These guys are fantastic - the shady movers we had originally booked for our move (without much research) cancelled on us last minute and I was a hot mess - all of our stuff wasn’t in boxes, a sick infant, elderly house guests, taking off from work, elevator booked at new building, etc.  In a frantic state I called Moving of America and Joey answered at the first ring and said they had an opening! These guys were at my house in less than 30 minutes, despite the emergency booking, they were very helpful, understanding, professional and thorough. We are inexperienced movers having never moved homes before and had packed heavy items in large boxes which is the complete opposite of what you are supposed to do but Margarito and his team never complained, not even a tiny bit. Our entire move took a long time; most of the day, partly because of the problems mentioned above and some pieces of furniture that posed difficulty maneuvering them through our narrow stairway, but the crew was patient and did a great job. Not one plate or bowl arrived cracked. There was no damage to any of our belongings. I highly recommend this company and will trust them blindly with our next move. Thanks to Joey, Margarito and his team, and the entire office staff for saving the day, I’m beyond words as to how these guys handled our situation! We truly cannot thank you enough! These guys deserve 20 stars!!!! THANKS AGAIN, MOVING OF AMERICA!!!!

This was our first move in over 10 years and we didnt realize how much stuff we had accumulated over the years. Youd be surprised. Moving can be a hassle and we were a bit weary of going with a company wed never used before. But because a good friend of ours referred them, we said why not.

Moving of America made the entire process from the estimate to the pricing to the actual move so easy.

The 5 men crew were courteous prompt and professional and worked well together.They moved all of our things with care, and made us feel like we were a part of the moving process too. I simply directed where I wanted most of my things, and they helped to also reassemble the furniture.

In other words, this is one of the best moving companies in the area. We had a great ecperience & will happily recommend Moving of America to others.

I moved for the first time couple of weeks ago and I was nervous to trust just anyone to help move my belongings. I searched online couple of hours trying to figure out which was the right moving company to go with. I read a lot of great reviews about moving of America and it really caught my interest. So the next morning I decided to call and right away I can tell that I made the right choice by calling. I spoke to very kind woman named Sue and she answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know about moving. She let me know how the movers will come to my house and package all of my things and then take them to my new home. I still felt a little nervous about the movers and my belongings but once they showed up I saw how respectful they were of my things and how well they treated them while wrapping them up. I started off nervous and unsure but in the end I had a very excellent experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone who plans to move, to go with moving of America.

I have moved many times over many years and have almost always had one problem or another with the mover. Not this time -  I just used Moving of America and it was a breeze. If you want a fairly-priced, zero-stress experience, they're the people you want to call. Dolores was completely delightful and very helpful. The three movers were professional in every way: pleasant, extremely careful with my things and didn't waste time. And there were no price surprises at the end. Great experience and great movers!!!

Moving of America made my relocation from 1 state to another extremely easy! They supplied boxes b4 the movers arrived and afterward. The pricing was reasonable and fair especially for moving an entire home from state to state. The crews assigned to me were professional, courteous, efficient, effective and actually fun to work with which eliminated a lot of stress for me. The office personnel were friendly, thoughtful and thorough! I highly recommend Moving of America if you want to move in peace and make things easier for yourself. Job well done! :-)

As someone who has used many moving companies, I was over the top happy with this one
( Movers of America).
The day I moved it was pouring rain and I was concerned about the boxes getting wet and breaking. When I arrived to Ocean County ( still pouring out) the boxes were fine!
The three gentlemen that moved me were professional, courteous and went above and beyond what could have ever been expected.
They made my move not only bearable but an all around great experience...Thank you so much,

I moved within Lyndhurst recently on an extremely hot day. Moving of America showed up with professionals with a smile on their face. I could tell the guys were professional by how they wrapped all my items, never have seen anything like it before.

At the end of the day super successful move and the estimate was very accurate. Pleasure dealing with them from start to finish.

I would like to say they did a great job helping me move my stuff to Texas, I only had to wait 5 days to receive my items and these other places gave me a two week window. How can I manage my home with no furniture for two weeks? That was completely absurd. I am more than happy with Moving of America thank you so much I recommend anyone moving especially if you are going far.

Movers (Margarito, Moe, Antonio, Sergey) arrived on time and worked very professionally, quickly and efficiently. Extremely helpful, polite and very careful with all items. No damages at all. Despite being a fourth floor flat with no lift, they never complained once. they even managed to get my kitchen table in through the first floor window as it would not fit through the front door.

I used Moving of America yesterday for a move from NJ to NY. It was great, the workers packed and unpacked everything. They worked in a study pace. Kept asking me if I needed them to do anything else and even assisted me with trashing a few items as well. I would definitely refer their business they are reliable, affordable and most of all consistent with the pricing from start to finish I am very impressed.

Let me start by saying that I was waited three months to write my opinion about them.

Our move was a bit complicated since we had to move partial of our items to their storage and some items to my mother's home and the remaining one bedroom set and few more pieces to our rented apartment until our home that we purchased will
be ready.

Since I was referred to this company and Dolores and Dave from the operations department sounds very knowledgeable and extremely professional and the price sound ok and within our budget, I didn't have to keep searching and reserved the service of which was kind of ease and smooth.

However, I wasn't sure about anything else after that but hoped for the best.

On the day of the move, Roberto and his 4 guys crew arrived earlier than the scheduled time and spoke to our super making sure all is ok with the insurance and the elevator, exactly as promised by Dave.

They worked together well and fast and had all my belongings wrapped and loaded to the truck within about 6 or 7 hours, drove to my mother's home dropped the item, and drove to their storage.

So far I am happy but still not all the furniture are in my new place so had some concerns and again, hoped for the best.

Two months past and I am calling again to schedule delivery back to my new home. This time I spoke with Lola, what a sweet lady!

Delivery day arrived and this time I meet Joe and his crew. They did what I was expected to see: very­ good, dedicated, hard workers.

All my items were set up in my new home including my grandmother old clock, safely and in mint conditions, again as I mention Roberto since I think due to his team excellent packing.

Now, that my move is completely done I can say thank you for an awesome experience!

About a month ago, I recently re-located from Newark NJ to Bloomfield NJ. That's from a two bedroom townhouse apartment to a full on three bedroom, dining room, & living room house and I can honestly say, I have never had such a fluent, clean professional and CARING experience from any moving company in my entire life of moving to different living situations.
When I submitted my name & e-mail to 3rd-party mover websites to find quotes I; at the same time, search for 1st party moving companies myself at the same time. When I seen the rating of Moving of American I wanted to see for myself why, so I contacted them. With most moving companies they're either too dry with no detail at all and kind of bland even IF they're cheap, that gives me the unsettling feeling of distrust.
Not only were they quick and straight to the point, but they were also DETAILED, BRIGHT and professional! For a price of around $1,400, this was definitely worth it! There were NO extra fees, no TRAVEL fees or anything. It was all labor and when the movers arrived on site + unloaded into my new home here, they were both fast AND careful. I ordered them pizza & was happy to feed them lunch! Thank you so much Moving of America and I will gladly contact you guys again when I upgrade to an even bigger home for my family! I definitely recommend Moving of America

I moved about 2 months ago, and wanted to share my amazing experience with Moving of America. I found them online and saw that they had pretty great reviews, and offered a lot of different services. I was just moving from house to house, David talked me through the process and took down a general inventory list from me, Galileo came a couple of days later and took a more detailed look at what I was moving. My estimate changed a bit because I added some other pieces of furniture and about 5 boxes, and I was also stopping by my storage, but I felt the price was realistic. I paid for quality, comfort, and structure, and I believe that I received that.

The day of the move was really smooth and calm. My 3 movers showed up about 20 minutes early, and they checked in with me before they arrived. Armando the head mover was very professional, and was very reassuring. I really felt like the movers went above and beyond, and I was really impressed. They were very efficient. They just kept going! Love these guys!

I called this company... Domenic came out to estimate the move... On moving day 3 men and a truck came..... So friendly and careful with my items .. Mostly impressed how quick they brought things down from 3rd floor and 2nd floor... And being careful with everything especially the piano!!!!
They made this move so stress free.... The guys were GREAT!!!! Respectful.... Friendly..... Felt like family at end of the move....
This company is so great I highly recommend them.... And so affordable!!!!
