i Have waited 11 months for cash back that was meant to happen within t months, which is still a very lengthy time when other compare sites payout a lot quicker. However I called Free price compare yesterday and they have contacted TopCashBack and asked them to send the payment to me. Been advised this should now be with me within 30 days. If not I have a direct email address for FPC marketing who will sort it for me. I will change to 5 star once the money’s been received.

Since a burst of activity 3 weeks ago there has been silence and no response to my request to correct errors on my transfer application.

Phones ring out unanswered and emails not replied.
Just hope my transfer goes through...…..

Was paying £99 pcm with edf for both gas and electric for our 3 bed house. A friend recommended bulb and I used her link to get an estimate. They estimated at £89 pcm for both, so I signed up which literally took me two mins on my phone. 3 months in and my payments have reduced to £78 pcm on bulbs advice due to my account being in credit! So so pleased I switched. For 50 credit sign up with (minus spaces) bulb . me / k a y l e i g h 1 5 9 5

Over a year ago I used this site through Top CashBack to change my gas and electric with the lure of a free £31.00 once I’d switched. I knew you had to wait a while to get the money but after waiting over 6 months I decided to call Top CashBack who basically began to mess me around. Every time I chased it I got a different story. After losing my tether I rang Free Price Compare not holding out any hope that anything would be done. I spoke to a gentleman called Shay who apologised and said he would sort it out. He was very friendly and easy to deal with and I felt listened too and encouraged I would get my money even though there was still a little doubt in my mind it wouldn’t happen. I’m very happy too say within a week the money was in my bank. I would recommend this company to anyone as thinking back the change over of my gas and electric was very smooth and I found the site easy to navigate. Shay is a true gent and kept to his word. I too used free price compare to switch energy supplier over a year ago with the topcashback offer of £33 cashback which was a great incentive to switch using them. On my topcashback account the £33 cashback was confirmed several months ago but was never processed to payable. I contacted topcashback several times who have said it is a 3rd party who chase it up but they have had no success. I contacted free price compare online and received a personal call back the same day. They traced the order and confirmed that topcashback had already received the payment so they send topcashback a messaged to ensure that the payment is transferred into my account right away. I had offered topcashback that I contact free price compare myself but they said it would make no difference - very wrong - contacting free price compare has actually resolved the problem - there was me thinking free price compare were the barrier but it seems that topcashback were the problem.

I used this lot via Top Cashback 9 months and STILL awaiting payment. I have contacted their "customer services" twice without the courtesy of a reply.

AVOID.
