I was not allowed to login due to some problem with your site not remembering my password (I checked in). It then looked as if I would not be able to even make my purchases. If I did not need to make them today, in order to take advantage of some LISS funding, I probably would have just gone elsewhere for my purchases.

I was putting a larger order thru than what I placed, but the shipping was crazy thru UPS ground, via Fun and Function . I found the third item I was going to purchase significantly on sale at a different site and free shipping. SORRY.

Found exactly what I need for my daughter in minutes. However, the product only has one size and I thought maybe it would still work for my daughter. She like's them, but, she can easily take them off with her mouth. Even though they are too big for her, they're just what I've been looking for.

there is a problem with your address files not connected to the final check out screen. I added a new address in the address book, the only one there, and it did NOT APPEAR in the list at checkout. At checkout the addresses displayed are from PRIOR ORDERS> I have had issues with orders going to the wrong address.

I recommend this product as a good selection for your child who have Autism, for his or her daily life. Is a great gift and it excellent with the variety of items to choice for your child. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I'm grateful you offer this swing. Our grandson loves it. The harness is a little off for him, he might grow into it. The rope in the back slips side to side. I like the plastic covering on the rope where he holds on and the blue plastic seat looks sturdy and he seems comfortable in it.

This website is so bug-filled I had to create a new account. There also appears to be some ordering limit that isn't stated anywhere, but all of my big orders get stuck and won't take me to the checkout. I've worked with customer support on this several times and it never seems to be resolved.

I was having issues with the system not adding the Chew Bands to the cart. This had been going on for a few days now. I finally tried adding another random product to the cart and that seemed to work. Only when I had that random product in the cart was I then able to add the Chew Bands. I was able to remove the random product and continue with the check out process. As a customer I shouldn't have to figure out a work around to purchase the product I need. Please work on the fixing this bug.

I'm a first timer.. his school teacher recommended this website to me & it's amazing. I previously went thru another expensive website that was WAY outta my price range & the quality of the product was not that good. Thanks for this.. I'm super glad I found what I was looking for!!!

I sometimes had trouble getting to information about an item, the would have found helpful. I looked at the sensory wall panels and did not find out the large ones were not available until trying to get into my cart. Please remove items that are not available or provide shoppers with that info up front. Thank you.
