We had a sewerage blockage and rang a plumber out of the paper.He was reasonable,solved one major problem but the blockage remained and he didn’t seem to know where the problem was. We decided to go and try Fluid Plumbing and that turned out to be the right decision. They were always on time , most efficient ,very thorough and reasonably priced.I would happily recommend Fluid Plumbing if a plumber is needed.

Blake was on time , his knowledge for the task was unquestionably, after the original service was finished he gave advice on other areas that would require future attention And how to reduce costs.

I have used Fluid Plumbing and Electrical service several times now, each time we have received excellent service, would highly recommend them, Owen, Ashden, and Jason, have all helped us, fantastic customer service, prompt and very reliable, great service guys, thanks so much.

The service plumber who organized and had supervised the installation with an electrician were very professional and treated with great respect.
Which made us recommend them to our granddaughter who had a similar problem a few days later. She told us that she was also very happy with there servie. The plumber and electrician where a credit to there selves and the Company

We had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, 13th January 2019. The plumber (Phil) called promptly and effected temporary repairs.
Later in the week at a pre-arranged appointment Daniel arrived(on time) and completed the work in a timely and competent manner, leaving the job in a clean and tidy state.
All team members with whom we have come in contact have been very helpful, courteous and professional at all times.
We will be happy to call Fluid Plumbing again when necessary and highly recommend this company.

Very happy with my experience with plumbing fixed leaking toilet very quickly, also had electrician come to replace my down lights in the en-suite and had 2 lamps replaced outside and my smoke detector, saved me time as everything was supplied no need to buy anything before hand

After using Fluid Plumbing service just before Christmas 2019, i didn't hesitate to contact them again for a different service. They were very helpful in have a plumber (Nick) come out ASAP which i was happy with. On the day i was kept informed if Nick was going to be held up or running on time, Nick also contacted us to let us know that he was leaving the job he was on and gave us a approximate time of his arrival. Nick was very helpful and respectful. and professional.

Highly not recommended Fluid Plumbing Had one of their plumbers come out to fix an issue, I knew what the issue was but needed plumber to fix it. The plumbers refused to listen to me and my housemate and wanted to do it his own way. He was trying to do it his way for over an hour but didn't work. So after the hour, he decided to listen to me and it worked. So we had to pay Fluid Plumbing a lot of money because their staff member ([name removed]) didn't want to listen to the customer. I've contacted Fluid Pluming through Facebook and they said they would call me and still haven't a call and they sent that on the 4th Dec. I have messaged them a few times when I would get a call and they read the message and don't reply. Highly Not Recommended.

Rob rang on his way was very happy with the job done very polite and friendly cleaned up after himself and took all rubbish with him was happy to go through and show me how all worked

Plumber arrived at my house after hours and apologized for being late due to another job.
I showed him the problem with the toilet inlet valve, he proceeded to install the new inlet valve and explained to me how to replace the inlet valve and adjust the water flow level, very helpful and professional service.

We have used Fluid Plumbing and Electrical on several occasions over the past year and have been extremely happy with their service.

From the initial quote to job completion everything has run smoothly. Their tradesmen have turned up on time and carried out all works in a very professional and timely manner and left everything clean on completion. Thank you to electricians Sam, Rob and Rhys. Great jobs well done!!!

Excellent response sending an on-call plumber within an hour. Simple quoting process, excellent tradesman who came when he said he would come doing an excellent repair in quick time. Great job

I was very impressed with the service, I sent a text message on Easter Monday when I noticed my hot water tank had started to leak, I received notification that someone would be in touch.
The following morning I received a message to ask if I still needed assistance. I told them that I did and a guy turned up exactly when he said he would.
He was very professional, did a great job and tidied up before he left. It was really nice that the old water heater was taken away so I didn't have to try and get rid of it myself.
That was a nice touch I think.
Very happy with the work done wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends.

Service was quick and punctual.Tradesman was pleasant and efficient as well as being unobtrusive as he went about his work. Workmanship appears to be first class. Best plumber I've had the pleasure of using in 12 years.

I have used Fluid plumbing since early 2015 for all my plumbing needs, both emergencies and planned work. They are always on time, well presented and know their stuff. Find the problem and fix it in no time and clean up leaving no mess. Their trucks seem well equipped to handle any problem and don't run off to find what is needed to do the job. I can't speak highly enough of them. You will be more than happy with the service you get from these tradesmen.

December 10th 2019 Update: More good service from Fluid Plumbing.

I have used Fluid Plumbing many times now. The last time was only a small job but once again they arrived on time , fixed the problem quick and with no mess, can't ask for more than that.

I called them two times. Jason was punctual, courteous. Friendly, professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and did a perfect job.

I found the whole experience from the first call I made to the Admin staff to the Plumbers (all the boys) completing the job to be all very polite and reliable. Came when they said they would and left no mess for such a big job. Excellent service by all… thank you

The plumber was extremely professional in his work, cleaned up after himself and did a good job. The communication between myself and the plumber was good and he was very polite.

Plumber was excellent very professional explaining as he went . Neat & tidy with his work and very pleasant when delivering the bad news. Explaining what would be done and although this is a large expense he made the process that much easier being so pleasant.

Quoted job Immediately wrote an invoice (not quote) for future work by specialist sub contractor, insisted on it being signed with no work undertaken and not all details completed. Day before work to be undertaken subcontractor Fluid insisted payment. Subcontractor identified that job not required to level as indicated to him. Fluid employee hostile re reviewing invoice.
