waiting only to be told expect delivery at the end of the week that will be 12 days if it arrives!! should of paid the extra and ordered of a reputable company. The invoice is stating an address at EXPANSYS UK Ltd, Network House
Globe Park, MARLOW, SL7 1EY, UK but the emails received are in broken English and the person is clearly Spanish so I suspect this coming from mainland Europe, very misleading. Will not use again. Appalling service.

I ordered two Samsung S5, one white and one black. The white one was ok but the black one had the seal broken. They had sent me a second hand phone, it was another week and half by the time I got a replacement. The replacement had no UK plug and had Romanian language as default. It would have been better if I had just gone to a local shop or Samsung and purchased it from them.

I am still waiting for parts of my order to be shipped 1 month later! I do not know if it will be delivered one day. You have to know that some items might be VERY DELAYED!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for someone. item was in stock and ordered on 12th December, wasn't despatched till 18th December and received well after Christmas.

I ordered the product when it was in stock on 10 December, yet it arrived after Christmas as I think I had to wait for more stock to arrive. Seeing as it was in stock when I ordered it, it should have arrived in time. But other than that no problems.

Ordered 20th Dec.
Shipped 31st Dec.
Delivered 12th Jan.
Emailed them in January when I hadn't received it asking them what had happened to it - still waiting for a reply.

Order placed 21/3 pm (3-5 days free delivery). Order acknowlegement email sent followed by order despatched 22/3. Two texts 23/3, 2nd advising delivery by Parcelforce between 13.59-14.59, parcel received 14.30. Excellent service, will definetly use Expansys again and recommend to family and friends.

Item should have been delivered before Christmas but arrived 10th January. Spoke to customer services on 3rd January to find out why it hadn't been delivered and was told to wait another week before they would do anything. Very unhelpful

I bought two memory cards. I live in Ireland, so I guess that affects the delivery, but I got my package well. I'm also happy with my products.

Order arrived faster than expected, just a shame it was a European model rather than the UK model advertised on the website so all the warranties and instructions were in French.

When I ordered a 16gb iPhone 5C from Expansys for my wifes birthday, I was worried about it being a refurbished device. However I was pleasantly surprised to find the device was in great condition and works perfectly. My wife is thrilled and very happy with her present. She was specifically looking for an iPhone 5C, and with the 16gb version not being available in the UK, Expansys was a perfect choice, good value, quick delivery.
