Really impressed how quickly the goods were dispatched and arrived the next day, however the pitch repairer (free gift) was not included

Received my order within 48 hours. Packaging was super. Golf jacket is of excellent quality at a great price. I have ordered another one in a different colour for every day use. Would recommend.

I was all out to get a different garment (saltire), but as usual the thing you want is always missing from the sale.....but still very pleased with the jumper I bought and the service/packaging.....so only reason for 4 stars was items missing from the sale !

Excellent service, returned one item and ordered another, they must have passed in the post as the new one arrived the next day and repayment was made before I had paid for the new item, can't beat that.

I expected one similar to one I have which is 50:50 wool and acrylic and has vertical lines. The lining is silky and easily slides over any under garments.
The one I have recently purchased is 100% fine wool with no details. The lining clings to woolen under garments and is difiicult to position. All in all I am disappointed, perhaps I should have read the information in the ad. More closely.

I ordered these gloves and in return recieved 3x pairs of socks bizarrely. Which I find pretty poor. Have emailed but no response .....I will also be out of pocket as it will cost me to return incorrect goods. Very disappointed.

Lovely manner from company, lovely service , lovely looking, well fitting quality jacket but unfortunately the zip broke on one of the pockets half way round it's 1st round of golf. In all fairness to Glenmuir I should probably send it back but haven't tried . Their whole approach has always been excellent when I have dealt with them in the past and I would do business with them again..
