I was recommended to flipping cars by a friend and have to say that I would also highly recommend to anyone else in future. Chris had great communication and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and landed us with bargain car. I'll defiantly be working with him again in future!

Buying my car (BMW 320 XDrive MSport) with Chris was the best idea I've had in a long time. It not only saved me at least 15-20% of what I would have paid elsewhere, but also got me a better specification model than I was originally looking for. The process may seem daunting at first, but Chris made the whole thing very simple. I have already recommended him to a few friends and when it comes to getting another car I will 100% be going back to him to help me find it.

Great service for Irish customers like me that do not want to travel to the UK to buy at car auctions. Chris was helpful and assuring in the transaction. Good option to have them collect your car from the auction in case there were any issues missed in the report provided by the auction house, you only have 48 hrs to return the car to the auction house. Loved the service of delivering my car to the ferry. I only had to turn up at the Dublin docks with a copy of the ferry ticket to collect my new car :)

A great experience and one I definitely recommend if you’re after a solid secondhand car bargain. From start to finish, the team at flipping cars were brilliant in answering any queries I had and I had a fair few! Such an effortless way to secure great cars and I’m overjoyed with the result. Chris was a true gent when we turned up to collect the car, with that familiar smile and firm handshake! He went through all the paperwork and even sorted out the road tax and car registration details online for us. Perhaps he should start another YouTube channel on customer service as many companies could learn by his and his teams example. There’s always that concern about submitting large sums of money but Chris is FCA approved and doesn’t hold client monies. Highly recommended!

I have to say to start I wasn't sure about this process so I read the reviews which surprisingly where all around five stars I wasn't sure why.
But after dealing with Chris I have to say he gives you the space, you decide your own pace, he is very quick in responding can offer advice when needed and I will highly recommend him to any customer it's really a new way of buying a car

I decided that I wanted a deal on my next car and when a work colleague told me that his Audi A3 was going off to BCA after he had it on lease for 3 years, I did a bit of research. Not really having the time to go to the auction myself or wanting to get involved with the BCA website directly, I found FlippinCars, which looked like the service I was after. Like some of the other reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. I was going to be parting with about £15 - £16K of cash for the vehicle I wanted, without viewing it or meeting anyone from Flippincars... However checking them out on Companies House, the FCA Website and these Feefoo reviews, I decided they looked legitimate enough and emailed them.

Chris then called me back and talked me through the process, which didn’t seem to be any more difficult than buying a car from a dealership, he did all the bidding with an agreed limit and processed the auction transactions, I just paid him. I knew what I wanted, a BMW 5 Series M Sport and found some targets for Chris to bid on. I did lose the first one, but got the second.

So how was the service? Very good! Chris is quick and responsive both via email and calling you back if he misses your call. The car I got, I found on the day of the auction through the BCA website and he secured it for me. While the car was in the auction process it needed its first MOT, I mentioned it to Chris and he offered to sort that before it was delivered. When it turned up, it only had one key, the wrong spare was sent from BCA to Chris. He sent it to me with in a week special delivery as he said he would.

So did I get a deal? The Car cost £15,100 from the auction, with Chris’s Fee, the Auction Fee, Delivery and an MOT, all sorted by Chris, that final figure came to just under £15,900. Parkers value the same car at £19,763, nearly £4,000 cheaper (I paid for a 1 day subscription) I spec’d it with the age, mileage and kit on vehicle. I do think Parkers prices are a bit over inflated. But I did get a deal!
Would I use Chris and FlippinCars again? Absolutely and off my experience, recommend them!

one of which i ended up going with option 2 on, we had searched for a couple of months on the auction but what i was after was too specific. option 2 ment trusting Chris with my money in his account before we had purchased or chose anything, i was slightly concerned with this but i had bough a car from him already and thought he was trustworthy so i went for it. very soon after this problem solved we had found the car i wanted and we were good to go i also saved a lot of money on the retail price of the car so was very happy with the result.
Chris is an honest and trustworthy man.

Chris and his team were excellent, I had chosen the vehicle, colour, mileage and spec of car I wanted which massively narrowed the search. Chris did suggest a couple of alternatives for consideration but was never trying to make a sale but rather find the car we were looking for. Car dealerships try to sell you a car, Flipping cars try's to find the car you are after and get it for you at a great price.
There was clear communication about the processes from bidding, winning, paying all the way through to delivery of vehicle.
Chris and his team could not have done more and we love our new car.

We used Chris to help us buy a car about three years ago and when we found ourselves needing another car quickly this seemed an obvious starting point. We were a little very nervous about the idea of transferring a considerable sum of money to Flipping Cars for the Fiesta they had bought for us at Auction but needn't have worried! We got in touch with Chris when we were living in Melbourne and looking to relocate back to Liverpool. The remit started off as quite wide with us looking at a couple of makes and styles of cars, however, this changed pretty quickly as we refined what we wanted.

I can't speak highly enough of the service that Chris provided, the updates, the reassurance and the customer care is second to none. Of course you feel a bit exposed sending money to someone you have never met, but this gives Chris the ability to be flexible and dynamic in how he works.

I remembered the service that Chris offered after watching most of his Youtube videos a few years back. I always thought that if I were to buy another car it would be through his service.

After a quick search I was able to find the company and was pleased to see it was still active.

Within minutes of expressing my interest online, I was contacted by Haydn, who was keen to start a conversation and help find my car.

After doing my research, it became a no-brainer decision to use Chris' service. The amount you pay him for it you save straight away in auction fees by getting access to his trade auction account.

Within days, I had a successful bid on my dream Gold GTD, black and with all black leather interior :) This is a £14/£15k car, with the hammer price of just of £11k! Including all the fees/delivery costs/sourcing costs it came to just under £12k, which is such a steal for this car.

Chis then sourced me a 2 year warranty for £440 to give me complete peace-of-mind.

I really can’t recommend Chris and his team highly enough. I recently bought a car using Flipping Cars, purchased a Mercedes E220. From day one Chris was the most friendliest person to deal with. He was always back instantly with a reply and if not that evening, he would reply at 7am the next morning. As I was spending a lot of money, and from Ireland, I was naturally very nervous of buying a car without seeing it first.. and especially handing over that much money too.. well I did it and the car I received was as good if not better than What was described to me. I chose to get Chris to deliver it to me in dublin, he had the car over in 6days from the date of purchase in the Auction. AMAZING!! A bit apprehensive at first but did not need to worry as having dealt with both Haydn and Chris found it to be an excellent service, easy to use and great value. Any problems or worries dealt with quickly and efficiently and would recommend this service.

I used Flipping Cars to both secure me a car of my choice and deliver on the logistics of moving that car across to Ireland from the UK. Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided particularly the logistical part of getting the car across to me. I located the car myself so I cant give comment on the vehicle find aspect of the service. Chris is a very easy guy to deal with, always transparent in his communication. Very prompt response to queries which really impressed me.
