Fast delivery of quality products, I ordered Xmas cards that were as described a Xmas bauble and a key ring.

I ordered three items, two of the same item and one different item, all to be delivered to my work address. All the items were sent to my home address, luckily, the first item was small enough to fit in my post box. The other two items weren't and I had to collect them from a local Post Office where they were left for collection.

The two items also seemed to be forgotten and after much persistence, they were finally dispatched, but to the incorrect address.

One praise would be to the Customer Service Assistant Talya, who helped solve the issues, she was persistent and very patient, even when I was at the end of my tether.

The cards are nice but show no connection to the British Red Cross which would aid their future sales.

Only by sheer determination to buy Christmas cards this year was I able to find them.I had to email the British Red Cross to ask how to access the shop, as the website had me going round in circles trying to find it. They were quick in contacting me, which was really good, and they provided me with a link into the shop that I hadn't been able to access on my own. I have been buying Christmas cards from British Red Cross for a number of years, and haven't come across this problem before.
Also, in all previous years, I have made a donation at the end of my cards order, but this year, perhaps as a change of policy due to public outrage at charities 'pestering' people for donations, I had to go to the main home page in order to make a donation. I think this is a mistake as it makes it difficult to make that donation.

I loved the e cards I was able to purchase for Galentine’s Day, but unfortunately 2/3 of the ecards were not delivered to the recipients. It didn’t even send to the junk box!
Despite that, I was happy that my money was supporting a great cause and I would definitely be using the service again.

I ordered over three weeks ago my kindness will keep us together merchandise; however I'm still yet to receive it. I did get an email saying as I ordered on the 9th, I'd receive my order this week but I still haven't. On my latest email, it just says "order rceieved" with no tracking details. I understand they're very busy but poor service with how little communication there has been - I appreciated the apology email about delays but it wasn't great to get an email this week saying its been despatched but then have no tracking number or anything. I'll keep waiting - fingers crossed it comes this week as I'm looking forward to it!

I order a second time on Thursday 7th May because I was so impressed with quality of goods & fast delivery but now 16th no delivery. I am a bit annoyed to be honest

I didn't get the Christmas cards I ordered. Instead of 20 "Dove" cards I was sent "Sheep in Snow" - probably the most boring and least attractive design of cards on offer. Very disappointed. Delivery time (9 days) was also too long. I shan't order from Red Cross again.

I love the british red cross christmas cards, I buy them every year. This year I decided to buy it online. I regretted it as the delivery takes around 5-6weeks. christmas will be over by then;) I guess I will use these ones next year and buy other ones in the shop.

I tried to send the gift by email first and was told you had sold out! It gave us a good laugh, but I suspect the real answer was different. Because I had looked in advance and decided on email I was then a bit surprised to see the alternative postal delivery might take up to 10 days, so might not have arrived in time for Christmas. Suggest you take down the email opportunity and clarify the time to allow for postal delivery.
Really disappointed as the whole concept of giving such items is beautiful. I volunteer as a Refugee Support caseworker so it pleased me to give someone an hour of my time as a gift. They liked it too.

Not sure which gift you want me to write about here so will write about both. Haven't had a thank you for the other gift. Suspect I may have p***ed someone off! Never mind! Your system could include an automatic notification that my gift has been sent. Happened with the last lot of flowers I sent and was much appreciated.
