First off, THANKS NATE! I had ordered a shirt from FireStoreOnline through Amazon recently and it was suppose to be here on a Thursday because I needed it on a Friday. I realized in a email that the delivery date had changed so I contacted the company directly and together we saw where Amazon promised a date that was wrong. Regardless, the company stepped up and shipped another shirt same day to me. I got the shirt on time and liked it so much I ended up buying the second shirt. This company makes great products and has excellent customer service for what they did to make things right. Thanks again!

I feel taken advantage of by this site. If sites like this are allowed to just set up and say "hey buy this item really cheap." And never shop the item and keep the money and never have a way to get in touch with them to confirm. They do nothing but sit back and take everyone's money

This company does not return emails or calls. Takes your money and runs. Tell your bank to attempt to get your money back as soon as possible. I should had realized it was fake when everything was $12 each. Though it was many one of those Chiense warehouses.

When I ordered my items I was told they would arrive in 7 days. After 12 days I called to find out where my items were. I was told they had not even shipped because they did not have them in stock. I was never notified of a back order problem. I went to cancel my order and was told they did have them and they would ship that day. When the items arrived a few days later it was not what I had ordered. I called them again to fix their problem. I was now told I needed to return their mistake before I could get a refund. I had to threaten to contest the charge with my credit card company before I got the return label needed to begin the refund process. I am pretty sure I will have to still contest the charges since I have little faith they will refund my credit card payment. Not sure how a company stays in business with this kind of service.

i ordered this item 3rd august 18 still not recieved paid for not recieved it is now sept 23rd sent them many emails last one this morning saying it will b delivered 8th august due too demand are they taking the micky looks like ill have to write a piece on facebook telling people not to buy items from this seller

I ordered a customized logo on a job fleece and received it quickly. Great quality in the stitching and must say the online ordering was very easy to use. The job shirt itself was at a good price and is very nice quality. Overall, I am impressed with your service and speed of shipment, especially for an item which is customized. Ordered Dutywear Deluxe XXXL Fire Gear Bag with custom embroidery, upon opening package found gear bag had very sharp slice in it as if were cut on machinery? I contacted their customer service and sent pics, "#firestoreonline" implied that I had cut it opening the bag. I sent pics of the shipping bag with comparison to where the cut was on the gear bag to show that would have been impossible! It's been almost 2 months now and I have yet to receive a replacement and the damaged bag was already sent back!!!

I ordered from them 3 months ago and have received nothing. I a email saying it had been shipped, then one saying that because there were so many orders being taken things might be delayed. I got the same email again when I asked what was taking so long, and now I get no response when I try to email them. If I could give them zero stars on here, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

No update on if item has even shipped, 4 weeks since order, no response to two emails requesting update. Feels like a scam or a company who don't give a dam about customers, either way would never purchase from them again and although small value I will pursue them

i thought this company was pretty cool. i ordered the shirt i wanted, it was a nice fit and it was exactly what i asked for. i even added in the costumer notes section that i'd like them to add a harry styles picture, just for laughs, and they printed the picture onto a key-chain! it was really cool of them to do that. the company didn't mess up my order, or send me through any hassle so i appreciate it and hope they keep doing their thang!

I ordered a unicorn phone charger for ten bucks 3 months ago and still nothing! I emailed them and a robot answered me giving me a delivery date FROM A MONTH AGO! So I emailed them again and now they won't even answer me. Their products look really cute but I promise you if you order from them you might as well go flush your money down the toilet!

Don't get fooled with Firestoreonline site. Items on the website are mostly out of stocks. They don't have warehouse, only drop shipping which cost more money. I spoke to customer service rep and he don't even know what is going on with my order. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company and will not ever recommend them to my family or friends and will not ever order from them again. I am frustrated with calling and never getting this problem solved. I feel that they could care less about customer service. NEW management??? LIARS!!!!

I ordered my daughter the unicorn charger and a chargeable case back in July, still nothing! She asks just about everyday for them and when they're coming, makes me sad that I wasted money that was for my child to a "company" that doesn't care!!

Unfortunately, I have found out too late that this store is the biggest scam ever and probably doesn't even have ANY goods to sell at all! Everything that has happened to all the folks giving reviews, has happened to me too! I ordered a bundle of stuff back in July 2018 but nothing has arrived. One order was supposedly delivered to me but nothing was. How can they get away with it? Why can't "Sitejabber" do something about it? Every review is a complaint. Someone should be able to stop them.

All these reviews are correct. I was successful in getting my money back through a credit card dispute. Once American Express realized their numbers were disconnected the dispute was closed and refund processed.

I ordered a pair of uniform boots from FireStoreOnline.com for my job as a law enforcement officer. Others at my department recommended this site as they had purchased. I ordered on a Monday and received my boots on Friday just as ordered. Overall, they did a good job of delivering my product as promised. I did need to return these for a larger size so I contacted them using their online return form. I received an email the same day with return instructions and sent my boots back. I was happy to learn that there was no charge for the replacement shipping. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to pay to send back my boots - but they did pay for shipping my replacements. Overall I will order from them again!

still awaiting order that was meant to be delivered 6th August I have received 2 further emails saying its been dispatched with extra gifts as an apology and this still has not arrived its now 01.09.18 think I have been more than patient. Customer care non existent unable to do live chat on line as stated on their homepage and unable to send email from the website as for the last 4 days it wont submit saying please try again total rip off first and last order with these people total RIP OFF
