I ordered sheets on the October 15th and today is the 30th, still no notification of a tracking number and NO package!!! I have E-mailed and called several time and I feel like I am getting the run around! Stick with legit businesses!

Ordered first time on 10/20/17, 2>16 year Mystery Boxes. GearXS says it shipped with tracking number. UPS shows still not at their facility. 10 days and nothing . Cannot talk to a person. Have asked Paypal to cancel at this point. Don't feel like a valued customer. Very poor Customer Service/response. Would like for it to have gone well. Very disappointed in this company.

I ordered 2 weeks ago still no sign of a tracking number on email. Was it ever delivered?

I thought 2 weeks would be enough time for christmas. If my oder arrives(ever arrives) I will write a new review on the products I ordered.

3 lighted solar butterflies were ordered, sadly only two of them light up. ?

I also ordered a garden weather station as a gift. It looked cool, we will see how the recipient enjoys the weather station.

I ordered two little speakers for my granddaughters. They arrive in a damaged paper envelope. When opened, one of the packages inside was clearly damaged, so I hooked the speaker up to see if it worked. There was a dent on top of the speaker and the sound had a loud buzz and a rattle. I tried emailing immediately as there was no return information provided in the mailer. No response. I tried calling, but I only got a recording that cut me off after telling me to "email them." Now I have one broken speaker and can't seem to get any satisfaction from the company. Obviously, I am frustrated and concerned that this will not be taken care of. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I got two pouches that fit between the seat and the console. I hate when I drop something between the seats. These fit easily and do the job. They are just flexible plastic but I'm very happy with them.

Purchased and paid for 3 support belts @ $6.99 each, totated $20.97 on 11/18/17. 1st they showed shipped on website but never received. Contact them and they said sold out. Then they refund 6.99 on 12/21. Contact them again on 12/27. They (via email from Jay) said they will refund the remaining $13.98. Checked every few days up today 1/20/20 still no refund. Jay claim it was refunded on Mon 1/8/18. Still no refund. Been a long-time customer for at least 5 years. Will not buy from them again. Very sad that they would cheat me out of 13.98. Used prepaid CC, so hard to file dispute but will figure out how. Will report them to BBB.org

I have sent e-mails to gearxs over the last week about something that was ordered & paid by PayPal, but never got a response to inquiries even to say you got my email & looking into it. I will not be a customer in future if that is how little response you show. I was a satisfied customer up until then.

i waited 3 weeks to get my order and when i did it was the wrong size also there was no receipt or return information in the package, i sent email after email to get this fix before Christmas but no one has reply back to me, i would not waste my time with this company and give your business to someone that cares.

I'm happy to say I've been a customer for many years now, my #1 shop for all things tech, and everything from Apple charge cords to sheets and earmuffs. And everything in between! Always a wide variety of quality items, lightning fast delivery, and fabulous bargains. My home and auto are filled with these well made items I just can't do without, yet the pricing cannot be compared. Extraordinary quality. I have everything I've purchased from GEARXS and they all still work. I spread the word on the values, and especially the absolutely EXCELLENT customer service. That can't be said enough. Problem with an order or anything, you can send an inquiry and literally hours later (1-3,4 days) and they make good on their guarantee. I can't say enough positive comments on the electronics, household, and automotive items I've purchased. My luck is their home office is here in my home state of Desplaines, Illinois. Here in the USA!!!! No waiting for 2 months from overseas. I'm so proud of this company, GEARXS, I tell everyone I can where to find fabulous deals. Keep doing what you're doing; I'm your biggest fan!

ordered at the middle of Nov. received order end of Nov. Mystery box was a joke, it had cheap stuff you could get at the dollar store any day of the week and charged triple the cost! Nothing like the you tube commercial! Tried to contact them the very same day to return box and get something different for a Christmas present they would never email me back until Dec. 27th for a return approval. I sent it back the next day certified mail which was half the cost I paid for the box, but i didn't want to take the chance them saying they hadn't received it. Nothing... I had to contact my credit card company at the end of Jan. because they would not respond to emails again or credit my account!!! Oh if you try calling them it tells you to email them just awful awful awful! Reported them to BBB. I've never seen a company so blatantly blow off a customer, please be aware if you come across this company you can get the same stuff cheaper just about anywhere.

1/1/2018 14:50 PST - Buyer: I have written 3 emails to this company. I have written three comments on the PP resolution center with no response. The boot shapers are very small. I am certain that they know the have a substandard product! The only reason that I am pursuing this is because I want to save other buyers from this company. Their customer service is poor and so is the product. Thank you for your help.

I also called the 1-800-438-7516 but there is no option to speak to a real person. It is a message and then it hangs up. Will you please contact me about returning these boot shapers. Thank you.

I contacted customer service within hours of receiving a defective and non-functional window and door alarm. Now, after several days, still no response.

Will not buy from seller again until problem is resolved.

I ordered three items. Inquired if you shipped to Canada , you said no. So I had the items shipped to my US postal box. I drove 2 hours one way to pick up the items, You forgot to put one in my parcel. After I contacted you to advise of your mistake and requested that the item be shipped to my Canada address because you forgot to put the item in the parcel, you simply ignored my request, offered no apology and shipped it to the US address making me have to drive another 4 hours round trip to pick it up!!!! not happy and will never deal with Gear XS again

I mistakenly order this item twice, but as it turns out we were so happy with our first order that we have decided to keep both orders and use all them of then in rotation.

Order on May 1st and money taken out of my account and still no product. Tracking says ready for pickup . Contacted them they said package got damaged and will resend out next day . Still waiting.
